Great spot for a unique variety of cookies! I've been wanting to try their cookies for a while now and finally got the chance. I went on a Saturday afternoon and chose the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, a dark chocolate cookie with peanut butter chips, the Cookies N' Cream, a sugar cookies with Oreos and white chocolate chips, and the Spiced Hot Chocolate Churro, a sugar cookie filled with Mexican hot chocolate ganache and topped with cinnamon sugar. All the cookies were served slightly warm, which was an incredible touch. The standout was the Spiced Hot Chocolate Churro - it was delicious especially when warmed up in the microwave later. The ganache was so good! Overall, really good cookies and cool flavors! I'll definitely be going back to try more.

Amazing, large, decadent, soft but crunchy cookies. I made it in here just before closing and got three cookies to try; the smores, the chocolate chip and the triple chocolate. All were amazing but surprisingly the triple chocolate was my favorite as it was the most chocolately and the softest/gooiest. I wouldn't describe these cookies generally as gooey so if that's your style these aren't them, these are more cake like, soft and crunchy. Lots of cookie options and I think they had ice cream available as well although I didn't see that on the menu until too late. Great box it was served in. I'd come back for more.

First visit to any Chip City. Went with a three pack of their classic chocolate chip, triple chocolate, and their dairy free cookie butter cookie. Im a big cookie guy so I could never go wrong with stopping here. The chocolate chip was mid to be honest. Although fresh baked it wasn't moist and just have all that much flavor. The cookie butter cookie was good. Much softer than their basic chocolate chip cookie and had much more flavor. The triple chocolate cookie was the prize winner for me. Moist, soft baked, and full of flavor. Try them out but I probably won't go out of my for this place.

The 4/20 munchies tour continued at chip city. My boyfriend wanted to try their captain crunch cereal cookie. When we got there they had just sold out so we had to wait 30 mins but no biggie we just went and sat in the park nearby. He loved the cookie & my chocolate chip was so warm and gooey. Friendly staff that told us about the buy 2, get 1 half off deal so we ended up with 3! It's cute in there and they do have seating but we took it straight home.

Awesome cookie place with funny and adorable mascots plus great cookie selections including ones with fruity pebbles, a cornbread one with honey and butter (you apply yourself) and thin sliced s'mores flavored ones. Interior is very cool and also designed with said cookie mascots (and kids even draw their favorite IP like SpongeBob, Spider-Man, Mickey Mouse in cookie form). Service was great and the cashier even gave me a free water when you are expected to buy a bottled one. Their strawberry milk is also bomb and delicious! Highly recommended if you are ever in NYC!

I visited the cookie store today craving something sweet and decided to try their deal of three large cookies for $15. The cookies are indeed quite large; we shared them between three of us and still couldn't finish them. If you're not up for tackling a huge cookie, I'd recommend getting fewer cookies. I do like the cookies and the store itself. It's very convenient for me since I can walk there. However, I found that the cookies didn't taste as fresh as I hoped. While they are lower in calories compared to Crumbl cookies, I still prefer Crumbl for their flavor. Overall, I'm giving this place a positive review for the store and the cookies, though Crumbl remains my top choice.

I've never gotten anything from Chip City that I didn't like. I've also never gotten anything that's blown me away. That being said, whenever I find myself near one of their locations (and I have a cookie craving), I don't hesitate to stop in - I just typically don't go out of my way. Of the many rotating and specialty cookies at Chip City, the cookies n' cream is my favorite. It's essentially a sugar cookie with Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips, and it really captures the classic cookies n' cream flavor. Recently, out of curiosity, I decided to branch out and try the frootie crunch. It's a sugar cookie covered in Fruity Pebbles, which is great for cereal lovers, or anyone who isn't in the mood for chocolate. I enjoyed it, but by the time I was about halfway done, I found myself getting bored of the flavor. Chip City is certainly worth trying, particularly for their creative cookie varieties, but I wouldn't say it's my favorite cookie place in Brooklyn.

The best cookies in ny!!! The lemon berry (can't remember the exact name) cookie was SO good. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream it's the best dessert I've had I didn't love the chocolate chip cookies or the Nutella one (was a little dry) so wouldn't recommend that -- but the lemon ones / berry ones are like a pie in a cookie in the best way possible YUM Take the cookie and go to the water like 2 min walk away and you've got the best vibe

I've been on a cookie marathon lately--and I've found chip city to be amazing with these 2 flavors: cookies & cream and oatmeal apple pie. I would skip on the cornbread cookie. It's not really cookie. It's like a cornbread biscuit, but dry and the texture is lacking.

These are indeed one of the top cookies in nyc! Love love love the flavor and fluff of these cookies. Ordered the classic chocolate chip and would recommend! Other flavors they have include s'mores, white chocolate macadamia and horchata. Looking forward to coming back and trying new flavors.

Might be a controversial opinion, but I think Chip City is better than Levain. I absolutely loved their pumpkin and dulce de leche espresso cookie. My boyfriend loved the chocolate chip cookie - and we both throughly enjoyed the cookies with a side of chilled almond milk. We felt guilty for eating such an unhealthy treat, so we ate half a cookie each and saved the other half for the following day. Will definitely return! For sure, I'm waiting to try the lemon berry cookie as well, but super bummed that it's seasonal.

Loved it! My all time favorite dessert is a chocolate chip cookie so this was big for me! At first, i thought the cookie was too big as i do like a crunch in my cookies, but it had both a richness due to its size with a nice crisp. It was a great cookie and i recommend! Service was nice, cookies are already warm, and they change the flavors other than chocolate chip every week which is pretty cool!

Stumbled upon this cookie shop after dinner. Cute facade and interior decorating. Smells like fresh baked goodness as soon as you walk in. We got two chocolate chip cookies and they were THICK! I wanted to get more but honestly one was enough. Cookie was huge, warm, and fresh. Would go great with some coffee (which they serve). They also make ice cream sandwiches, but were out the day I visited * bummer .* I was happy to see that this is a small chain and there is another location in Bayside that I can try as well.

Staff provides great service, clean stores, and they always have fresh and yummy cookies!

This was my first time visiting this cookie shop. As a longtime Rugrats fan, I was looking forward to trying the limited edition Angelica cookie. The staff is warm and friendly, patiently waiting for customers to choose which cookie will make the cut. I purchased a few of the LE cookies, along with a classic chocolate chip to get an idea of how they it cookies taste. The Angelica cookie is a funfetti style with a purple drizzle, sprinkles inside and added on top. A total sugar bomb and fun to eat. These cookies are huge, reminiscent of Levain. Dense and packed with lots of chocolate chips. I appreciate the recommended reheating directions on the box. Cookies are always better when they are warm and the chips are gooey. The cheerful packaging also deserves a mention.

The cookies are yummy and filling. It's never too crowded so you don't have to worry about long lines. It's pretty quick. You can eat there too if you want there are tables and chairs. Every week the menu changes.

I've been wanting to try chip city for some time now. They have a lot of exciting flavors. Unfortunately the only vegan friendly flavor was the horchata cookie. The cookie tastes pretty basic and the flavor was not strong. Overall seems good but a little overpriced for that flavor in particular. The associate who assisted me was friendly. The store seemed pretty big for something that is more in and out service.

All of my hopes and dreams have been fulfilled. Chip City came to BK! Previously, I had to travel all the way to the West Village for these scrumptious little temptations. Now, they are dangerously nearby. These cookies are not recommended on any diet, but they will make you happier than any skinny jeans ever will. I. love. these cookies. Cookies & creme is a staple (and you can never go wrong with their classic chocolate chip), but I always try their seasonal or daily special cookies. Last time, the "everything cookie" was the cookie du jour. That's right. An everything *bagel* cookie. This might sound weird. And it is... a little. It's a cookie with everything bagel seasoning on it. Yup, that means little dehydrated onion flakes, too. But let me tell you, I was very upset we only got one and I had to share. It's one of those sweet and savory delights you can't help but find yourself addicted to. The sweet cream cheese filling is incredible as well. I always appreciate the creativity and execution at the Chip locations. After a year in the city, these are still my favorite cookies.

LOVVEDDDD their red velvet cookies & cream cookie. Very soft not hard very easy to bit into & break apart. love the ratio of cookies & cream to red velvet.

Best cookies I've had in a real long time. Very succulent. Every bite bursts with flavor. It is really rich with flavor so milk is recommended. I would definitely come back

Okay I might have raved about Levain's chocolate chip cookies recently, but I think I am jumping ship to Chip City's chocolate chip cookie now. Outside crunch, inside warm, and gooey throughout, these cookies are incredible. I seriously need to bring an insulin shot next time I am here because I don't think I can stop myself from depleting their entire cookie stock.

I didn't know what to expect walking in but I knew I wanted All the cookies. They feature four flavors daily so check online before stopping in. They had the staples cookies I wanted on a Saturday. I got the chocolate chip and a triple chocolate. Omgggg. Y'all! It was so good. It was warm and the inside was the perfect texture. The chocolate chips were glistening. It is definitely an instagram moment. And they reheat well in the microwave or the oven. I ate them over the course of 2 days. I didn't refrigerate the cookies. In my opinion, this place is much better than Levain and I'm not sure why this place isn't talked about more! I tried the Chocolate Chip and Cookies & Cream and I really can't express how surprised I was when I took my first bite. The cookies were fresh and soo soft. I'm not huge on sweets but I really liked this place. It is definitely on the heavier side but I'll be back to try some of the other flavors.

Another new Chip just opened, the first one in Brooklyn and the first one with the new name and branding. It's the biggest location yet, and they also debuted a new vegan flavor. This spot will crush it especially if the world gets semi-normal again one day and the packed crowds of Smorgasburg return across the street. It's also one of the best options in the area now for coffee, also because it's open late when most spots are already closed.

So excited to have a chip location in Brooklyn! I came in and had to get one of everything. I love how the flavors of cookies rotate every day. One of my favorites I got my first time at this chip location was the sweet potato s'mores cookie! The everything bagel cookie was also an amazing and different kind of cookie in the best kind of way! Looking forward to many more sweet trips to this location.

Whhhhhhyyyyyy???!!! Why are these cookies so damn good??!! Seriously venturing to this place was definitely one of the best horrible things that has happened to me during this mess of a pandemic. Working from home and the need for something sweet hit. So I picked up my friend and we went to try the sweet potato s'mores cookie and I also wanted the chocolate chip walnut. I took one bite and knew I was in trouble...I closed the box and said... yup, I'm only coming here once a quarter...lol. The cookies are super rich and tasty...the one saving grace for myself is that now I can't eat super sweet things in one sitting. So it took me 5 days to eat 2 cookies. I felt accomplished and non fat ass...so that's great. If you haven't had the cookies yet...please go and have 2 for me...lol!

**For Delivery** I was ecstatic to hear Williamsburg was getting a Chip NYC! Pre-covid I relied on this company for busy season catering and now that my team is remote right now, we arent catering. Busy seasons at work are tough but I always looked forward to my sugar high. I ordered cookies n cream, s'mores, pumpkin latte, and walnut chocolate chip. The order came quickly and aside from the s'mores getting a little smooshed in transit, the cookies were a much needed reminder of when life was normal! The cookies were delicious and just a huge as ever. So happy they are delivering and so concerned about my new years resolution . Excellent experience! Can't wait to check out the brick and mortar!

Came across this place as I was walking around Williamsburg. The place seemed nice and clean and I was in need of caffeine. The cookies were too tempting so I decided to order the good ol choc chip cookie as well as the Blueberry cheesecake which sounded different and interesting. Both were served warm and it has that gooey/soft inside which was enjoyable. The blueberry cheesecake was a nice change to regular cookies out there. It is not too sweet and went well with my coffee. I'd like to come back here again and try out their other cookie flavors.

The cookie was thicc and full of texture- chocolate chips melting in your mouth. The service was excellent and the people were authentic & kind :)

I've been going to this Chip City for months now ever since my GF introduced me and we always enjoy their cookies. So imagine my surprise when the limited edition strawberry shortcake cookies we ordered on Valentines Day were raw. We immediately called the store to ask for assistance and they said they can't do anything about it because that's how they're supposed to be. Some of the cookies are meant to be gooey but this wasn't that. The dough upon inspection was raw and unbaked.

Got the Oatmeal Apple Pie Cookie and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie. The chocolate peanut butter was pretty good. The oatmeal apple pie wasn't as great, wouldn't get that one again. They charged a 3% service charge which I didn't see until I saw the receipt when I got home. This wasn't mentioned by the cashier and I don't remember seeing a sign posted.

You feel warmth as soon as you walk in! The staff is so warm and welcoming. The cookies were the size of my fist, and so ooey gooey warm! I got a chocolate chip + PB&J. I wanted a confetti/birthday cake cookie but they didn't have it, to be fair they have a menu of the days they'll have certain cookies which I didn't know about.

Cookies are so to DIE FOR!!! Better than Crumbl, Better than Levain, and whatever other cookie shops there are in NYC. I have never not received a fresh quality cookie from this location and the customer service is always so great, especially when I'm indecisive and can't figure out what I want. Instead of being impatient, the staff always helps me figure out what I want. This store in particular has a generous amount of space to sit and hang out with friends which is admirable since some of the other chip city's are smaller in size.

My sister told me about this place and it was super good! The cookies are huge and thick, basically a levain cookie. I like this store too because they come up with different flavors so you never get bored. I got the cookies and cream and it was so good. They're reasonably priced too. I'll definitely come back!

I have long been a fan of Chip City and am really happy to see them continue to expand across the city. Their promotion of their new cinnamon roll cookie got me to go out to their new Williamsburg location and I'm happy I made the trek. As always, the cookie was huge and warm and gooey. The cinnamon flavor was strong and sweet. They always hit my sweets craving without fail. I love Chip City!

Wandering around this part of Brooklyn, was surprised to see a new outpost of Chip on the block. Barely any line inside for a Saturday afternoon, so was able to go in and make an order quickly. Decided to get the basic Chocolate Chip as well as a cup of milk (total $6ish). Cookie is fresh with a slightly crisp exterior and a gooey interior you'd come to expect. Definitely was worth getting the milk as the chocolate/sugar can get pretty intense about half way in. Not much more to say here, as this is yet another successful venture from their original location. Would certainly come here early as cookies do run out from time to time.

Yo dead ass. They cookies is bussin' on the low...I like how they switch the flavors weekly. Unlike Levain bakery. My favorite is the Nutella with sea salt..cookies and cream..pretty much all of them. The cookies are $5 for one. I gotta stop buying them but they so goooood. I must try every cookie in rotation..minus like 3 of them, but the rest are Gucci

Service was great and friendly, but the cookies are just sweet. The flavors don't really come through over the sweetness. I tried Chip City rather than Levains. Levains is really a much more delicious flavorful cookie that isn't just sweet.

Accustomed to the West Village location, but stumbled upon the Williamsburg location while in the neighborhood this week. Was happy that s'mores was on the menu that day, ate it all in one sitting honestly because of how good it was. Hard to say that this is better than Levain, but I do appreciate the variety of flavors that Chip has to offer. Fresh cookies on a rainy day, doesn't get better than that!

These cookies are so good!! I had the cinnamon for the first time today and it was unreal, thick and chewy and cream cheese frosting just amazing! I bought the cookie and then walked a mile home to eat so it was cold by time I got home and it was still amazing so I can't even imagine how amazing it is warm

Sadly, I was not impressed with chip city. I wanted to love these cookies as the other people leaving 5 star reviews had. In short, these cookies were VERY very sweet, even for this sweet tooth. The sweetness over road my tastebuds from tasting the actual flavor of the cookies. The texture is that of an undercooked cookie, mixed with cookie dough.

I can't express how good these cookies were !! I bought the rainbow, chocolate chip and peanut butter and jelly. They were all amazing , soft and fresh! Definitely recommend anyone to try them!

My favorite cookie spot in the city! Everything I have tried so far has been amazing. The cookies are big and soft which I love. They have a variety of flavors and offer four different ones each day. Some of my favorites were the cinnamon roll, hot cocoa fudge and the PB&J. YUM!!

Decided to check out this place on Sunday, staff was super friendly and I was in and out with my cookies in less than 2 minutes. I got chocolate chip, red velvet, and s'mores. They are really good and HUGE, as big as scones. I was full after barely eating half of one, luckily they hold up really well and still taste great 2 days later. Put them in the microwave for a quick 10 sec and they taste like fresh. The only reason it isn't five stars for me is because the flavors change everyday! I would have to go everyday if i wanted to try all the flavors i'm interested in, but other than that everything is top notch.
