"Buzzy new Neapolitan pizzeria, Sauce, is speeding ahead towards a spring opening in Cass Corridor. Heirloom Hospitality released new details about the forthcoming “California-style” Italian restaurant including a take-out window. Located inside the 11,000-square-foot former Will Leather Goods space at the corner of Second Avenue and Alexandrine Street, Sauce will feature a restaurant, natural wine bar and bottle shop, and a coffee bar, called Sauce on Side or S.O.S. The restaurant will have a modern Italian menu with Neapolitan pizzas and fresh pasta, a dessert menu with pastries and gelato, and a section for a natural wine bar and bottle shop with Italian and California varieties, and Michigan beers. S.O.S. will offer espresso drinks, coffee cocktails, gelato, and baked goods. The design includes mid-century look with copper and terrazzo stonework. Sauce will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week with the cafe opening early for coffee and pastries." - Brenna Houck

An actual scam, attendant said cash only and took cash on the way in. You can't get out without a credit card though. paid twice because at 1am in the middle of winter you just want to go home

**WARNING!** There is a card scanner that steals your card at this parking structure! I went to a Roosevelt concert on November 2nd, 2023. less than 10 days later my card is being charged for Netflix and for online gift cards. When I checked the charge from this parking structure the address isn't even spelled right on my bank statement for its location. I only use this card to pay bills online, but I had to use it that night for parking so it is also very obvious that there is no where else someone could have gotten this card number ***BEWARE**

This place is stealing your card information. I had used a card to go see Lauffey that I had not used in months. Less than two weeks after using this parking garage, they were erroneous charges on my card. Looking at the reviews it seems as though someone else also got hit 6 months ago. EDIT: We reported it to the Detroit Police but they told me they won't do anything because I do not live in Detroit. This is what the actual police department told me. I have to contact my local police. Silly. They could just walk over there and check themselves instead of making people jump through bureaucratic hoops.

Safe, clean, convenient for going to the Majestic Theatre. However, the up charge significantly based on the popularity of the show. I went to a sold out Mountain Goats concert and they charged $20! Probably would cost less for less popular shows as I saw other signs saying $10 and I think their regular cost is be less

I haven't been to Detroit in almost a year but on April 12th, 14th an 18th I somehow got charged $12.00 each day on my credit card I've used in the past at this garage. I've always used this garage but I don't think I will ever go back because of this. They apparently store your credit card an charge it when ever they feel like it

Convenient, clean, and safe parking lot, but watch out for the payment system. I swiped my card, but the screen errored out and said "Cash only at this time." So I paid with cash. Two days later, I found out that my card was also charged. Hoping that it was just a glitch and not any kind of funny business. Maybe bring cash just in case.
