As an LA native, it’s not always easy to find an enjoyable restaurant that’s not only aesthetically pleasing, but also doesn’t sacrifice the quality and taste of their food. The staff are all extremely hospitable, kind and welcoming and we came here 3 days in a row and loved every meal! Do yourself a favor and swing by the DTLA location! (Not to mention the stellar Happy Hour which basically runs all day 😅)

My husband and I love 33 Taps, the new DTLA location is hella lit! The management and chef are very considerate and take pride in their work and continuously serve the best food and exceptional customer service. The 33 taps team are the best including the drinks. This place is a staple for us!

I saw this driving by and was excited to see it there because it adds another great restaurant bar for the block. So when I entered it was really nice and the setup for watching games looks ideal. Now there’s no host and it’s open seating with ordering via the QR code on the table. I had their fish & chips, Caesar salad, mango cart michelada and their snake bite. For the price, I was disappointed overall. I was amazed by the interior design for sports but their food was very mediocre. The fries were delicious, crispy and flavorful. Now the fried fish was too bready and not really that good. The breading was so hard that you can just pulled the fish meat with a fork. Now the Caesar salad was healthy, meaning no flavor and the dressing was very uninspired/bland. Now to the positives, the snake bite was excellent along with the mango cart Michelada. Two drinks I recommend to get. Drinking water is through a jug on the wall or if you ask a server or go to the bar. If you’re gonna have that setup, have a water dispenser and ice maker too because that jug empties quick. Also you can accidentally sit there for a while without knowing that it’s a self serve restaurant. Hopefully a server will tell you that. You can open a tab via their website. The food came out pretty fast and it was a pretty straight forward ordering experience. Also at the end of your dining, the website asks for a tip, but the interaction with servers are very limited to just dropping off your self ordered food, so I tipped accordingly. I’d definitely come back here again for any sporting events, but not for the food. I’d probably just go to yard house instead. It’s a very new spot so I think they can improve their food quality over time.

The new location has a fun environment.The serving staff are on top of everything, friendly, and accommodating. I had the steak quesadilla-cheesy yummy goodness with delicious steak and sauces!! The tortilla chips on the side were so good, too.

Nice beer selection. Very good burgers, that’s all we tried. More TVs than you can imagine. Just one issue…. This is a sports bar, brew house. They were pumping club music SO LOUD on a Saturday at 6:00pm, we were unable to have a conversation with our group. Throw in thumping music filled with f-bombs and n-words, kind of ruined the whole experience. Although NOT a club, might be better to save this music until a little later in the evening. Not a place for the little kiddos. Perfect for the 20-somethings. Won’t be back.

I’ve been to 33 Taps in Silverlake so I had to check out the one in DTLA! This one is just as fantastic, went to their happy hour and the Brussels and beer were a party on the palette. I will definitely be back and looking forward to more eats and thirst quenching drinks.

Great experience! The service was amazing. The bartenders are very attentive and David was the sweetest to assist us :) I would come back here next time around!

Update: Went back and didn't sit at the bar. The first order was fine, but the next order never came, after 20 minutes I asked them to cancel. Their online ordering system was still showing the items on the bill after they had taken them off. Obly the "Pay tab" screen shows the correct charge. Huge waste of time. Great addition to DTLA sports bars. They just opened so it was kind of quiet and they didn't have their while rotating draft list.

Came with a buddy to watch the NBA Playoffs and decided to stop by here. Pretty spacious area with patio seating as well. What I like about here is that, you walk in and pick a table yourself. Each table has a QR code where you order your food/drinks and pay on your phone as well. Very convenient for both the employees and patrons. There are many pretty big screen TV's around the place with the main monitors by the bar up front. Food: I got the cheeseburger with fries and my friend got chicken nachos. Cheeseburger and fries were not too bad and the chicken nachos tasted pretty good. Given sports food are pretty mid most of the times, here at 33 taps they're slightly above mid in my opinion. Or when compared to Tom's Watch Bar down the street, 33 taps is a great alternative although the screens aren't as massive compared to Tom's.

Great sports bar! Plenty of TVs, great food and drinks. Parking- SUCKS, you'll have to find a parking lots that charge average of 10-40 dollars depending on the days. If you don't mind walking there are plenty of side streets east of and south Figueroa street. Drinks- they have a full bar! Tasty and strong! Food- really good for a sports bar! We got the quesadilla, buffalo tots, and cauliflower wings. Ordering/Service- this may be a little weird for some people but you scan the QR code and order through your phone/Apple Pay. Servers only come to drop off food and occasionally check on how you're doing. They are attentive and quick with food and beverage delivery. Watching games- plenty of tvs, it's a pretty new spot so they get BUSY. Always come about 30-1 hr ahead of time if you have a bigger group. This place is pretty cool and plenty of things to do around. :)

The positive at this location is the size of the venue and that it's right smack in the middle of downtown LA! Food was not up to par. Boneless wings were just ok (buffalo sauce a bit too salty and other flavor was fine). Maybe the fact that the chicken was too dry caused the misfortune of a bad meal. And the calamari was the worst I've ever had...it was rubbery and the batter fell apart as I picked it up. Hoping there are other dishes that are worth going back for. Unfortunately, there was a moody bartender (girl) but the guy that was there on May 5th was great! Beer was fresh and tv's were on!

Visiting this place again, because we had a great experience the last couple of times. Today we brought our friends since they haven't been, it was definitely the worse day to show them a good time. On a Friday at 8pm the establishment was showing loudly Rupals show. While the Dodgers and Angel game in the background! We can hear nearby patrons also talking about the ambience. The food unfortunately didn't hit the mark today either. The calamari missing flavor plus too fishy. Anyway - we'll have to give it Two stars today.

So I won a gift card to this place on Instagram and it did not disappoint! From the many drink options I chose a cider and my boyfriend got a Bloody Mary. We ordered a good amount of food and the Brussel sprouts along with the brownie was out absolute favorite. By the way, we are not vegan but wow. Staff was really nice and on top of it. Wish I got the girls name that helped us but she was so sweet. Many tv's all around to watch any game and clean restrooms. If I didn't find dtla so chaotic I would definitely come back!

Cool bar and a perfect spot for happy hour drinks and pregaming before a show. The food is okay. What I liked most were the shot options- such unique flavors and so many to choose from; they taste like straight up candy.

This place is okay! I stayed for about 5 hours watching the games and drinking this past friday night and it is a happening place. I ordered lots of items from the food menu and none of it was that good to me. My margarita tasted like there was no alcohol. I asked a server to please bring me a new one and the new one tasted the same so I just drank beer. There's no servers coming to check on you because you order everything from your phone which I don't like much. When we were brought our food, my group asked for a side of ranch and we were told we needed to buy it from the QR code. You're charged for everything here. Lastly the bathrooms have 5-6 stalls, one says male and the rest are all gender. You are waiting in line with men and women and we all share the bathroom and wash our hands together. As a woman, I definitely didn't appreciate that. This place is right by LA live and in a great location, but I'm not sure if I would come back.

I saw on instagram that 33 Taps opened a new location in downtown and was interested to check it out since I never got around to going to their location in Culver City. I live just. outside of downtown and often take the metro in so that I don't have to deal with the expensive parking and traffic. Our goal was to check out the new Kobe statue located at crypto.com arena and decided to grab lunch at 33 Taps. I was lucky enough to have the most amazing person helping us out, I think his name was Christian, I'm not sure if he was the manager but he definitely could pass as one - he was very thoughtful with his explanation about the new location and provided us great suggestions on his favorite things. We were there for a week day lunch on a Tues - they have some great Tues deals and I saw their happy hour menu was also legit. What I liked most was that if you are there before an event or game, you can order everything on the app, pay and go as quickly as you'd like. You can chose to do everything yourself but their servers are happy to assist if you prefer not to. I like the option because when a sports bar gets packed, it can be difficult to get the attention of a server or bartender - this way you can place your order at your leisure and pay when you're done without having a flag anyone down. My protein bowl with chicken was delicious if you're trying to stay healthy. I also took a bit of the fish n chips - it was a good size and tasty. I love fried food, especially while drinking. They had a great selection of beers on tap and my friend who is on a break from alcohol had several options for 0 alcohol beers (who would've though!!). The restaurant itself was spacious and there are tons of large tv screens everywhere.

Came here for happy hour during the Lakers game. It was pretty full because lots of people were there before the game but we didn't have to wait too long to get seated. Love that you can order from your phone and all of the orders are separate checks. The food and drinks come out quick and seamlessly. The happy hour menu is great! The pitchers are a steal. The burger was delicious. Calamari and sauce were also good. It has really nice decor too! Definitely recommend it!

Needed to find something to eat after wedding dress shopping in DTLA & daughter was looking for American Fare. This was one of the first in the list in the area & we took a chance to try it out. Be advised parking is limited and we chose to pay $20 for close parking. We arrived for Happy Hour & were immediately greeted by a waitress/hostess & told to sit anywhere we would like. I LOVE the restaurant set up! Just scan the QR code and place your order. I loved that the online menu had pictures of the items being served! We ordered bahn mi fries, chicken tacos, buffalo boneless wings, brussel sprouts, calamari and a burger. Everything on the food happy hour menu was priced $9-$10, which we thought was VERY reasonable! The music in the place was very upbeat and our food arrived fast! The bahn mi fries were perfectly seasoned & loved the concept. The chicken tacos were loaded! Tons of flavor! Very filling! The calamari was crispy and peppery and the dips that came with the calamari perfectly complimented the dish. The brussel sprouts were surprisingly one of my favorite dishes of the night! They had a balsamic vinaigrette sauce that just was *chefs kiss*. My sister ordered the burger and it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The next time we are in this area we will definitely be back! Thank you for ending our trip on a high note!

They have pizza now! we got a cheese during their happy hour and it was a pretty big pizza - can definitely feed two/three people. It was very cheesy and the crust was very doughy. The sauce could be more flavorful but for cheese pizza this was solid. Service is still very friendly and I personally like being able to order and pay on my phone. Clean, lots of TVs and never too loud. In my opinion still the best happy hour near crypto!

Came here with a couple friends, and we had no idea how it worked lol. But once we figured it out, it was pretty cool that we can order and pay everything from our phones, so there's no splitting the bill with a group later. So convenient. All of our food and drinks were delicious as well!

I think is a great place to have a drink or a bite before heading to any event around LA Live. The ambient is great and service I think can be improved. I can tell there are few workers that pay more attention at tables with groups with only girls. I had a question and the worker didn't pay no attention because he was trying to flirt with a girl at another table until the manager called him over. I don't know if I'll go back.

Hello everyone, So, of course, being from Los Angeles I had to come check this place out. Living in Silver Lake now with all the outer towners 33 Taps has become the neighborhood sports bar to be at during a match; although they don't play the audio (wish they did), however, a beer or two some wings and see y'all is more for me on a regular weekday. Still have to work tomorrow at 9 am. Parking was kind of hectic to grab since it is downtown LA once parking was found two blocks away we walked over and were greeted by the security guard who checked our ID and welcomed us in. I noticed right away that the staff was shorthanded on a Saturday night which kind of sucks because it is one of the busiest nights, especially being close to the hotel, crypto (staple center ). I would think they would be properly staffed. but that wasn't the case here even though it took us a while to get some acknowledgment from the staff running around taking other people's drinks and picking up tables once we ordered. It's a self-ordering menu, we did at least get a "hello" from some of the staff others just ignored us and kept going with their duties. Maybe in a little more humble, I'll stick to my Silverlake spot although this place might become a cool little spot to catch a game or two maybe during playoffs, hockey or basketball whatever it is to know it's not gonna have the same humbled feeling as the other places and I know what to expect, so that is why I give my three-star rating

My favorite sports bar now has a Dtown location! I love 33 Taps, always have since their Hollywood/Vine days. This spot is pretty spacious with TVs all along the walls which makes it great for game watching. It was really busy last night but I think there was a conference going on, so not sure if it's always that busy for happy hour. The young lady who was the bartender was clearly very busy but made sure we got our drinks under the happy hour prices before 7pm, so I appreciated that. There was another bartender who was also making an effort to check in on people. Everyone seemed really nice and attractive lol. Overall, I enjoyed myself and am happy I have a new spot in Dtown. Come summer this will be a fun spot to go catch a game and drink some good beers! The food here is always good too and the menu is the same as the other locations.

33 Taps is a great addition to DTLA! I came in on a Friday night, sat at the bar, and was greeted right away by the server, Kelsey. She was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. She was very helpful with her food and drink recommendations. The food was so good and reasonably priced at late happy hour. It's so hard to find good food after 10p in DTLA. The happy hour tacos and brussel sprouts were delicious. I also recommend the happy hour mezcal cocktail. A quality cocktail for only $10. The layout is great for game day, there are TVs everywhere. The crowd was cool, and I met some friendly people at the bar. The crowd felt like young professionals, I definitely like that vibe. It wasn't crowded, but I can see that changing in the next few weeks. Check it out!

The place is nice itself and the prices are on par with any other sports bar. I'm just not too sure of the cleanliness of the establishment. Sat at the bar, and my partner ordered a cocktail that came with a garnish, which was decent. However, upon inspecting the garnish mason jars that were right in front of us, we noticed they were riddled with bugs.

The service is atrocious and your food may or may not come out. But the vibe is great and for being right next to Staples prices are totally reasonable. Communal tables are cool. They just need to scrap the app ordering if they can't do it well.

I went a week or so back and Annette has poor management skills and didn't make me feel accommodated at all. Her smile always seemed fake and condescending. The blue haired bartender also made horrible drinks and seemed so rude to her coworkers.

Walked in here for their happy hour menu...turned out to be the biggest mistake of my evening. to start off they up charge for all their items so don't even consider getting a burrito or cheeseburger because you will have to pay additional for any meat or LETTUCE...yes lettuce. Secondly they didn't even have pizza. And Bartender went on and said it's probably a good thing because their pizza isn't even any good. it's quite odd that an establishment has employees say that about their food. When I was closing out my check for two beers, Turns out they were not even on the happy hour menu. I also witnessed a customer complain about something in their shot, and the bartender just strained out the item instead of giving him a new shot, Will not be returning.

Erik the bartender/server at taps in DTLA was excellent. Great customer service. He was very accommodating to me and my mother. Especially since my mother speaks another language. He was able to communicate with her and make her feel at easy when ordering . We had special requests with drinks and food and he fulfilled our request . Food and drinks were delicious ! We'll definitely be back again!!!

Saturday night vibes and music were amazing. Give Rachel the aux cord cause the music was and had us millenials dancing in our seat all night! Also they have a great happy hour from 3-7pm and 9:30-close!

My friend and I came in, unknowingly before a Lakers game, and it was packed!! It's open seating and they have large family style seating. The staff is very friendly and our food and drinks came out quickly. We were there for happy hour, which is quite a nice selection of menu items and cocktails. The Brussels Sprouts and Garlic Cajun Fries were amazing! Fresh, hot and tasty. I also ordered two margaritas, they were also very tasty. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they messed up a drink order, but, understandable for how busy they were! I will most definitely be returning

Came for the first time this past weekend, definitely a great place to watch sports, have some good food and drinks. Customer service was still pretty good/fast, even though they seemed slightly understaffed. FYI Don't make the mistake of bringing cash, it's cashless! I'll be back!

As someone who works in the neighborhood and lives super close, I was excited to give it a try. The space is nice with lots of tables and TVs. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on either the food or the drinks since after sitting at the bar, the bartender completely ignored me and when I finally asked to get a drink she rudely told me "she was done serving for the night" and walked away. My friends who I joined were baffled since she never gave a last call or gave any indication they were finishing up for the night. Guess I'll continue patronizing the other options in the area.

Good sports bar with lots of tvs. Good happy hour also. Nice vibe, with selection of cervezas on tap. Worth a look.

Deeply disappointed in closing time! I thought the California alcohol closing time was 2 am but not here it's 12:00 am. Heads up peeps!

This has to be one of my fav sports bars in the city. Good food and drinks. Easy way to pay and have my own tab when in a large group. The food tastes good too ! Our server was really on it. We were able to place drink orders but go to her and have special request that couldn't be communicated on the site. We were also given the opportunity to select the tv of our choice to play an lafc soccer game.

Really nice restaurant in downtown. It's across the street from the convention center and crypto arena. Park in the parking lot next to the Moxy The food was great. I got the fish and chips. It felt a little more than I would pay for. Their drinks are really cheap if you go during happy hour. You order via qr code and food comes out pretty quickly. It was really fast. Great for introverts.

Customer service was right on, luckily I didn't drive as parking would've been a bit of a challenge, but I did stop by to have a few IPA tries and I was very well satisfied with the selection. I recommend everyone check it out and review the happy hour schedule as well. I believe they have a taco Tuesday and every night after 9 PM happy hour.

Came here again last night for happy hour and had a wonderful time. My bartender was Rob who diligently attended us, including getting food for our little dog. Thanks for the great service, Rob. We will certainly be returning.

Don't go here. Prices are too high and happy hour is a joke. Horrible service. Staff is MIA and left us waiting for our drinks for 20 minutes. Food has gone down hill and isn't worth the price unless you add $8 in additions per dish. Inside is musty and humid. Minor requests for sauces are ignored. This place should go out of business.

Great new sports bar right next to crypto.com arena! Lots of TVs, large beer selection (they have mixed drinks and seltzers too). The food we had was great! Very nice servers and good location. Easy to order on phone or with servers. Dog friendly!

Great service! Staff is super friendly and quick. Very welcoming. Parking can be tough in DT but if you have patience it will all work out. Great place to go before and after any games or events in the area. Right across the street from crypto.con and peacock.

they always have games on, even the ufc pay per view fights! and no cover, so they're already ahead of the game. every single person at this location is a gem, treats you like a welcome friend. i always feel like they're happy to see me. love it here. the steak fries are my favorite item, so crispy delicious and generous portion. great with beer.

This is my favorite sports bar in DTLA!! The last time we were there they were having issues with the TV's but thanks to Anette, she was able to fix the problem. Not only that she made sure to come to our table and make sure everything was going great!! So far, everything I have tried there has been delicious, and even my dogs love the food. Which, the owner told us whenever someone buys the dog food they donate to a charity for animals (can't remember the name), but that makes me happier to buy them food from there!!

My boyfriend had gone solo a few days before and he brought me yesterday to this place. Our server Eric was incredible and very attentive not just to us but to others as well. The food is amazing and plenty of TVs. Plus it's new and who doesn't like new? We just found our new local spot. We will be back to try the Happy Hour.

Bomb wings, burgers and fries. Ordering is simple and quick. You just scan at the table and everything comes fairly quick. I came here for Super Bowl and for a UFC fight and it gets lit. Very fun.

The food was very bland. Pizza tastes like it was frozen boxed. The carne asada steak tacos were hard to chew and absent of flavor. But the worst thing was the ambiance because of the horrible music they play. The worst possible imitation HipHop music aka rap-on-wack-fake HipHop beats for people with very low IQs. Couldn't be worse. And the bartender argued with me about the music with a sassy attitude. Not likely to go back here again. Need new manager or ownership because quality of food and ambiance couldn't be worse.

I ordered online. I got an email saying there was something wrong with my order. I called their number and no one picked up. I've also been charged. Please refund me back otherwise I'm going to file a chargeback.

As a fan Hollywood and Silver Lake 33 Taps, I was very excited to hear about the addition of this location to DTLA. The food and beer selection are no surprises here as they are similar if not identical to other 33 Taps locations. I had the classic burger with garlic Cajun fries. Great food, great portions, fair price. There is a good collection of beer but not an especially adventurous one either. Not quite enough to be a draw in its own in a day and age where craft beer and microbrews are common place. The atmosphere and experience are mostly where 33 Taps DTLA loses its momentum. The space is neat and functional with TVs all around as you would expect from a sports bar. The place is as soulless as an airport bar though. I suppose it's going for a more minimalist approach to bar dining but with no host/wait staff and QR code ordering at the table, it sort of made me feel like I could have stay in and DoorDash. There's just no experience or character to it. The nearby Yard House is as old as dirt and as corporate as they come, but they do a much better job of being a proper night out for dinner and drinks. Even the Hooters that was here before, while very casual, was a vibe. With solid food and drink here, 33 Taps DTLA is definitely fine in a pinch. It'll draw people in before a game but with some 33 Taps expectations going in, I was hoping for something with a little more draw and charm. Clarification: I should clarify that I moved from a table to the bar because I did not feel like phone-scrolling to order at the tables via QR. So yes, the bar top does offer a more traditional dining experience if you are like me and prefer that. QR at table can be useful when you're in a hurry but otherwise it's dull and impersonal.

As a former Echo Park local I loved going down Sunset to 33 Taps, but now that I've moved it's a lot of traffic to get there on game days. Really happy DTLA now has its own 33 Taps, the location is right off Fig, perfect if you're going to Staples (refuse to call it its new name) for a game or concert. I was really delighted by the layout, it's spacious, the bathrooms are nice and clean, and the drink choices are on point. We were served by Eric behind the bar, he gave us great suggestions, was very quick with his service, and really made us feel welcome. Top class staff if they are all like Eric.
