1 of 1 Sandwich - Review - Park Slope - New York - The Infatuation

"1of1 Sandwich in Park Slope takes its cues from South Brooklyn’s old-schoolItalian sandwich shops. The bread comes from Royal Crown Bakery in Bay Ridge (andStaten Island), and the meats are all roasted in-house. We've got our eyes on the No Sleep Till Gravesend (hot roast beef with caramelized onions, provolone, and homemade gravy), but the Bocadillo with ham, manchego, romesco aioli, and guindilla peppers also sounds promising." - Willa Moore

The hot roast beef sandwich was off the hook, one of the best I’ve ever eaten. However long wait, limited seating area, I recommend taking out.

Delicious food, fast service and fresh ingredients. It’s easy to miss new spots when the neighborhood changes so fast but I highly recommend checking this place out.

Great sandwiches - quality ingredients and healthy portions. Even greater service - owner gave us free drinks due to a short wait. Highly recommend if you’re a sandwich person! Very unique and delicious combos.

Super delicious sandwiches. They don’t look like much but ingredients are all great and really flavorful. Might be my new favorite in the neighborhood, even better than Eastern District.

I’m giving 5 stars because I know they’re a new business, I’m sure they’ve got some kinks to work out, the owner is clearly still trying to get his staff in shape - but I’m for them, all the way. And - that being said - I hope they read this because - one pretty big issue - I got the Turkey and Bacon sandwich - the ingredients were clearly high quality - but the bacon still had this hard rind on it - you’re going to get that with real bacon (I’ve got it on prosciutto as well) - it wasn’t trimmed properly - and - God knows I'll chew that stuff hard - but it’s unchewable, indigestible - basically, I had to open up the sandwich and tear the rind off, and put it back together before I could eat it

Perfect sandwich! Every component was fresh and intentional. I had the Ashley’s 1 of 1 but I’m assuming everything’s a winner. Good addition to the block… yummmmm

Small joint with two tables if you want to eat in. Staff is really friendly and the sandos are solid. Can’t wait to try them all.
