Beautiful restaurant. Location is right off the city center and upon walking into 1911 I was blown away by the interior. The restaurant is so modern, but warm and the decor is so perfectly balanced. We ordered the fresh bread appetizer which came with their homemade butter. Cannot recommend this appetizer enough, it was so fresh and delicious texture. We also ordered the fresh fish and chanterelle truffle risotto. The food was as delicious as it looked and the service was phenomenal. The menu is seasoned so you know you are getting the best ingredients and a thoughtful selection of dining options. Such an intimate and beautiful restaurant to enjoy with your significant other or loved ones.

Located near the sopot pier, the 1911 awaits with a stylish interior. Nothing fancy, but definitely a cosy place. Service was very attentive, a little bit too much for my taste. I don’t believe it was the intention, but the frequency of questions whether they can serve something else came over as pushy. I started with a blue cheese brioche and that one was a real delight to me. The sweet mustard sauce made it very well rounded. For the main course I had venison loin. I know I might be a bit picky on wild game, but there was some room to improvement. It was not tender and intense enough, indicating that it was not top notch quality. Same goes for the sauce, which was tasty but a bit uneventful. Liked the combination with the kale. The desert was not a highlight to me. The sorbet did not fit the dish at all in my opinion. The cake itself did not impress either and I could not taste a difference to convenience Lava cakes. All in all the 1911 is by no means bad, but given it is in an elaborated price range that comes with expectations and those were not fully met for me.

Enjoyed our dinner very much. My unusual mussel appetizer surprised me in having the mussels served out of the shell! They were delicious as was the trout I had as the main course. My husband and I had a lovely evening! Thank you to the chef and the servers!

We had an excellent dinner here. The rainbow trout and steak were both outstanding, the mashed potatoes were delicious, and both desserts were great as well. The wine and beer selection was excellent too. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We'd love to come back again!

I liked this place. Food was good, but maybe I expected a bit more :) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a lot of unavailable options.

A solid 3,5. Food was good but, more aspiring than accomplished. Tartar was superb as well as the truffle mash that came with the lamb. The “risotto” was creative but not super inspiring. Chanterelle soup was good but short of delusions. Plate presentation could have been better. Service, though, was really good.

This is the best restaurant we have experienced in our European travels. The details on presentation and preparation is outstanding. The bread and butter served is done in-house. Food is outstanding as well as service. My wife is an outstanding cook and was raving about everything at 1911.
