New Cafe 203° Fahrenheit Coffee Will Open Imminently in South Lake Union’s Google Building | Eater Seattle

"I've been following the new South Lake Union café inside the Google building at 610 Boren Avenue North and it's about 95 percent finished; the interior is polished, minimal and glowing, with a white light ring hanging like a halo over a long bar and a bright purple 203° sign near the entrance. Named after the water temperature at which espresso is brewed, the location will be open to the public and will offer grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos and pastries from Macrina Bakery. Owner Alen Fikic — who has more than 23 years in coffee experience, including seven years as president of Zoka Coffee Roasters — says they're essentially ready but are waiting on a city inspector and hope to have things wrapped up within as long as six weeks." - Eater
