Dom opened Beer Zoo in 2016 and today it boasts a vast selection of Scottish beer as well as the best beers from across the UK, Europe, the US, and beyond. Dom is incredibly knowledgeable, as you can imagine, and he will happily help you choose the perfect tipple to satisfy your tastes.Although the shop also has a range of cider and organic wine, the clue is in the name as Beer Zoo firmly focusses on beer. It is not unusual for up to 500 different beers in stock at any one time – the majority of which aren’t sold by your usual supermarket or local off-license. Pop in to Beer Zoo on a sunny summer’s day, grab a cold one (or two) from the fridge, and head down to the Porty promenade to enjoy."
