"Victory is one of the original establishments on Division, when Pok Pok was still a chicken shack and there were no condo high-rises. The layers of Propaganda art here makes me feel like I stepped into a film, a weird film and I love that on a night out. This gastropub has really settled into the neighborhood with on-another-level comfort dishes, twists on classic cocktails, and an impressive beer list. The layout here lends itself to tuck away in a corner for romantic snuggling or join a group of boisterous friends or even having a solo night sidled up to the bar." - Factory North
