Henry has got the sauce/breading/toppings game down. Home made sauces are FIRE (always ask for extra to make shit at home) Those pickled red onions, are sooooo good, if you ask for mods on your sandwich you’re outta your mind, eat those damn onions you baby mouths and enjoy some flavor. The chicken itself is ridiculous. Juicy and salted perfectly (once again the breading helps) on top of that Henry cares about all the things that matter His food, employees, and his community. Anyone passing thru Richmond or any festival HAS GOT to try this food truck. Best honey mustard in the city, best pickled reds in the city. Best tenders in the city.

I have had this mobile kitchen multiple times, catering- for employee appreciation at work twice, and, unironically, at most of the events I attend. They have some of the best customer service and unequivocally the best vegan food offered. So thankful for this food and the opportunity to coexist with others and enjoy delicious food together.

Food truck at browns island. Fries were great. Texas beach sando was excellent. Nuggies were hotter than the surface of the sun, but once they were an edible temp, they were also great. Georgia peach sauce was perfect. MMM sauce was also good. You should eat at this place

I finally made it to this truck to try their vegan chicken sandwich, I got the texas beach and it came with homemade pickles and a chili mayo, it was awesome. The chicken was so realistic, i could barely tell it was vegan. I got vegan cheese on my fries and tbh i could eat a whole bowl of just that. The people working were so nice and helpful.

Top notch chicken sandwich and perfect frites. Looking forward to next visit! Atmosphere was Lewis Ginter… so perfect evening and food!

Order nugs and hush puppies. Got nugs and fries. Realized the mistake as I made it 10 ft away from the truck when one of the cooks called my name apologizing for the mixup and handing me a plate of hush puppies. The food was awesome, and fixing an issue before it became a problem is top notch and speaks to the culture of the people in the truck. Big fan and more people should eat this food.

Unofficial brand advocate. 1115 remains one of my favorite spots for food. Amazing vegan options and hands down the best and most friendliest staff.

Great chicken. Great vibes. Henry is super kind and this is some of the best chicken I’ve ever had!
