"203° Fahrenheit Coffee is set to open a new location in the Google building at 610 Boren Avenue North. The cafe, originally opened in Kirkland in March 2019, focuses on excellent customer service and outstanding coffee. Its popular offering is the medium roast Fitzroy Blend, featuring Central and South American beans for a chocolatey, molasses flavor. The new location in South Lake Union features a polished, minimal design with a white light ring over the bar area and a purple 203° sign at the entrance. It will offer grab-and-go items such as breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and pastries from Macrina Bakery. The opening is delayed pending city inspection approval." - Mark Van Streefkerk

Nice, pleasing, and classy coffeeshop. Great roast on the coffee, nice and smooth. Mostly bar seating with one area for larger groups. A bench out front to enjoy your drink. Pastries along with lunch items for quick grab and go. They offer a large 16oz coffee which gets it done. Occasionally they have those running. Groups that take over the shop on the weekends after their run. Best to avoid as it gets packed and very loud.

It’s hard to choose from all the great coffee shops in the South Lake area, but this is my go to. They have great food, great coffee and a really cool aesthetic. I always get the veggie burrito with a cortado.

Looks like this coffee shop just recently moved in so I gave it a try. I would say it was pretty standard for the Seattle area. It is cute aesthetically and has a nice location near the lakefront. The espresso in the latte I got was pretty mellow and the flavor was subtle, it was smooth but not full. I personally prefer a stronger coffee flavor. It was less sweet than a lot of other places, which I personally don’t love but some may like. Their large is 12oz vs the standard 16oz at most places, so while the price is about the same it’s a smaller drink. All in all, I would say I’m not going to go out of my way to go to this coffee shop, but if I was in the area I wouldn’t be opposed to it.

A very cozy cafe I love to grab my morning coffee from! Baristas are always super friendly, and do keep in mind, that it does get busy so be kind! I love lattes that aren’t too sweet, and all the flavored lattes I’ve had hits the right threshold (not too sweet but sweet enough). They have a handful of pastries and hot sandwiches to choose from!

I have now been to this coffee shop twice. While the customer service has been excellent, the beverages have been lacking. The last time I got an oat milk mocha and it literally just tasted like hot oat milk. Not worth a $9 latte.

A great coffee place in South Lake Union. Something that was missing for a long time given the popularity of the location. The only option was Starbucks. 203 F is a little coffee shop a couple of minutes walking distance from SLU. Amazing coffee. A few bakery items to choose from as well. Since it's a small cafe the space availability might be an issue.

Come here relatively often although I’m not a big coffee drinker. They always have some fun drinks that are delicious. The coffee is really well made and is never too bitter or over roasted like many American places which I like. Some of my favorites are the specialty lattes. The Ube latte hot or iced is definitely a go-to, and they recently had a coconut latte that was delicious. Overall a cool coffee shop with some outdoor seating and fun drinks. Definitely stop by.
