NYC’s New Restaurant Openings - New York - The Infatuation
"In breaking news to absolutely nobody, we’re still riding high on a serious sourdough boom. But how far is too far? At 123Dough, a Westchester-based bakery with a new outpost in Greenpoint, you can fulfill all your bread-based needs, but also buy sourdough pasta. They have fancy groceries and rotating prepared foods, including sourdough ramen, so we’ll be slurping some naturally leavened noodles soon." - Will Hartman, Willa Moore

"A former sourdough bakery pop-up that took over a lease in Greenpoint after operating inside Blank Coffee, continuing its baked-goods presence in the neighborhood." - Emma Orlow
I have found a good spot in Greenpoint for sourdough homemade noodles. This place serves fresh noodles daily using special ancient European wheat and natural German water. You can also enjoy food made with stone baked bread with the same flour. The atmosphere is very nice and I would recommend it to visit with your family. We will update you soon.

Good and affordable healthy food. Place is very classy. 10 dollar vegan cold sesame noodle is a good deal. Delicious!

In addition to their lovely food and drink, I appreciate all the bread related pantry items and tools they sell here - wheat berries, proofing baskets, lames, etc. Very grateful for this store.
