We had the most incredible roast dinner at 24 at The Oval. From the moment we arrived, Paulo and his team made us feel so welcome. The service was absolutely unforgettably warm and attentive. The roast itself was on another level - huge portions, outstanding quality, and packed with flavour in every bite. It’s honestly incomparable to anywhere else I’ve had a roast in London. I won’t be going anywhere else for one after this! The beautiful secret garden at the back made the whole experience even more special, with such a peaceful and charming setting. We’re already planning our next visit to try more from their menu. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves incredible food, amazing service, and a cosy, homely atmosphere.

By far the best roast and service in London. Big portions, amazing flavour and the friendliest service you will experience. Book early to avoid disappointment and become a regular to this amazing local restaurant. Personally recommend the larder pickles and cured meats, and any of the Sunday roasts are amazing. Have also been during the week for a la carte and that’s equally as good. Make sure you leave room for dessert! This is also the best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had - perfect.

Great food, lovely staff, good atmosphere. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Fantastic Sunday roasts, generous portions, lots of sides, lashings of gravy, fantastic yorkies. Even mini yorkies and dipping gravy. Excellent sticky toffee pudding. Can't fault it. Need to go back to the sister restaurant Knife soon as well.

Most incredible Sunday roast at 24 at The Oval! The lamb was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The sides were equally fantastic, with everything seasoned just right and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was amazing—relaxed yet vibrant, with a great buzz that added to the experience. If you’re looking for a spot that nails the combination of fantastic food, great vibes, and excellent service, this is it. We will definitely be back for more!

Gluten Free friendly roast! Lovely experience being able to enjoy cauliflower cheese, potato’s and gravy with my meal. The staff were super accommodating. Gluten free alternative options were brought out to replace the Yorkshire puddings and gluten free bread with drinks to start. Food was super tasty especially the beef and horseradish dip. Will definitely be going back!

This is one of our favourite restaurants in London, definitely the best to come to for an enjoyable relaxed dinner with top quality ingredients exquisitely made. Unpretentious, homely and truly excellent food. All served with a hospitable welcome by Paulo and the team.

A lovely rustic place. The service was pleasant and family friendly. We could watch the chef while he was cooking. They had full control of allergies and gluten free was not a problem. The food was great. We got more than we expected. It was a great experience.

We loved our meal at 24 The Oval. The menu was broad and the quality of the food was fantastic. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and you could tell they were from a quality butcher. The restaurant had a great ambience. Service was a little slow, but staff were very polite and friendly. This is a charming little neighborhood restaurant and well worth a visit!
