2120 - Review - Denny Triangle - Seattle - The Infatuation

"It’s 6pm on a Wednesday, and you need to pry yourself out of the office before hysteria sets in. You know that you should probably eat something, because you only had three cashews and some black cold brew for lunch while BSing that analytics report. But you still have more to do - and you’re starting to suspect that the 40-hour workweek only ever existed in fairy tales. Here’s the good news: provided you work in the general area where Belltown and Downtown meet, 2120 is your spot. For a work dinner of any kind, this upscale American restaurant is ideal. The food, for the most part, is very good, so whether you’re treating yourself and your laptop to dinner at the bar (don’t take this too far and pour wine into the keyboard), hosting a client meeting, or having out-of-the-office drinks with the rest of your team, this is a good place to do it. If you can get the huge bowl of sangria punch with floating edible flowers and pay for it with your corporate card, so much the better. 2120’s menu ranges from small plates like tostadas and manchego mac and cheese to larger ones like pasta or seared fish. Most of the dishes here are going to make you pretty happy, as long as you don’t mind parting with a not-insignificant amount of money for them. We especially like the pappardelle with tomato, chives, clams, guanciale, and a kick of spice, and the braised lamb shank with polenta, chimichurri, and a delicious pan sauce we’d happily eat with a spoon. Not everything is a hit - the burger, for example, has lackluster toppings and soggy fries, and the pork belly starter is forgettable. But if you avoid those things, you can expect to have a good meal. The fact that this place is on the ground floor of the Day 1 Amazon building makes it especially convenient if you work there or the general vicinity (it’s a five-minute walk from most of downtown, so there’s a solid chance that you do). It’s a little dark inside, but there are large windows to help you remember the outside world exists. Plus, there’s lots of room both at the U-shaped bar and in the main dining room, so you won’t have to worry about being able to get in. Perfect for an easy but nice weeknight meal. No matter why you’re having a work dinner, 2120 is a fitting place for it. So whether you’re totally alone, with just those deadline-reminder calendar pings to keep you company - or with your office building’s entire 14th floor celebrating Tamara’s promotion that you’re definitely not seethingly jealous of - try to focus on having a good time, eating some good food, and coming up with an excuse to get back here for another punch bowl ASAP. Food Rundown Seasonal Punch Bowl Pretty and delicious. Get this. Pork Belly An upstanding but mostly forgettable starter. Tender pork belly, a white sweet potato puree, cranberry, and bacon-y collard greens. There’s some kind of Thanksgiving thing going on here, but we don’t fully buy it. The sweet potatoes are underwhelming and the flavors on the belly are a little muted. The collard greens, though, we could eat all day. Brussels Sprouts This dish takes all the best things you can do to brussels sprouts - frying them, adding bacon, and coating them in a deliciously tangy dressing - and combines them into one appetizer. It’s a little oily, but hey, you’re eating something green. Golden Cauliflower Roasted cauliflower in a bowl with yogurt, mint, golden raisins, almonds, pickled shallot, parsley, and honey. You definitely want this. Mac And Cheese Manchego gives the well-cooked cavatappi pasta some sharpness, and the duck fat croutons on top taste great (even though there aren’t enough of them). If you’re a mac and cheese person, this is a good version to add to your repertoire. It just needs a tiny bit of salt. Wagyu Burger We love burgers. We do not love this one, and we’re sad about it. The meat itself is high-quality and has an awesome grilled flavor, but topping it with bland manchego, pickled pepper relish, limp arugula, and a bit of aioli isn’t doing the patty justice (nor is the untoasted brioche bun). The fries also range from kind of soggy to very soggy. It hurts to say this, but skip the burger. Pappardelle With Clams This plate of carbs is a game-changer. Al dente sheets of pasta in a light tomato sauce, with guanciale and the tiniest kick of spice. Plus clams. It really works. photo credit: Justin Carney King Salmon You might be looking to go the Nice Piece Of Fish route. In that case, the salmon is for you. We’ve seen it with fregola sarda and salsa verde, and we’ve also seen it with French lentils, but it’s always an excellent choice. Lamb Shank If a traditional braised short rib is the cool kid on the block, this lamb shank with grana padano polenta, chimichurri, and broccolini is the new dude that strolls into town like a badass, pulls the lone cigarette out of braised short rib’s mouth, and flicks it away as embers scatter everywhere. And then starts a street fight. And wins. And then gets the girl. That’s all you need to know. Order it now." - Aimee Rizzo

The Girls’ Night Out Guide - Seattle - The Infatuation

"2120 is in the Denny Triangle, a.k.a. that weird vortex where you’re kind of in South Lake Union, Belltown, and Downtown all at the same time. This makes it perfect for a weeknight girls’ night out if everyone works in the area. This place is part classy restaurant, part Amazon employee team dinner HQ, and you’ll love it if you’re willing to spend a lot of money on your meal. A massive sangria punch bowl with edible flowers floating on top is pretty much mandatory, and the upscale menu is fantastic across the board. For the ultimate girls’ night out one-two punch, head to Lady Yum next door afterwards for macarons and $4 champagne." - aimee rizzo

The One-Two Punch: A Date Night Dinner & Drinks Guide - Seattle - The Infatuation

"If you work at Amazon, there’s a good chance you’ll end up dating someone at Amazon - and if you both work at Amazon, chances are you might live near Amazon, too. All signs point to 2120 for dinner. This place (which is actually located in an Amazon office building) has an impressive menu of South American fusion food, like manchego mac and cheese with duck fat croutons, and salmon with fregola and salsa verde. Split a punch bowl for two while discussing what to watch later on Amazon Prime." - aimee rizzo

"Capacity: 32 If you work near the Spheres, you’ll probably go to 2120 for dinner at some point, or sit at the bar with your laptop and a lamb shank while getting some work done. Book the back room here, which is pretty quiet compared to the rest of the restaurant, so you’ll be able to hear your conversations easily." - aimee rizzo

We came to 2120 on a Friday night around 8pm, and were honestly surprised by how many open tables there were—because this place deserves to be packed. Our evening started off in a bit of a sour mood due to external factors, but James, our incredible server, completely turned that around when we entered the restaurant. His warmth, attention to detail, and energy truly made the night. A true 5-star experience. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was a masterclass in flavor—bold, creative, and harmonious. Every bite was like a symphony—unexpected ingredients working together in perfect rhythm to deliver something both surprising and unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that balances innovation with comfort so well, and 2120 nails it. This was easily one of the most unique and memorable dining experiences I’ve had in years. I can’t recommend it enough— and already have.

Large restaurant with a cool modern interior. They serve contemporary west coast style x Italian food. Their menu has a good variety of foods from pastas to scallops and duck breast. The prices are fairly good for a fine dining experience and every dish was well made. We came here to celebrate a birthday and they gave us a birthday card, which is nice. Though another table beside us got comp’d dessert for their birthday celebration, which was a bit of a downer. Also, the server had asked if we wanted to spread our dishes out more as we ordered a couple of starters and one main, but they wound up coming almost all at once, which made our dining experience faster than anticipated. Their drinks are well made, but if you’re looking for cocktails, there’s a cocktail bar next door. They serve good food, solid drinks, and overall it’s a solid restaurant. Just a few small kinks to work out and it would have been a perfect dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience at 2120 before our concert at the Moore Theater. Nestled adjacent to the Amazon Spheres, the restaurant has a stylish and modern interior with a warm ambiance that made for a great start to our evening. The food was delicious, and the drink menu offered a great variety of creative cocktails and wines. Our server was very nice, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We stayed for a couple of hours, never feeling rushed, before taking a quick 5-10 minute walk to the Moore. One unexpected perk—they offer free parking, which is a huge bonus in that area. Highly recommend 2120 (the address of the restaurant too).

The whole restaurant felt cozy and private even with a large party just two tables over. The staff were extremely attentive without being uncomfortably persistent and they knew the menu well. The food was phenomenal. The non-ketchup sauce for the Belgian frites was a touch bland, but it didn't diminish the experience as the fries really didn't need dipping. We were there for my birthday. I appreciated, but did not expect, the lovely complimentary dessert. Even more than that I appreciated that no spectacle was made beyond the treat and a single candle. We can't wait to treat ourselves again- with or without a special occasion needed.

Upscale, modern restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Smaller menu, but delicious choices. The scallops were perfect.

So glad to see Sunday Brunch is back at 2120—and better than ever! The new menu items are absolutely amazing. Must-tries include the Steak and Eggs with chimichurri and a unique twist on au poivre sauce—perfection. The Oxtail Chilaquiles had a smoky depth with just the right amount of heat, and the Salmon Benedict was both rich and refreshingly light. The cocktail game is just as strong—don't miss the Seasonal Old Fashioned, the Harvest Moon, and their spring lineup, all crafted beautifully. As always, the 2120 family—Jason, Amanda, Chris, Ann, Chef Kyle, and the rest of the crew—makes every visit feel like coming home. Warm, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Please go support them. You’ll have a wonderful experience every time!

Good Lord. 2120 is the perfect late-night spot for dinner and cocktails, complete with a glorious view of the iconic Bezo’s Balls™️. This place balances chic, sophisticated dishes with surprisingly reasonable prices for Seattle. The salmon was rich and buttery, practically dissolving on your tongue. The oxtail pappardelle nailed it with perfectly al dente pasta and tender, flavorful meat. The octopus with white bean purée was melt-in-your-mouth tender, though just a touch too salty. The duck was a bit on the chewy side as well but made up for it with excellent seasoning, and the scallops? Absolute perfection. Honestly, every dish was a winner. This place has easily become my new go-to in Seattle. Whether you’re hosting a large corporate dinner, enjoying a romantic date night, or just treating yourself to an indulgent fine-dining meal that skips the pretentious micro portions, this spot delivers every time. Expect to pay $15–$25 for appetizers, $30–$60 for entrées, and $10–$15 for desserts. Totally worth it for the quality and experience.

This was our first time dining at 2120. We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and made the reservation online. When we arrived to the restaurant the host greeted us by saying “happy anniversary” followed by every wait staff that waited on us at our table. They also had a sweet anniversary card on the table wishing us the best. That was such a remarkable, unasked for touch!!! We loved our experience and will be coming back!! I don’t make reviews ever… so take it from me that this place took my breathe away so much so I’m taking the time to write a review!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!! Also you HAVE to try their donuts on the dessert menu! Best dessert ever!! Thanks to our waiter, Chad for bringing those to us from him for our anniversary. 🥰

Yelp
Another great Seattle restaurant. Sat outside by the Amazon Cube. LA tourist who made a reservation due to yelp reviews which I rely on. Spot on reviews. Appetizers were great, carrots and octopus. Mains were steak, scallops. And pasta with class. All were great! Drinks were good also. Finished off with their impressively plated carrot cake. Not cheap, but well worth the price. A nice evening with great service.

Yelp
Great appetizers. Mid Entrees. Started off great with the grilled octopus and the tuna tartar apps! Both were delicious and my family licked the plate clean. Our entrees were alright. I don't mind a simple menu of selections, it's the execution that made me consider what else could there have been? I ordered the lamb chops and it was pretty disappointing. The lamb was overcooked and was tough on the bone. And not a fan of the experimental addition of curry powder to the dish-- it was so overpowering and didn't harmonize with the lamb. I ended up not finishing this already expensive plate and felt guilty but I could not get myself to continue. My mom got the vongole pasta and my dad got the steak. Both feeling like the price didn't justify the taste. They were just okay and small portioned. Maybe a better spot for drinks and tapas for the local Amazonians but I won't be returning any time soon. Sorry 2120.

Yelp
This restaurant is the epitome of excellence. It's a rare occurrence where I will try a meal that actually stops me in my tracks. This place did. I couldn't stop saying "wow" with every bite. Seriously, it's that good. We got the potato gnocchi to share and it was the star of the show, so flavorful. I got the steak and my wife got the salmon, both were also fantastic, the chimichurri on the steak was chef's kiss. This far exceeds the bar for what I would call a 5-star restaurant. The food was also a great value, you definitely get what you pay for. We would come back any day. As if the food wasn't enough, the ambiance and service was impeccable! They are so fast and efficient. 10/10

Yelp
This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff, but I was disappointed by the food itself. I ordered the Thai curry and I found it very bland and underseasoned. With higher prices I was expecting higher quality. So I left pretty disappointed.

Yelp
I was in town for a convention and had a great dinner here with colleagues. The cocktail menu is amazing and it was hard to decide, but I ended up going with the Aloe Back Gurl which was perfect for a summer evening - gin and berries and not too sweet! We shared some starers including the burrata, pork belly and roasted carrots, which were all delicious. For my entree I had the pappardelle & clams which was excellent. Lots of fresh, flavorful clams in the shell with a delicious sauce over fresh pasta. Service was excellent and our server knew the menu well which helped people in our group sort out their choices. Atmosphere was modern and relaxed, but not too loud. We were able to easily hear each other even when the restaurant was full. Definitely a great option within walking distance from the convention center!

Yelp
Went here w/ my boyfriend yesterday and had a great time. I had made a reservation for his bday for 6pm but found ourselves in SLU earlier than expected so around 4:20 we went in and asked if we could move the reservation up. The host was very nice and wished my bf a happy birthday (he also wished him a happy bday again when we were leaving at the end too), and said our table was actually already set up. When we got to the table my boyfriend got a handwritten 2120 birthday card. The host introduced our server Justin to us. Justin was authentically kind, attentive, and professional. He also recommended me the horchata drink. -For appetizers we ordered the calamari, steak tartare, and smoked salmon rilette. The rilette came w/ crostini that you can ask for more of if you run out. Each item flavor-wise was well-balanced and not bland. The calamari had a light coating so was it not oily and paired well w/ the labneh, the steak tartare was fresh with mustard seed and onions to cut through the taste, and the salmon was a good light starter. For drinks, we got 5 of them: 1. Espresso martini - tasted like a strong coffee, loved it. There is option for caffeinated or decaf coffee. This is on the dessert menu 2. Smooth razz - tasted like raspberry 3. Captain Ahab's Cupboard - creamy and coconutty; my second fav after the espresso martini 4. Horchata drink - this thing was strong! Heavy rum flavor. Their menu says they have a Wild Horchata but I think I saw on the receipt it's called Rice & Spice? Plus the menu says Wild Horchata is served on ice and mine wasn't. In any case this was my least fav drink. The puffed rice was fun to eat but wow was the rum strong! 5. Spring fling - pineapple. Came w/ a flower decoration. Refreshing -For the pasta, we tried the lobster pappardelle and the duck confit tagliatelle. Hands down, get the duck. It was perfectly cooked, fell off the bone, and had some crispy bits that stayed crispy even after touching the sauce. The lobster pieces in the pappardelle were plentiful and meaty but we both thought the sauce was quite acidic and it had a lot of some sort of spice that warmed the throat going down, but it was mainly pretty acidic -For a surprise bday dessert, Justin brought out the house made donuts: 4 donut holes, caramel, and chocolate mousse, complete with a candle -Meals were brought out in a well timed manner so only after we finished the appetizers did they bring out the pasta, and only after we finished the pasta did they bring out the dessert. Water was constantly being refilled as needed We left incredibly stuffed and tipsy. Before tip but after tax it came out to be ~$224

Yelp
My cousin stumbled upon this place via IG. It sounded really good so we made reservations right away for a Thursday night dinner. Seasonal old fashioned: I had two rounds of this one. Drink was pretty good! Washington Oyster: we decided to get half a dozen just to try. The oysters were fresh and so good! Steak tartare: this is probably one of the better steak tartare I have ever had. The house chips went well with it too. Grilled octopus: the octopus with bean puree went well together. I don't like beans but the Puree tasted like mashed potatoes which is a good thing. Octopus itself could have been cooked better IMO but overall flavor was good. Pork shank: my cousin and I decided to share the entree. I'm glad we did because the portion was pretty shareable. The pork was cooked perfectly. So tender, juicy and flavorful. The saffron risotto went well with it. Overall experience was good. It was the perfect option to splurge for one fancy dinner during our Seattle trip. The restaurant is right next to the Amazon Spheres so you can't miss it.

Yelp
One of our favorite restaurants in the city time after time it never disappoints. The oysters were delish and the cocktails are excellent. The service is always top notch and the ambiance is fun nestled in right next to the Amazon spheres!

Yelp
3.5 Stars Classy, stylish atmosphere (some couples were on dates there wearing full on dresses and suits) and higher end fare. The food is well composed and is well cooked. Just nothing to report home over. And for the prices one would expect them to be something to report home about. Octopus ($21) - 4 lil tentacles on a bed of perfectly dressed bed of kale and yummy white bean puree. Gnocchi ($23) - bf said it tasted like pizza sauce? idk. I had one pillow and it was soft and toothsome and fresh. The Brussel Sprouts ($10) looked doused in oil and the fries ($8) came in a huge mound but seemed limp. Amanda really made our night. She was hilarious, friendly, super attentive. 10000000 stars for Amanda.

Yelp
My friend and I came on a Sunday for an early dinner, around 4:30 pm. Note they don't open until 4 pm on Monday to Sunday and close at 9 pm. This is a great location right by the Amazon Spheres. Also, check out their website for information on free parking! We started off with drinks and ordered the classic 2120 spritz, which wasn't just aesthetically pleasing but tasty. The Pear-Way to Heaven was less sweet and stronger than we thought, which was a great surprise if that's more up your alley. We ordered the steak tartare, which comes with house chips that balanced well together. The salmon belly rillette was also a great balance as it added a bit of sweetness to the meal that comes with crostinis. However, we REALLY enjoyed the grilled octopus, which comes with a creamy puree, and the octopus had the right amount of chewiness that paired well with the vegetables. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Reservations can be made on their website through OpenTable. This would make a great spot for a date, with its upscale interior and modern ambiance. I'll definitely be back during the spring/summer to get a chance to sit in their outdoor spaces and trying out their other cocktails!

Yelp
I am absolutely in love with this place! First off: the ambience is phenomenal; it's right by the Amazon spheres with covered outdoor seating which is available year round apparently? Overall awesome vibe... The drinks were top notch - I particularly enjoyed the 2120 spritz which was beautiful, unique, and very refreshing! And the food was amazing! American style but with variations and influence from other cultures. It's hard to name one since I could see Mediterranean influence in some appetizers, Middle eastern in others and even South American which what seemed to be the chef's spin on Chimichurri sauce with the exceptionally-cooked steak. The star of the show was the Octopus for me! Try it - we loved everything although we didn't eat any desert. Next time!

Yelp
It's giving... WILL DINE AGAIN. I flew to Seattle for a first date (don't judge me. I'm a 37 year old Pisces). Made a reservation through Yelp / OpenTable after falling in love (with the menu... calm down). The menu does a very good job of making everything sound as delicious as it tastes in real life. We started with two Kiss from a Rose cocktails with Lalo Tequila (Co-Founded by the nephew of Don Julio). They were Muy Fuerte (as my date taught me... I'm learning!). The service was truly amazing. From the super nice host staff to the server (Justin) who had all the answers and best recommendations (with in depth knowledge behind them). We started with the Roasted Rainbow Carrots. Such a beautiful presentation and the flavor was on point. I had the King Salmon he had the Steak Frites (medium). Both were delicious. The chef really knows how to plate. Actual art... We ended the night with coffee and an Espresso Martini. The bartender can teach a thing or two to the industry in Sacramento (this was another example of Justin's in depth knowledge of the menu and the work that is done by the chefs and bartenders. He knew all the ingredients that make it so good). It made for an amazing date and who knows, this just might be our anniversary spot. Ask me how our breakfast was (I'll give you a hint... 2120 doesn't serve breakfast). Wish me luck but no luck is needed if you're thinking about dining at 2120. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Nestled near the visually impressive Amazon spheres is 2120, a nice spot that was able to accommodate a last minute change of dinner plans. As most have experienced, dinner in Seattle without a reservation can be near impossible but 2120 was able to get us in with no issues. The atmosphere and service was top notch, shout out to our server (Amanda I think) and her awesome dog pics. The star of the show here was the mains. My salmon was cooked perfectly, the skin was crispy and salty, and the meat tender and moist. All the flavors around it, the asparagus and purée all boosted the salmon to the next level. My husband had the scallops and was blown away by how well they were prepared as well as the flavor combinations that the plate had to offer. The beets, beef, and broccolini were ok but paled in comparison to the mains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, giving drink recommendation and assuring me if I hated it they would make me a new one. They were also very attentive to my celiac (gluten) issues and helped me navigate their menu to find things I could eat or modify. We will definitely be back, I'm excited to see how the menu and food evolves here.

Yelp
This was a pretty disappointing experience at 2120. We came in around 5pm and we had a reservation. There was only 1 other table when we were sat but other tables filled up quickly throughout the remainder of our meal. The restaurant is dimly lit. There is a bar as well as an open kitchen type vibe. We ordered the tartare as an appetizer. This was the best part of the meal. The tartare paired well with the chips. I got the gnocchi and my friend got the pappardelle. The gnocchi and pappardelle were very underwhelming. The scallops that I added to the gnocchi were good though! The sauce tasted like pizza and I just saw another review that agreed with me so I know I am not tripping. We also got a side of frites. They were cut in many weird shapes and were soggy, which was pretty sad. We wanted some crispy frites. We each got a drink. I forgot the name of the purple one but it was mezcal and coconut. It was not a good mix together and I would not get it again. Overall this dining experience was alright and I will not be back any time soon.

Yelp
While I love 2120, it's super saddening they no longer offer free WiFi for customers, especially since they're located within an Amazon building. It's not a deal breaker per Se bc I do love the food and service, but it's super frustrating when I used to be able to host working meetings here with my direct report or peers :(

Yelp
Hit up 2120 after getting lost in the cool vibes of the Spheres. My girl and I dove into the lamb pasta, and man, it was a game-changer--hearty, tasty, and just hit the spot. The octopus starter? Eh, it was alright, nothing to write about. But that lamb sauce pasta? That's where it's at. Been here before for the steak, and it's great--perfectly tender and packed with flavor. But what really blows me away here? The service. It's like stepping back in time--they actually change your silverware with each course. Who even does that anymore? No single dish screamed 'signature' to me, but the whole vibe makes me wanna come back for more. Prices are a bit steep--dropping about $150 for a meal for two without drinks, or a hundred bucks for steak and beers. But for the service and the ambiance? Worth it.

Yelp
Food was delicious, and staff were great! We made an RSVP for 5:15 but they weren't that busy, we could have walked in. All the food was good, but definitely get the gnocchi! Free parking in the Amazon spheres garage after 4pm or on weekends!

Yelp
Went on a Seattle trip for me and my boyfriend's anniversary and we came here for dinner. The ambience and service was so nice and it was right next to the Amazon spheres. Food and drinks were all delicious. The calamari was so good! My boyfriend isn't a big seafood fan and he loved the dish! The New York steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce paired really well with the steak. Definitely recommend this place for celebrating special occasions or even just a normal dinner.

Yelp
Location/parking: Next to Day 1 Garage with free parking after 4pm. Love not having to worry about parking. Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance of this place - also next to Amazon Spheres. Ambiance: Dark, trendy, upscale-ish feel. Open kitchen in the back. Service: Will was our service - excellent service. Answered all our questions knowledgable and was patient. The food was taking a while to get to our table so he brought us a complimentary order of fries. And it wasn't super crowded at 7pm on a Monday night - we didn't have reservations but it wasn't a problem. Food: Excellent. Everyone loved the dish they picked which is rare for any restaurant. Burrata - favorite dish for me for the night - creamy burrata went amazing with the blackberry compote and slightly bitter arugula. Pork belly was good - I have to admit it was more charred than maybe it should have been, but the flavors were there and I would probably still order it again. My hubby devoured the braised lamb cacciatore. The pappardelle was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a really balanced flavors. The sweet potato gnocchi was also AMAZING - flavors were bold and the texture of the gnocchi was perfect! Last thing we tried was the duck breast - and WOW - they NAILED the sauce, creamy, mushroom, deliciousness! I prefer my fries a little more crispy, but the garlic aioli was a great pairing. Recommendation: We will definitely be back, I mean, great good, great service, YES, YES, YES!!!

Yelp
The food is delicious. The service is great at the beginning, but once it starts to pick up then it begins to be just okay. This was advertised as fine dining, but service is not a fine dining experience for me. The ambiance is fine dining and dinner only.

Yelp
**April 2024: Weeknight Visit** I came here to treat myself to a fancy birthday meal and was so incredibly impressed by 2120. I initially picked this restaurant because of it's location to the Amazon Spheres and wanted a patio seat - though unfortunately, a private party booked the entire patio that night. Nevertheless, I made a reservation through open table to secure my dining experience. Upon arrival, the host said "Happy Birthday" and allowed me to pick a couple of spots as the patio was reserved. When I was seated I was presented with a hand written birthday card - I've never seen that before and thought it was so sweet! I ordered the following items the Grilled Octopus to start and the Seared Scallops with carrot puree and sofritos as my entree. Both had great texture and flavor and I essentially licked my plate clean. At the end my waiter offered a complimentary birthday dessert and I selected a their seasonal ice cream, which came with a birthday candle. From service, ambiance, to food everything was perfect and I'm so happy to have picked 2120 to celebrate! Thank you for a fantastic evening!

Yelp
Small plates were soooo good! ALBACORE CRUDO - fresh, nice portions and tasty! ROASTED RAINBOW CARROTS - really enjoyed the tzatziki sauce. Simple but delicious. Burrata - favorite plate. Loved the combination of cheese, arugula, blackberry compote and crispy baguette . I ate the braised LAMB CACCIATORE. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like much and lacked in flavor. All the other things we ate were so good...this dishes missed the taste mark. We shared the carrot cake - OMG. Fluffy, light and sweet cream cheese frosting. Perfectly executed. The restaurant was upscale and nice ambiance. Serve me was tentative and helpful. Cheers

Yelp
Best in Seattle! 2120 brings back all the good memories of my time in Europe. My friends graciously let us stay at their place during our short visit and we returned the favor by taking them to dinner. We ordered the albacore crudo, grilled octopus, pappardelle, salmon, rack of lamb, and brussel sprouts to share. The albacore tuna was vibrant and the perfect way to start the meal. The grilled octopus reminded me of our favorite little restaurant in Italy. It was tender and paired well with the bean puree. The pappardelle was ok. Noodles were a bit more al dente than I prefer, but the mussels were delicious. The salmon and lamb were the highlights. The salmon really surprised me in the best way possible. It was unassumingly packed with flavor. The lamb was tender and I think that was the table favorite for the night. I highly recommend making a reservation here if you're in Seattle. Thanks for reading my reviews! Let me know what to try next!

Yelp
The service, food and ambiance were all great here! My favorite was what my husband got for lunch; the prime NY strip Steak. I also really enjoyed the spicey Margarita!

Yelp
Great service, good food, good atmosphere. We had several small plates: burrata, albacore crudo, steak tartare, grilled octopus. Some sides: max & cheese, gnocchi, Brussels sprouts New York steak Some of the food items were pretty standard but overall food was pretty good! The albacore was very fresh, the tartare was chunky with great texture and taste, and the steak was well cooked (medium rare). The sides came out nice and hot, and we're well balanced! We were sat outside for the first half of dinner but it started drizzling and our server kindly found another table inside. Pretty happy with this place!

Yelp
The food is EXCELLENT the staff goes above and beyond. The manager, Jason is running around as much as the servers to ensure every is being supported and has what they need. Amanda, our server, had a huge party at the same time and it never felt like she had another party. Anytime she walked past the table she checked on us and cleared the table as she went. They have indoor and outdoor seating with some heaters if your inclined to sit outside. Now for the food.... where to start. Starters: Octopus 5/5 - cooked to perfection with amazing flavor. Buratta 5/5 - creamy served with warm sliced bread

Yelp
I usually don't go out for American food but this place pleasantly surprised me! I got the salmon, my friend got the scallops, and we shared the steak taretare. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned super well. Dishes are a little on the pricey side but quality of food was very high too. Dark romantic ambiance inside making it perfect for date night or night out with friends. Service was very attentive, fun, and friendly. Being able to park at the Amazon garages for free is a great perk too. No need to find street parking! Great find in SLU area

Yelp
This was our "expensive" treat while vacationing in Seattle and it was definitely worth it. Our waiter was great and the food was delicious. Although the Amazon summer concert series was making it hard to talk, our waiter assured us the concert was ending soon. We ordered the king salmon and scallops and they were delicious. The concert ended before our main courses were served so we were able to enjoy the dinner in an intimate, sophisticated setting. We highly recommend 2120 if you are in downtown Seattle.

Yelp
The food was pretty good. The drinks were good too. Nothing that felt particularly unique or blow you out of the water special, but all very good and high quality ingredients. I definitely liked the burrata best and would recommend it. The pearway to heaven was also probably my favorite drink too. My partner did like his steak and it came out as he requested (medium rare). Reasonable portions but prices are a bit on the higher side. The servers were great and it was a nice, semi-upscale spot to grab dinner. Very much intimate and classy vibes for a date or small gathering.

Yelp
4.5 stars This place was so delicious and fun! We celebrated our anniversary here and the service was great (even got a free dessert at the end)! We ordered the steak tartare, oysters, burrata, and smoked salmon rillette small plates and they were all absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable too for the food (side tip, the extra $4 is worth it for the passing time chardonnay if you like super buttery). The only reason we couldn't give 5 stars is because we shared the oxtail pappardelle for an entree and it was way too salty. The pasta itself was great, but the oxtail was over salted.

Yelp
Been here twice, once for my birthday and another one for my best friend birthday. It's nice place to dress up and enjoy the food. Service was good. Food was well-done. I had very great experience here.

Yelp
We visited on a Friday with a reservation. Staff were quick to seat us, take orders, refills, and food was quick to arrive. It's a little more of an upscale place that's a bit dark inside and may make for a good date spot. We started with the oysters (great, but very different sizes for what seemed to be the same variety of oyster), octopus (fantastic, and a must have if you like octopus at all), and roasted beets (very good). We then shared the seared scallops (they offered to bring 4 instead of the normal 2 since we were sharing--very nice) and the gnocchi. The scallops were cooked perfectly, but sort of overshadowed by the other stuff on the plate; this is a must get dish with great textures and flavors. The gnocchi are like Fall on a plate--excellent dish. We rounded out with the charred broccoli side which, I upon seeing it, I assumed would be super heavy on garlic but ended up being perfectly balanced with lemon. We had the shells and whistles cocktail which was very unique tasting and one of my partner's favorite cocktails in recent memory. It seemed like everything we got was great or better, so I want to come back and try many more things on their menu and a few of their other cocktails. I highly recommend 2120!

Yelp
2120 holds the title of my favorite restaurant in Seattle, and I try to visit every time I'm in town. I can have challenging dietary restrictions, and they've always perfectly taken care of me every time I've come. Most often I get gnocchi with whatever sauce is on the pasta (per waiter suggestion my first visit), and they are always more than happy to accommodate and it comes out with flavor to die for. Their drinks are fantastic as well, with their 2120 spritz being so good that I can't ever stray too far from it. The waiters are fantastic and kind, and really make for a great atmosphere. I will continue to come back every trip I can. Also, I tried the Tomahawk steak once at a special dinner -- best meat I've ever had in my life. If you ever want a very fancy treat, this is it.

Yelp
Truly a 3.5 - I rounded up because they are close to the Amazon Spheres. The good: Drinks! Creative, tasty and beautiful to look at. Specifically enjoyed the 2120 spritz and the Spring old fashioned. Pork belly porchetta Brussels sprouts Charred broccolini - my personal favorite! The bad: Belgian frites - soggy! Rainbow carrots - no char, not fully cooked and just tough, tough, tough!

Yelp
Once again Seattle culinary experience did not disappoint. 2120 was a short walk from our accommodations. We were greeted with two beautiful smiles. Although we were early for our reservation, a table was found for us right away. Our Server Chris was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with Washington Oysters and Smoked Salmon Rillette. The oysters were super fresh and delicious. The Smoked Salmon so creamy and yummy. We also had a bottle of the Washington Malbec Simpatico. For our entree we had Rack of Lamb and Seared Scallops. The lamb was on a base of hummus with small tomatoes, hummus and small potatoes. The lamb had a Mediterranean rub. Very tasty. The scallops were seared to perfection. For dessert we had the house made Donuts. 2120's hospitality is five star. Serving portions are perfect. Highly recommended 2120.

Yelp
A grand restaurant with many delightful dishes. Nextdoor to the Spheres, and a short walk from Pike Place, this would make a great place to end your day running around downtown. I absolutely loved the oysters and the gnocchi. The pastas are made in house, and the gnocchi was the star of the night for me. Creamy with a subtle truffle taste. It was a large portion as well (the pic is a half portion as we had the kitchen split it for us) The crudo came and was great, however it was not albacore it was ahi. It didn't seem that they had informed our server and while it was delicious, was not what we ordered and were expecting. The pork chop was perfectly cooked and featured a warm apply sauce. Kale salad was fine, I felt it could use more apples and seeds. Lastly the cream puff. The pumpkin filling and whipped cream were a delight. The puff itself was cold and had the texture of sitting in the fridge (wouldn't recommend it). We sat in the tent and it was very warm and cozy. Our server was very sweet as well.

Yelp
Server was awesome, he cracked allot of dry witty jokes. Our drinks were great. Mine was one of the best drinks I've ever had. I tried to find it online but there's no current menus that I can access online. Believe it had "sin" in the name. It was incredible. The food was not great. My plate took forever to come out so I was stuck eating French fries for an hour. My salmon finally arrived and was fishy and not great for the hefty price tag. I was starving so I ate it and we had a concert to get to. I would definitely go back to have a drink but I would not go for dinner again. My husband had pork belly and steak tar tar and he said they were ok.

Yelp
We have been to a lot of great restaurants as we travel and this one is towards the top of the list. I would recommend it to anyone. We started off with the roasted beet salad. The beets were perfectly roasted and the dressing over them was light and delicious. We then had the Octopus because our server recommended it. The octopus was the most tender I've ever had. It was perfectly prepared. We split everything and followed the recommendations from our server Justin and he did not steer us wrong. He had some wonderful recommendations. We loved everything we had. The Brussel sprouts were perfect, the frites were perfect. The pork chop was juicy and delicious. The sauce and homemade pasta on the lamb cacciatore was perfect. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will plan to visit again soon.

Yelp
An unmatched dinner experience in Downtown Seattle! This place has it all: a phenomenal food menu, a wine/cocktail selection that will satisfy any palate, top tier service, and great seating. You have the option to eat inside or outside. The inside of the restaurant has a very sophisticated feel to it. A lot of wood and black tones, which makes it feel upscale. The outside seating is also great, as you are seated fairly close to the Amazon Spheres. Some of the tables have a built in glass fire pit, which supports the overall ambiance and keeps you warm during the evening. My party made a last minute decision to sit outside and it was probably the best decision we made all week! *Drinks* Their cocktails were amazing, point blank. The two that stuck out to me that were ordered by the ladies in our party were the 2120 spritz (vodka based), and sauvage garden (gin based). If you love tart drinks, I would recommend the latter! Their wine selection was also amazing. We ended up getting a white wine (Pinot Gris) for the table, which loosened us up for dinner ! I ended getting a glass of Seven Hills Merlot--please note that their wine glasses are huge! For dinner, I ordered the lamb rack, which has hummus, spring onions, and potato confit. It was cooked to perfection and is probably hands down one of the best I've had! With that said, i must share that you are getting 3 ribs (but the ribs are fairly large). Lastly, I want to talk about our waiter(Will). He was so attentive, engaged in our conversations, had great food and drink recommendations, and truly made us feel like we were cared for! I was not expecting to get this type of service, and the service alone is reason to come back. Overall--this place gets 5/5 stars! We'll definitely be coming back, and I encourage everyone in Seattle to try this place at least once!

Yelp
Service: - 2120 was on point with service. The host greeted our party upon entrance to the establishment, and we were promptly shown our table. At first, I was a bit hesitant after realizing they sat (a part of 7) right next to the food pickup window. Not what I was expecting but it wasn't so bad. - Our waiter (whose name escapes me) was really nice. Took the time to explain the choices of food and drink options, and gave suggestions based on what he prefers. Ambiance: - The music was just a tad too loud for my liking. I picked this place because I heard it was quiet. But it really wasn't although it also wasn't that bad. I would've preferred the outdoor seating. Much quieter and there was a nice breeze going today. Food: The food I would say is where I have an issue with this place. Mind you, I love food. I'll eat any type, anywhere. We ordered the rainbow carrots, smoke salmon, fried calimari, lobster (pasta), 2 New York steaks, the frites, and a mac & cheese. Honestly??? There was nothing special. No one at the table seemed particularly impressed. Even the steaks...I'd say were "so so" at the end of the day. For that amount of money we paid, I likely won't be going back for what we were served. To each their own though.

Yelp
Comfortable spot with good service. Menu had a good variety of items. I went with the Oxtail Pappardelle, which was very good, but the noodles could've used another minute or so cooking for my liking. They were a little backed up in the kitchen tonight, not that we were concerned, but they were gracious enough to bring us out some free hand cut fries while we waited.

Yelp
While the menu feels very comfortable, the food is anything but. As a party of three we ordered delicious cocktails and some starters. The calamari was the highlight of the trio, with the tartare coming in close behind. For entrees we favored the lamb, but the duck was great, the Mac and Cheese decadent, and it feels odd to say - but the brussel sprouts almost over shined everything. And don't pass on dessert! The torte was a perfect bite of chocolate everything; the brownie was melt-in-your-mouth perfect; and the carrot cake was like nothing I've ever had--it was like a bite of Fall. And if you have the restraint, they all made a wonderful breakfast the following morning.

Yelp
Burrata was to die for. Don't leave without trying this! Duck pasta was pretty tasty, but it was my first time having duck and I don't think I'm a huge fan of it. The pasta was homemade and you could tell. Service was professional, and the restaurant itself is darkly lit, candles on the table, and an overall formal atmosphere. The restaurant is next to the Amazon spheres, which are fun to look into while waiting. Expect to pay a pretty penny here.

Yelp
This is forever the restaurant known for my friend's terrible first Hinge date story where explicit details shall not be made public on a Yelp review, but that's how I'll remember it LOL. Luckily the restaurant itself had nothing to do with her bad date and we recently came here for a birthday and had a marvelous experience. 2120 is located right where the Amazon spheres are, you can park for free after 4pm in the garage and take the elevator up. The cuisine is New American, nothing I would crave for on the menu but it's a very nice atmosphere to visit for a special occasion as the service is also impeccable. I don't drink but the drinks are very pretty and girls love that aesthetic stuff. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Yelp
I really enjoyed my visit. The location is fun, it's connected to the sphere and there is even free parking nights and weekend. Service is very helpful, but slow at times even during moderate traffic. They use to have happy hour which was very enjoyable, but they haven't offered it the last few times I've visited. The space is very large for the it's location. I love the decor. There is even heated outdoor dining space. A lot of different sections to help provide a bit of privacy. It's needed since a lot of people come here. I could only imagine how loud and crowded it would get had they not laid their place out so well. Very dark, great for date nights and parties. The food was pretty good, but not great. The drinks are actually better than their food. I bet they have a mixologist working because yes, once again amazing. Hats off to the bartenders. The food however, idk, you can't satisfy everyone. It was well made, just needed more or better flavors for a 5 star flavor experience. The prices are not cheap and let's just say, it's not because the food is out of this world amazing. Overall I would come back... even sooner if they brought back happy hour. I recommend this place for all date nights and large gatherings. We came for a birthday party and there we many other parties going on at the same time. Very good vibes. Oh, and the water was better their the food also. Jk jk. It was pretty good tho.

Yelp
The perfect place to get dolled up and grab apps and drinks! I came with a friend on Sunday night (probably why it wasn't too busy), and we were seated quickly per our reservation. I wasn't able to book indoors online and had booked heated patio, but we were still pretty cold. Our server was extremely accommodating and helped move us to an indoor table away from the patio door. Although I no longer drink alcohol, I am still a fan of the nonalcoholic versions, and I was thrilled to find Zilch on the menu! Despite the lack of alcohol, it tasted exactly like the sparkling rosés I'm fond of. The mac and cheese was the perfect complement to the drink - it was cheesy, creamy, and just a bit salty, while the rosé was crisp but slightly sweet. The frites were to die for - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor in every bite. I had such a wonderful time in Seattle, and 2120 played a huge role. The next time I'm in town I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Vibes: immaculate. Food & cocktails: instagrammable Service: prompt & friendly Ambience: classy & intimate Our reservations were for Sunday evening at 5:30PM, but there was hardly any need for it as the place was slow during this hour (possibly because President's day weekend). Restaurant is super spacious + has a heated outdoor patio right next to the Amazon Spheres. There's also a parking garage within the building that's free after 4PM on weekdays + all day weekends if I remember correctly. For drinks, we ordered the 2120 spritz + sauvage garden (seasonal drink). Cocktails were sweet and syrupy. Perfect if you don't want to taste any hint of alcohol, but dangerous if you like to sip on your drinks fast like me hehe In place of appetizers, we ordered the seared pork belly porchetta which was so delicious- chewy, lightly salted, with a slight crisp outside. Would arguably say that it was my favorite dish out of the three that we ordered. For entrees, we ordered the potato gnocchi and pork shank. Potato gnocchi wasn't as soft as I had hoped for. Pork shank was tender, but slightly on the drier side. We expected the quality to be a bit better considering the high price point, but nonetheless the meals were still worth a try, pleasantly presented, and service was outstanding.

Yelp
2120 was the best decision we made during our entire trip to Washington. We ended up there after searching the internet for an early dinner spot with local wine. We had no clue about the amazing experience we were in for. Spencer was our server and from the time we sat down til we were walking out of the restaurant, we felt like we were his only table. He made amazing recommendations on every single food choice from the oysters, to our salmon and scallops, and then dessert. When he wasn't sure about which wine to recommend, he showed the best customer service skills by making sure he consulted with the bartender before he suggested a wine. And let me say, the wine we had was absolutely perfect for our entire meal. It complemented the flavors of the oysters, the seafood, and the dessert perfectly. Prior to our trip, we had made reservations at a different restaurant for Valentine's Day. While we were in the middle of our meal, we canceled those reservations and made reservations to come back to 2120 on Valentine's Day and they were kind enough to squeeze us in. Our experience at 2120 will forever hold a place in our core memories. Even though there were plenty of other guest dining around us, Spencer made us feel like we were the only table. The ambience, the layout, and the overall atmosphere made us feel like we were prioritized guests. Make 2120 your first stop and only stop when you visit Washington. I know we will.

Yelp
If you are coming here for a business dinner, beware that the service is a bit spotty (aka I am sure at a few points during the dinner they simply forgot about us although the place was far from packed). The appetizers were spot on - I loved the grilled octopus, the burrata, and the brussel sprouts (although "love" and "brussel sprouts" rarely belong in the same sentence). The main course was ok... my seared scallops had a bit too much of searing, which made them too chewy, and the flavors of the side just did not quite work for me. No intel on the desserts as we were all collectively too full...
