Ok, I only ever really order take away from here. So, maybe this is only really half a review. Sorry.
To be fair though, it's the same food so it's a full review on that front, it's just the only ambiance I can talk about is the gleam on the plastic bag and the glorious white sheen on the polystyrene. Sorry. They were exemplary though.
The good thing about this place is their fresh food policy, they don't use chemical colouring and in general there's a low fat, home cooked healthiness to these meals.
I tend to mix it up what I order so I've had a decent proportion of the menu, except the prawns. I don't like those. The samosas are lovely, the lamb gosht from Lahore is a classic, really nice tandorri chicken and the butter chicken is creamy with the right depth of spices. I usually order the Peshwar naan which is great - the dried fruit in it seems to offset the spiciness really well.
Anyway, I won't tell you about what rice I order, it's getting boring but all in all it's tasty, fastish (40 minutes at normal times) and although it's not cheap, cheap, it's not crazy either. About £12 per person all in I'd say.
