I finally got to try this place the other day when I had some free time on my hands. First things first, for the neighborhood, it's kind of pricey, considering this isn't downtown! So I just opted for something simple and relatively inexpensive, the buttermilk pancakes ($6). Suffice to say, it was surprisingly good. Although it could've been served a little hotter the pancakes themselves were the right thickness and I could tell from the way they tasted there was buttermilk in them. I still think they should've added a side to make it more of a complete meal but that's what you get at 3 Squares, just the minimum. I'll definitely go back here if only for an occasional splurge.
