I apologize for this lengthy review...
Celebrating has become a creative feat. Before I do this review here is a snippet of a backstory. Last minute I needed to book a large reservation. I called soooo many restaurants, with no success. I called another location and I believe her name was Alicia. Oh my gosh! She was so helpful, in explaining the policy of a private room. And explained that the Lindbergh location would be a better option, for my catering needs.
I called the Lindbergh location and again was met the same excellent service, very refreshing.
Fast forward, to the night of service.
Parking:
Park at city center parking across from Dunkin' Donuts and longhorn steakhouse. The restaurant validates up to 3 hours. If you go late at night, when it's time to leave you won't need a ticket to exit. Park on the street on your own risk.
Service:
Exceptional!!! Maurice my waitstaff was so patient. For as much as I know about food and dining out, when I am reading a menu something weird happens. I lean heavily on the waiter to suggest, satisfying options. He was the best. By the look of things the others seemed committed to the experience.
Food:
I highly urge you to get the sampler. $30, for 4 items from the small plate menu. I'm going to give my option a nickname, "Nikki sampler." Spring roll, chicken satay, roti - unbelievably good, vegetable potstickers. The dipping sauces with the sampler was paired perfectly.
And then I ordered the ever popular drunken noodle - choice of protein.
Also if you have any allergies, let them know.
Oooh drinks:
Lychee martini cloudy nice and mild. I wasn't fond of the cloudiness of the drink. The taste was okay.
Tamarind martini, warm flavors. More tamarind would of made it a little sweeter and what I would of preferred.
I love that they have a large selection of cocktails.
Overall, I'm in love. The ambiance, decor, bar area worth every penny. I can't wait to go back.
