Hells kitchen 10th Ave, easter egg of MGS:V TPP, Ciphers personnel Zero is in top floor, in a room with no windows and no doors, elevator doesn't reach the floor, floor does not exists, access one floor down, secret staircase, room 702 Building is set up, all Chipper, building blends with others around it, everyone is security, Full stealth adviced, water conduit used to escape to Hudson River if Zero deems necessary to flee (If used to find a real life treasure which is undoubtedly to happen, the person is to share HALF of what is found along with a in person visit from Hideo Kojima himself)

Less busy and quiet place. Crime free area

Quiet and atmospheric avenue in Chelsea area near the High Line . I always like coming over here at night especially. Some nice restaurants and Chelsea Market nearby too.

Good place

Fun fact: Tenth Avenue becomes Amsterdam Avenue once you get to the Upper West Side—which is to say, once you pass 59th St.—and it then runs almost the rest of the length of the island before running out of road at Highbridge Park up in Inwood… but if you go just past the little sliver of park up there, the road resumes along the same alignment and becomes Tenth Avenue again, before finally dead-ending at W. 218th St. underneath the Broadway Bridge (which carries Broadway and the 1 train across the Harlem River and into Marble Hill in The Bronx). So there ya go kids, that’s yer free piece of useless trivia for the day.
