Located on Fisherman’s Wharf, just off of Granville Island, they walk all of their seafood fresh and direct from the fisherman a few steps away - their menu is absolutely ocean to mouth. Though this small and hidden stand is an anomaly - their legendary popularity is completely based on word-of-mouth - they are pioneers of a number of trends, their stand is a shipping container, they were at the forefront of Oceanwise, and are arguably responsible for perfecting tempura batter.
