Yelp
Perfect for a girls day out!! The roof top in the summer, indoor in the winter it's absolutely beautiful either way. The food, service and just everything is always so nice and deserving of another visit. Stopped by for a quick brunch of course with the added mimosas... a time was had you must come see for yourself

Yelp
We came here late at night after going out and enjoyed a nice snack. We ordered tuna nachos. They were very tasty! There's a great view of Navy Yard from their upstairs balcony seating. The service was good. No complaints! I'd come back.

Yelp
Wow we got such a great deal here! They were running a special, 2 drinks (ANY drink!) and an appetizer or flatbread for $30! We got two drinks each and two flatbreads between the two of us. The flatbreads were DELICIOUS!!!! I liked both of my cocktails very much too. The server was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend based on my experience with this visit! Recommended items: shrimp flatbread, ricotta and bacon flatbread, pear blossom cocktail, DC reviver cocktail
google avatar

Sehar M.

Yelp
Silver social is right above silver diner. It seems like it's a slightly elevated version of silver diner with a different menu. My friend and I got different flatbreads. She got the ricotta and bacon flatbread and I got the shrimp flatbread. We loved ours and both of us would definitely get those again! Our service was wonderful and quick! We didn't wait too long, despite a lot of people there. We came around Christmas time so we did have some holiday decorations, which is always wonderful. Definitely note some places in navy yard offer specials in the off sports season and to definitely come around those times. I can't wait to come back here again!

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant in downtown Navy Yard City. I came for happy hour and had the margarita flatbread and wagyu sliders. Sliders were good but the flatbread was GREAT! I really liked the outside heated patio overlooking the entrance to Nationals Park. The service was great and staff was friendly and left me be just perfectly.

Yelp
Silver Social is kind of a best kept secret places to dine in the DC Navy Yard. It is directly adjacent to the center field entrance to National's Stadium, right above the Silver Diner. So a lot of people don't know that you have to enter the Silver Diner and go up the stairs to access it. If you aren't looking for it, you might not realized that some of the nicest casual dining and drinks are right above the late-night dining landmark. The food here is unexpectedly amazing and elegant if you have only ever experienced the Silver Diner. And that's the last time that I'll reference the older sibling. It gives this place an almost speakeasy vibe. The bar is large and can accommodate a big crowd. The dining room has both inside and outdoor balcony tables that are under cover and heated in cold months. Great for date nights or small groups. Last night they had a special that got me two specialty drinks and any one of their small bites for $30. If you do the math, that's something like a $15 savings... pretty nice during these expensive times. I got the Old Fashioned Cherry Cigar (I judge any bar by their specialty old fashioned), the DC Reviver (a gin drink with a nicely balanced citrus and absinthe flavor), and the Waygu Sliders (perfectly prepared with caramelized onions). This place is a special find and never disappoints.

Yelp
I had such a great meal at this restaurant. The steak was cooked to perfection with a beautiful char that added so much depth to the flavor. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and every bite was full of rich, beefy goodness. The side dishes complemented the steak so well, and the house-made sauce was a great addition. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for a nice dinner. I will definitely be coming back for another meal.

Yelp
I first want to say that the service what good. The view is nice if you have a chance to sit outside, however, it was in the 30s when I went so my seat changed fast. The food is very average. If you want something quick and convenient in the Navy Yard area, they offer a good value for $50. I likely wouldn't visit again unless it's for cocktails. The drink was decent.

Yelp
I had food delivered from here for the first time and I think it may have been a better experience if I had dined in. I ordered a crab cake sandwich with fries and while my order came fast, the fries were soggy, cold and not very plentiful. The sandwich itself was pretty good and ample in size. The bun was fresh, the crab cake tasty but the greens were added while still so hot that they were wilted and gross by the time they got to me so I had to pull them off. I'd imagine if I had ordered these as dine in, both would probably have been better. I tried reheating the fries in the oven but unfortunately I was no able to resuscitate. I'll definitely give Silver Social another try but next time I'll visit in person for dine in.

Yelp
Me and my friend ordered the social dining experience which comes with a drink, an app, an entree and a dessert. The service was amazing and so was the view. Outside was still a little chilly and so our waiter / bartender turned on the heater asap. The food was cooked to perfection. Steak, wagu burgers and tuna tartar were seasoned amazing. Plus our bartender kept giving us free shots which is always a plus

Yelp
If you go to Silver Social for brunch, I recommend sitting outside. There's nice views overlooking the entrance of Nats stadium. The outside patio area is heated which is nice when it's chilly outside. The service was phenomenal. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. She checked on us often and answered all of the questions we had. The food was not good at all. I got the shrimp and grits and crab cake sliders. The shrimp and grits were almost inedible. The grit cakes were rubbery. The sauce over the shrimp was tomato based. It tasted like cheap ragú sauce. The crab cake sliders were mediocre.

Yelp
Buffalo Chicken Tacos: 8/10 Located in Navy Yard, silver social is a cute restaurant with shareable tapas & a great view of the Washington Nationals Stadium. Walking distance from the Navy Yard metro, a perfect place to enjoy during a nice evening outside. With a somewhat limited menu & small portions they encourage family style/shareable eating. They offer bar, indoor, & outdoor rooftop seating. Turning into a bar in the evening, you have to be 21+ or accompanied by an adult. I ordered two orders of the Buffalo Chicken Tacos (2 per order, 4 total) as my meal. I enjoyed the spice level of these tacos and the uniqueness of the taco in general. They are flavorful & they do not skimp on the amount of taco filling. Along with trying someone new, I would definitely order these again. I would come back to Silver Social for the vibes & outdoor view to enjoy drinks & company by itself, the small tapas is just an added benefit!

Yelp
I recently hosted a large group event at Silver Social, and it was an absolute success! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The planning process was incredibly easy, and the team was so helpful in coordinating every detail to ensure everything went smoothly. The service was outstanding--prompt, attentive, and friendly, even with our large group. The food was amazing, with a variety of delicious options that everyone loved. And the drinks were top-notch, perfectly crafted and really added to the overall vibe of the event. Silver Social is an excellent choice for work events or any large gathering. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy time with colleagues. I highly recommend Silver Social for anyone looking to host a memorable event--this place truly knows how to deliver!

Yelp
We stopped here to grab drinks upstairs before an event, and it was fantastic. The employees are all friendly and attentive. We sat at the bar, and they gave us a complementary passion fruit lemon drop shot--it was delicious. The ambiance is very casual. They found out we had a birthday, so they brought out a slice of cake and made us birthday shots. We got such AMAZING service. They made our night for sure!

Yelp
If your plans this past weekend didn't include brunch at Silver Social, you missed out! We took part in their Social Dine Experience and couldn't pass up their bottomless brunch (Moscow mules for me, of course). Favorites included: Tuna tartare: Ponzu marinated tuna over an avocado mixture and served with wonton chips Steak and eggs: Steak medallions (medium) with scrambled eggs, wilted spinach, and latkes Chicken and waffles: Enjoyed the fried drumsticks with the spicy glaze Apple galette - Served warm and dusted with powdered sugar and topped with whipped cream and candied pistachios Maui mules: Vodka, passion fruit purée, pineapple juice, and ginger beer Service was super friendly, with our wait being very accommodating/understanding when we wanted to move inside on a windy day. Parking is available along the streets or in the garages nearby. Metro is also convenient to this restaurant as well.

Yelp
My friends and I were visiting DC for the weekend and looking for a good brunch and The Silver Social in the Navy Yard was absolutely AMAZING! Definitely the best bottomless brunch I have ever been to. The Social Dining Experience with the bottomless brunch is the best deal hands down. The food was stellar especially the Wagyu Beef Sliders and the Short Rib Hash. The servers are so accommodating and quick with replenishing your bottomless drinks. And to top it off, you have a great view of the Nationals Stadium from the top deck. 10/10 experience.

Yelp
I have to start this review off with how much me and my best-friend adore Shadae (the hostess). I was running behind on my resy so I called to let them know I was about 10mins behind. Not only did Shadae great me warmly but before I could even finish my sentence she called me by name and said no worries, drive safe. Small customer service touches like that go a long way for me so I enjoyed that. We had an 11am resy, got there at ten after and were seated immediately. I started with a pear blossom which was perfect (had 2 of these), my bestfriend got a Bellini which she said was just ok and a passion fruit mimosa which she really enjoyed We had: CHIMICHURRI TOSSED CHICKEN WINGS - not my favorite, but the ranch they served with it was really good. GOCHUJANG SHORT RIB HASH - SOOOOO GOOD, the runny egg put it over in terms of bringing it all together and the consistency was a perfect blend for a texture eater like me. If it was served with potatoes this would be a perfect dish to me. CHURRO FRENCH TOAST - buttery soft, raspberry's were fresh and the maple syrup was so light. I wasn't a fan of the sauce but my friend loved it. The churro was a bit tough but that might have more to do with me not eating while it was fresh. JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE SLIDERS - my only complaints about these is that they were so moist it literally fell apart in your hands. I'd come back for the crab cake alone. The crab was light and flaky, barely any binder which was amazing. It was served with guacamole which was also fresh, a squeeze of lemon and about 4 more crab cakes would've sent me into the best food coma of my adult life. After paying the bill we took the elevator down and I realized I'd left my umbrella upstairs and when the doors opened Shadae was there with my umbrella, are we besties now? Me thinks so. Hey Shadae girl!

Yelp
We came in here for a nicer dinner while we were in town and it was walking distance to our hotel. It didn't disappoint! I wouldn't say it's super fancy, but you would fit in either a little on the casual side or more on the fancier side. The pricing fits that too, not too crazy but definitely not an every weekend spot. We did the 3 course per person - it came with a cocktail, two options from the menu, and dessert. We decided to all share the food. The old fashioned was super unique and SO good, the presentation was awesome with it being smoked at the table. We shared a bunch of stuff - winter fruit salad, Buffalo tacos, street corn, crispy smashed potatoes, chicken wings, hanger steak, jumbo lump crab cake, and wagyu sliders. Everything was fantastic, I had NO complaints. The hanger steak was so tender and flavorful, everything was spiced nicely, and the menu complimented each other. We didn't have one bad bite. We also shared one of each of the desserts, also great. The apple crisp was the star though, very unique! Angel was our server and treated us well all night, he was fantastic. We ended up staying for their killer late night happy hour. We loved every minute. Such a great experience!!

Yelp
Wanna be NAUGHTY and save SANTA?! Treating yourself and your friends to @dcsilversocial We choose to enjoy the "Social Dining Experience," which is the following: 3 Course Meal + Cocktail & Dessert for $50 Review: Order included: Buffalo Chicken Tacos, Crispy Smashed Potatoes, NEW Hangar Steak & Chips, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, tuna tartare Drinks: Island Mojito, Strawberry Limoncello Spritz & Fancy Colada Desserts: Flourless Chocolate Cake, Olive Oil Citrus Cake, and Churros Pure tasty deliciousness, is how I'd describe all the flavors I enjoyed. We particularly enjoyed the buffalo tacos, they were unique and delicious delightful bite. The hangar steak were also a table favorite, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The drinks and desserts were served with style, and they were wonderfully balanced and tasty. We'd never tried a olive oil cake before and it was so good. The churros were amazing with a hint of cinnamon, so they tasted great. The drinks were generous pours, very well-balanced. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items, and very helpful. I find that a good meal is greatly enhanced by having excellent service. This was a five star experience. The restaurant was very elegant atmosphere with wraparound windows to this newly built up section of the District. Don't forget to travel often, eat and live deliciously.

Yelp
Slipped into Silver Social after the game to enjoy dinner and drinks. Service was absolutely . Came in, had reservation, and was immediately seated. Sat outside and had a seat at the railing with an excellent view. The ambiance was comfortable with light conversation at several tables

Yelp
Dropped by for breakfast/brunch one day and there wasn't a wait AND there was plenty of parking. Since it is across the street from Nats Stadium, be careful with what days you visit. Service was quick, the food was good and it is great scenery. Definitely try the mango mimosa and the fried shrimp!

Yelp
Back again for the delicious Waygu sliders. These are so good I placed two orders!!! Same bartender as the first happy hour about a year ago and always on top of his game. I may only eat beef once a month of every other month. These delicious morsels in this cool atmosphere are a winner!!!
google avatar

India B.

Yelp
Service was good but my daughter caught a stomach bug from this location. A note to the cooks, please be careful with thoroughly cooking food through and making sure to wash hands.
google avatar

Kelci M.

Yelp
First of all, the booths outside are very comfortable. For dinner, I split the jumbo lump crab cake & wagyu beef sliders. We loved the crab cake on a bed of Mexican sweet corn! The sliders were the perfect size and tasty too. For dessert we had the olive oil citrus cake and it was to die for! The cake was soooo moist and paired nicely with the fresh raspberries and mint! I can't wait to come back and try more food.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was .. decent. Their chicken & waffles (which I ordered so I can partake in their bottomless brunch) was okay (3/5). Also might I add, an AMAZING view of the Nationals Park if you opt to have rooftop/outdoor seating (when it's nice out of course). Outside of that I loved the drinks. So if you're looking for a bottomless brunch spot, I'd definitely suggest this place.
google avatar

Yelp
Hosted a surprise party at Silver Social! What a great experience. They reserved a small area in the roof for us, provided our own brunch menu, allowed us some privacy and great service, and overall we had a great time! The chicken and waffles was a huge hit among the whole crowd. The huge chickens, personal syrup bottle, and sweet waffle - couldn't kiss. We also tried the shrimp and grits and the churro French toast. Seems like they don't miss on breakfast foods! This restaurant boasts a great location in the heart of navy yard, with a great view of the street leading up to the stadium, and indoor/outdoor vibe with open air seating that feel like "rooftop vibes" and service is top notch. I'd love to come back!

Yelp
Hate on it all you want for being a chain but I've never had a bad time here- the food is always pretty darn good and the service is great. I tried their new seasonal shrimp and watermelon salad and yes, it's a $20 salad but it was really very good! Shrimp had great seasoning and a little bit of a kick which complemented the watermelon perfectly!
google avatar

Athena R.

Yelp
Great food!! Hawaiian burger - soooo flavorful!! Messy in a good way Shrimp & grits - good level of spice Staff friendly. A little louder than expected Directly across from gates into stadium

Yelp
Great food and service! Came here last night to celebrate one of my good friend's birthday and it's a large establishment with multiple options for seating. We were seated at the heated patio upstairs and it was so cozy and comfortable. For food, we started with the chimichurri tossed wings. It was pretty good, although I didn't love it. For our main meal, we ordered from the social dining experience menu which included a cocktail, 2 sharing plates, and a dessert. I had the strawberry limoncello spritz and that was good--a nice starter! For food, I had the steak and chips & chop chop salad. The steak was well seasoned and tender. I loved it and the chopped salad paired well with it. It was very refreshing and the red radishes gave it a nice touch. Lastly, for desert I got the citrus cake and that was really light and moist. I think their social dining experience is a great price point/great option for a group to try a little of everything and fill full. Definitely would recommend here and revisit again!

Yelp
I love me some Silver Social!! Happy Hour at Social is the best. Great cocktails and great food on their happy hour menu. It's cool when the bartenders remember you and know your drinks! Next time you're in the Yards, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Head upstairs, check out the view, and have a cocktail. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Came for dinner with a friend on a Wednesday evening around 7 and had the BEST time. They have an amazing heated patio including heaters under the table for your feet, game changer!! Easy to stay toasty sitting outside even if it's chilly. Had a light jacket and was plenty warm with out it. There was a Nat's game going on so it was a really fun ambience hearing the game and seeing the crowds throughout dinner. Was pleasantly surprised that even with music playing from the restaurant and noise from the game it wasn't too loud and still easy to chat with my friend. We did the social experience for dinner which is an amazing deal - a cocktail, two shared plates, and dessert for $50. We split all the plates and had the street corn, tuna tartar, crabcake sliders, and crispy potatoes. Everything was superb, can't even pick a favorite dish because they were all fabulous and we were surprised by how decent of a plate size! We were satisfied but not stuffed, easily room for dessert. For dessert we had the apple pastry and the olive oil cake. Both were good though neither lived up to how good the food was. The olive cake had great potential if they served it heated with ice cream and dropped the berries which made it a little too sour. The apple pastry was also in need of ice cream. Both still enjoyable but we didn't finish them. To drink I had a pear cocktail, tasty but nothing to rave about. My friend enjoyed her old fashioned. I also had a hibiscus spritz which was a fabulous mocktail served in the prettiest glass, still felt having a drink! Can't rave enough about how great our server was!! He was super kind friendly and attentive and encouraged videos when making the smokey old fashioned for us. Great energy!! Loved my experience from start to finish and so pumped to come back when the weather is warmer!!

Yelp
We had an excellent experience at Silver Social . It's like the more upscale version of Silver Diner, and it exceeded our expectations! The restaurant is right across from Nat's Park and has two levels plus a nice outdoor seating area. We made reservations and got seated right away. The service was fantastic, and the bartender knew their stuff. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were delicious. We all had a great time and want to go back!

Yelp
Went to dinner with a few friends and although the cocktails we ordered were good, the portion sizes for all of our food orders were much smaller than expected. I ordered the vegan Wild Mushroom Bolognese, and it tasted ok, despite the fact that the sauce tasted a little sweet. The portion size was so small, I was still very hungry afterwards. My friend ordered the Salmon, and he felt hungry as well. Although the taste of the food was decent, I don't think I will be returning to Silver Social.

Yelp
This food was so delicious and I haven't even gotten my shake oh and the staff here are so kind and I really recommend eating here.

Yelp
I booked a reservation since we were at a Nats game across the street. Ever since I saw this place opening online I've been wanting to come through. I'm a big fan of Silver Diner so I figured it would be an even better experience. We headed over a little before the game was over and went upstairs. It wasn't too busy yet and basically had the inside to ourselves for a little. Our server Angel was real nice and friendly. He checked up on us a good amount and always refilled our waters (it was a hot night). We decided to do the Terrace Dining Experience which gave us both a three course meal and a cocktail each for $45 per person. Very good deal for what we got. To drink we got the Silver Smash and the DC Reviver. Both were really refreshing because of the heat obviously. The Silver Smash has a strong berry cucumber flavor and the DC Reviver was tart. Our starters were the Smoky Old Bay Potato Chips and the Chimichurri Chicken Wings. The chips had a great smokiness and were nice and thick. Loved the ranch that came with. The wings were huge. The chimichurri flavor was good but not too strong. Main course we got the Shrimp Risotto and the Honey Sambal Fried Chicken. The shrimp was cinnamon spiced which gave a unique flavor and the risotto was nice and creamy. The Honey Sambal Fried Chicken had a lot going on. The chicken was thin but crispy, sweet and spicy and I loved the farro, squash, and curry mixed in with it. Lastly for dessert, we got the churros and flourless chocolate cake. Both were not too sweet. The cake was light and had a good chocolate flavor. The churros were crispy yet soft and the nutella mole had a small kick to it. Overall this was a great experience. It was more than just a place to wait out the game traffic but I could've spent even more time just hanging out getting drinks. Seems like a lot of people were there for that. Can't wait to come back! Just keep mind, the place can get really loud on Saturday nights.

Yelp
I came out tonight for Silver Social and had a blast! From the greeting at the front door and host stand to my wonderful server Nate! Nate's service was phenomenal and much needed on this Friday night. He was very attentive, caring and handled my table like he knew what he was doing. The food was great, drinks were rememberable and the overall experience was a 10/10. This was my second time and I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
I came here after a National's game and it did not disappoint. Silver Social is in a perfect location. It's located above Silver Diner which is right outside of Nats stadium so you have great views especially during a game. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options. It is 21 and over to dine there. We had reservations but shockingly on a Saturday at 7:30p it wasn't crowded. I'm not sure if that's the norm or not but you can never go wrong with making reservations, just in case. Our waiter was awesome. I wish I remembered his name so he could get credit for his great service. It was our first time there and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some good recommendations about food and drink choices. The dishes are tapas style but they do have larger plate options. We ordered a four different food options for the table and we loved every single dish. I wanted to try everything on the menu if I could. We will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
Wow what an amazing experience. My wife and i stopped by today. We are on our 2024 Sunday brunch experience. And they didn't disappoint. Its a great location. Its a great location and very nice decor. The service and for were amazing. We had the bottomless brunch option. I would definitely recommend if you want a great experience. The servers were amazing very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed which is very important. If you want an amazing brunch experience this definitely a location you should stop by and try. Look at our pictures and let us know what you think!!

Yelp
I really like this spot a lot. The venue itself is nice (especially the outdoor space. When the food is good, it's REALLY GOOD! Creekstone Farm Sliders were very tasty and the Chimichurri wings are FIRE!!! The chimichurri wings are so good you want to come back and get them regularly. The only problem is that they're inconsistent. I've had them sometimes and they are phenomenal and others where they are just "ok..." if they step up their consistency, this would be a solid 5 star spot for me!
google avatar

Phillip L.

Yelp
3% service fee? For what? Can you not run a successful business and pay your employees a living wage? Somehow restaurants around rest of the world manage to do this. Stop making your customers subsidize your wages. Just stop already.
google avatar

Shari D.

Yelp
The ambiance here is really nice, you get a speakeasy/upscale diner kinda vibe. First time here and definitely plan on coming back soon. Their chairs are comfy and wide, something a lot of places skimp on. Plus, there's plenty of bar space and tabletop space. We came in for happy hour and tried a handful of drinks, our bartender Ishmael manned all the patrons and the drinks were definitely on point! We got some bites to eat, I enjoyed the wagu sliders the best. They also have late night specials, which I'm anticipating coming back for.

Koren M.

Yelp
My food is always delicious. Small things. Elevator may not consistently work and the bathrooms are small. The most important part the food is delicious. Incredible views upstairs especially if there is a concert or lots of energy going on. It is one of my top picks for a warm sunny day. The top is much different from the bottom floor.

Yelp
Great! Excellent service and delicious food! We were greeted quickly & offered beverages with recommendations. Our server really knew his bar! We shared everything and not one thing disappointed! Steak perfectly seasoned and Crab fresh, sweet & sliced. Tomato garnish delish! Nothing was an afterthought- everything divine. Table service was just right. This was our first meal when we got to DC and it set the bar.

Yelp
We went here for dinner last night and it was quite an unpleasant experience. We arrived about 20 minutes early for our reservation. To our delight, the hostess let us know that she could seat us. She proceeded to lead us to the outdoor balcony. While there were multiple heat lamps, we had just come from Enchant and I just wanted to be inside and warm. I thought it was weird that the hostess didn't ask if it was okay to seat us outside, but I let them know and they were able to give us a table inside. We were seated, and a few minutes into us waiting, a guy passed by and told us he'd be right with us. It had to be another 10 minutes before he returned and asked if we wanted to put in drink orders. We stated that we were ready to order food and drinks, as we'd been waiting. We decided to do the Social Dining experience, which gives you 2 shareables or sliders, a drink, and a dessert for $50. I usually ask waiters and waitresses if they recommend anything because I can be indecisive. I asked our waiter, Ishmael, if he had any reccs and he told us the steak and chips were his favorite. Cool. I asked about a couple of other dishes and he came off as if he didn't want to talk to us. I just went ahead and picked something after that because I was over it. For drinks, I ordered the DC Reviver (I love a gin cocktail) and my husband ordered the Smoky Getaway. The drinks took awhile to come, and when they did, he only brought one drink and sat it in front of my husband. What I heard him say (again, it did not seem like he wanted to talk to us) was "you had gin right?" I said yes and he said it'll be here shortly. My husband mentioned his drink coming in a martini glass, but I didn't think anything of it. Before I even got my drink, they brought our first set of shareable dishes. My drink came shortly after. I ordered the wings and my husband got the buffalo chicken tacos. The wings were not good. From the dried up garnish sauce that was drizzled on the plate, it seemed like they were sitting for awhile. They were also lukewarm and I noticed that a few of the wings were more pink on the inside than I am comfortable eating. I left them alone. The buffalo chicken tacos were good and I was very jealous that I didn't order them. We finished our first round of food and I decided to taste my husband's drink. After a sip, I said "this tastes like gin." After looking at the menu again and inquiring with another waiter, it turned out that he gave us the wrong drinks. I had his drink and he had mine. We told Ishmael and he said he'd get us another round. During this time, we also noticed that my husband's half-drank drink had a small fly in it. Joy. The last straw was our second set of shareables taking close to an hour to come out. We got the first round at 8:11pm and it wasn't until around 9:09 that we got the second dish. This was also after they brought out the wrong order for me. I ordered the crab cake sliders and they brought me the crab cake dish. I told the food runner that it was incorrect and she took it back. Ishmael then came over to clarify, insinuating that I ordered the crab cake, and I told him no, I ordered the sliders. These were the dishes that I asked him for more information on and he told me the crab cake came over corn and the sliders came with a side of guac. It was a no-brainer for me to get the sliders, because I love Guac. But why would I expect a waiter who had no intention of listening to us to get my order right? Our second entrees came and they were actually delicious. It's a shame that this was overshadowed by such poor service. There were two groups sitting at the surrounding tables that Ishmael was serving, and he was much more attentive to them than he was to us. In fact, one table that sat after us got their food, their desserts, and left before we even got our second entree. The disrespect was blatant. The desserts were nothing to write home about. We got the churros and the apple gallate. The churros tasted burnt, but the sauce it came with was good. The Apple gallate was pretty good. The saving grace in this experience was the manager, Celeste. After not receiving our shareable for almost an hour, I called her over and explained everything. She was understanding and conversational and made sure that we got the rest of our food in a timely manner. She gave us something off the bill and gave us two drink tokens for our next visit. My husband said he's not coming back, but I'll keep them if I'm ever in the area. Thank you Celeste. She is the only reason I added an extra star to this review. Ishmael-- shame on you.

Yelp
It took maybe 15 minutes before someone greeted us at our table to offer us water the place wasn't busy so that was kind of a turn off for me. The receptionist was amazing she was so sweet I wish she was our waiter ! We ordered the chimchuri wings , and the creeksToné sliders. The wings were good flavor was nice they aren't spicy though they look like they might be. Drink wise stick to what you like taste like vodka i Thought the drink woudl be refreshing and it's not good over all experience great decor and ambiance

Yelp
Got the onion rings and jumbo wings for take out. The onion were soft and sweet. the outside was a little oily. Not sure I would reorder. the wings were crisp and meaty and tender. Got the Thai chili sauce. Great location.

Yelp
We hosted our wedding guests at Silver Social for a "welcome drinks" reception the night before our wedding and we had a fabulous time! The event far exceeded our expectations. Everyone kept coming up to us to tell us they loved the venue (ballpark energy) and the food and drinks, of course! The staff was fantastic - they all personally introduced themselves to me and my husband, and were very attentive. When we were running low on food, they sought us out and we were able to order more wagyu beef sliders which were a HUGE hit. They also offered to serve everyone a champagne toast towards the end of the night which was a perfect way to meet our food and beverage minimum while having fun with our guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our event and the service from Silver Social. We would recommend Silver Social to anyone and are looking forward to returning to Silver Social perhaps for another party.

Yelp
You can never go wrong with Silver Diner, and this location is no exception! I hadn't been here in many years so this was a nice welcome back. The standouts were the Shak Shuka and the cold brew, but I will admit the cold brew isn't for the real coffee girls. It was perfect for me because I'm more of a coffee flavor girl not actual coffee drinker, so if you're looking for a caffeine boost you may have to order an extra shot of espresso. Overall nice experience, good service, will be back!

Yelp
When a friend of mine mentioned silver social, I thought she just mispronounced silver diner and I passed. But then she said nooo the bar on top of the diner. At that moment I had to go & I'm glad I did. Decided to hit their late night happy hour on a Thursday around 10:15pm. It gives a very grown and sexy but not too stuffy vibe. They also have a patio with heaters if that's your thing. The crab cake slides were a delight. The wings at first glance are very..."interesting" but give em a try. They are pretty flavorful. Shout out to Ish at the bar. I will be back !!
