"With new executive chef Matthew Bell at the helm, the 21C’s downstairs restaurant is open for patio dining and takeout brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; the current menu includes waffle fry poutine, a “not hot chicken” biscuit, and buttermilk pancakes alongside palomas, mimosas, and more." - Delia Jo Ramsey

No frills bar with pool tables. Cheaper drinks. Nice crowd. It is pretty packed due to the pool leagues, so don't expect to get a seat. The people that are there are there for the duration of the evening.

Gotta admit this is my normal hang out. But the drink and pool prices are great. 6 tables to choose from too. And they cleaned the place up a bit so it looks much better.

A great bar with a the vibe of a hole in the wall spot. Best bar for pool players, as skilled players frequent this spot and are always looking to play and teach. The crowd here depends on the day and time. There are definitely regulars and they're all friendly. The rest of the crowd is mixed. Pool league nights are busy and the weekends are unpredictable. Wifi enabled jukebox is almost always alive with queued up music. Within 1 or 2 visits, the staff will likely recognize you and have your drink ready as you walk in. There's a little patio out front where you can sit and take your beverage, or smoke for those that do. Unique old school little spot recommended if your in the area or looking for a different spot.

Nice place to hangout. Affordable beers and also have six pool tables. I will visit again with my friends. Nice bartenders. Customer friendly. Pool tables takes quarters and you can purchase quarters at the counter. Well maintained. Best place to get a local taste.

Seems like a good place and no complaints about the staff or business really, but we came in on a week day to just play a couple casual games and as there were no signs or anything indicating there was a league, we started setting our stuff down at one of the tables and the table next to us came to tell us there were leagues in the rudest, most disrespectful way possible. They even went as far as to tell us to move to another table that was "open for now" and give us a lecture on pool etiquette as though we had never played a game in our lives. It was rude and awful, we played one game at the other table and were made so uncomfortable by that guy that we just left and didn't get drinks or anything. I looked everywhere I could think to try to find some kind of signage or anything that would indicate that there was a league going on and there was nothing I could see. I know this isn't really the fault of 21 West, but the people there just seemed really rude and I don't know that we will be back since apparently it could be leagues at any time with no notice, or warning of any kind.

Great place to shoot pool and grab a cold beer. The owner is often behind the bar. The tables are well maintained, the cues are in pretty good shape and there's plenty of space between tables so you don't feel cramped

Google
it's a good place to be if you're on a budget and you want to get intoxicated. But most of the time they don't have Schlitz Malt Liquor and that just isn't the thing that's good to run out of on the weekend

Great server...efficient and friendly. Lots of pool tables here, more than 4. Great location. Very clean and nice staff.

Yelp
some bartenders here will rip off your credit card---happened to me on 2 different occasions---luckily my bank reimbursed me for it---owner of the bar denied the whole thing acting as if i was crazy---the bar itself isnt bad but rather boring unless you like playing pool---i dont go there anymore---besides getting ripped off---i dont care for the owners husband--self important jackass and ive got better things to do than waste my time with a bunch of drunken strangers, most of whom cant handle their booze--this goes for all bars in general---a complete waste of time---unless your an alcohoic..........
