3Eleven Luxury Apartments

EDIT: It seems odd that you would publicly expose information about my account history in the response despite the fact that my original review mentioned nothing related to payments, was completely empty, and was prompted by the fact that the advertised coffee area was regularly empty of most of the flavors / sugar packets. But I feel the response from management here showcases the level of professionalism you can expect. Review has now been downgraded to 1 star due to this unethical and questionably legal response. (Also, management gave me less than a month to respond from their initial contact requesting move-out payment, and had conveniently contacted me while I was out of the country 3+ months after I had already moved out)

The washing machines will absolutely wreck your clothes and they refuse to replace them. They maybe selling the building and are not putting the time and effort to maintain. The front desk ladies are super kind and the leasing team is too but they are powerless to fix anything

I am very satisfied with both the building and the services that are provided. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to the incredibly helpful front desk and management staff. Overall, I confidently recommend 3Eleven as an excellent place to live in Chicago's River North neighborhood.

3Eleven. Exceeding expectations in every way. This is my sixth apartment in River North and I’ve finally found rental paradise. The rental buildings I’ve lived in previously have all lacked basic construction rigor such as proper insulation and sound proofing (amongst other things). I didn’t realize how much these things had been missing from my life until moving here in December. I was concerned about drafts renting a corner unit where a majority of the walls are window. To my surprise there has been no ice on my window frames like my last “luxury” apartment. Nor are there drafts. My cat even is noticeably more present not hiding in her snuggy all day. The heater and ac are ones I can control unlike my previous “luxury” apartment. I don’t hear my upstairs neighbors or the people next door!!!! This after hearing more than anyone should ever hear for the past six years in six other buildings. My last building I could tell you what they liked to cook, watch on tv and their alarm clock routines for starters. The finishes here are condo quality and the appliances are exceptional. Tonight I baked the first crispy pizza in three years (and the smoke alarm didn’t go off). My sheets are even softer after using the washer/dryer in my unit. It’s the things you don’t realize you’ve been paying top dollar for and not getting until you actually get them and not at extortionist pricing. The staff here is conscientious, on the ball and so friendly and helpful. The building is meticulously cared for. I rode freight up last night and a guy was on a ladder polishing the doors. This was also the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into and the residents are polite and I dare say friendly. Maintenance is spot on and knows how to quickly fix the little things. All in all I’m still pinching myself. After years of trying to find a place to call home since moving to Chicago, I think I’ve finally found it. Oh and the street is perfect and the views amazing. It’s right in the middle of everything but with the ability to pull up curbside and even take your bike out right to the bike lane. Every delivery I’ve ordered, the delivery person actually came up. That’s saying a lot. My last building was such a hassle they’d leave things on the curb at times. I don’t like my new apartment here. I love it. Sincerely, Anna

Had an absolutely terrific tour experience with Vjosa today! She was very knowledgeable about the apartment complex as well as about the surrounding area.

I lived at 3Eleven for almost four years and could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone who works here is wonderful - the front desk staff is great, and the property manager Brett is extremely communicative and friendly. I had very few issues in my time living here but when an issue did arise (light bulb burning out, etc,) maintenance would often get to my unit within 30 minutes of a maintenance request being submitted. The building feels high quality and the location is great - on a quiet street in river north but close to merch mart and the busier parts of the neighborhood. I’d highly recommend 3Eleven if you’re looking for a luxury building in River North!

I recently moved into 311 and I could not be more pleased! I toured 6 buildings in my search and Clayton and the team were by far the most inviting and helpful group I dealt with. After living here for about a month now I love the building more and more every day. The front desk staff is amazing and I am on a first name basis with all of them, the amenities and gym are ALWAYS clean, and there have been a few great community events put on that have helped me make friends in the building. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fun, vibrant, and homey place to live!!

My favorite apartment in the 8-10 places I have rented before. The building itself was brand new when I moved in, so everything is up to date and mint. The rooftop is probably the coolest rooftop in all of Chicago, and is much more peaceful than you'd imagine for a River North rooftop. I can easily take a nap on the hammock midday without feeling like I am in a busy city. The staff is incredible, super helpful, always accommodating, and always available. This was a real luxury. I also had a parking space that was nice as I probably avoided loads of tickets, a hit and run, and scratches, all the fun stuff that street parking in Chicago has to offer :) This apartment was my favorite place to live, and I stayed for 2.5 years before I left the country, or I would still be there! I'd recommend many to live here and enjoy a top tier building, with class A service, in a prime location. Thank you 3 Eleven team!

I am in love with this building and the staff. Amenities are wonderful--rooftop pool, gym, sleek kitchen and studying rooms/large lounge area always very clean--not to mention the hammocks are on the rooftop are sweet for reading a book. Sunrise/sets are amazing. The concierge staff is amazing, front desk/security (24/7) never fails to make my day better. The leasing office is amazing. Huge shoutout to Tay. I love 3Eleven
