4 Spirits Distillery

I only had French fries, which were very good, but I don't think I can review the food based on that. The whole experience was great. The flight was put together well, and I appreciated the employees talking to us about the different liquors. We ended up buying at least one bottle of everything we tried. We don't live in Corvallis, but I expect us to make special trips out there from time to time. I would love more vegan options on the menu though.

My husband and I came here for the first time and had a great experience! He loves Reubens and there are little options locally he likes but he gave this one 8.5/10 and is already talking about when we can go back. My house made veggie burger was good as well and the fries are delish. Cocktails and spirit flight options are plentiful and well balanced. Also like that they have some beer options too. We treated ourselves to the maple bourbon crème brûlée with the weekly cocktail special after lunch and very happy we did! Staff are very friendly.

Stopped for Lunch on our way back home from Newport Oregon. First time visit. WOW. What a great find. The vibe was very cool. They were playing my college playlist. The food was what stood out. Simple. But thoughtful. The smoked chicken sandwich was delicious. We were on the road so did not sample their spirits, but will definitely be back to sample their works.

Pleasant Staff with nice places to sit and relax. Happy hour from open to 5 M-F. Bourbon sour and Cucumber gin made with their spirits were good. Potato Croquettes were one of the best we had. Beef and Chicken Sliders were good. Sloppy Joe sliders not so much. Had a flight of which the barrel aged gin was the best. Rum cake was tasty

First time dining at Four Spirits. The Reuben sandwich and Caesar salad were very good. The outdoor seating was very pleasant with a view of open fields. We will be going back.

The food was delicious! Recommended because of the food and the very nice servers. But the seating was marginal at best. Our family of 6 couldn't sit together. Thus the 4 star rating.

Seriously can't wait to go again... This place is clean, family friendly, has DELICIOUS food, drinks AND service. 5 star hands down!! Went right when they opened so we had the place almost to ourselves. It was half full by the time we left! The menu is great, everything sounded good. Husband got the happy hour sliders and said his bloody mary was great, all the sliders were tasty and pretty to look at. I got the roast dip and it was melt in your mouth good. Our 3 year old literally devoured her fried chicken and waffles. We all agreed it was the best fried chicken we've ever had. We're so glad this place is here! They have outdoor games and sidewalk chalk (which was great for our toddler). It's hard to find restaurants in Corvallis that have great food, drinks AND that are kid friendly. Not anymore! This is our new favorite place to go for sure! Thanks for the great meal, cheers!

Delicious cocktails. Super tasty hummus. Everyone was nice. They had great heated outdoor seating, so we got to relax in safety. We also go to dry out our wet boots. Couldn't recommend more. Except don't go too often because I still want to enjoy the heater in peace.

Played some golf at Tristin tree in Corvallis and decided to drive a few miles to try this place out due to good reviews. Glad I did. Service was great, food came out fast and was very good. They had a nice selection of whisky's, and cocktails options. I just had a Mexican lager but it was very good. A decent amount of both indoor and outdoor seating and it's right next to block 15 which is another cool restaurant/brewery.

Good variety of tasting options and the rum was fabulous. I liked the Bourbon, which is my thing, but I lovers the dark rum. The people were awesome - very cool vibe as well. Steak bites, Reuben and chicken-n-waffles were what we ordered and everyone at our table was very happy! Would go back in a second!!

Great food and great drinks! The atmosphere was so nice and the story behind the distillery is even better! They have their own liquors for sale as well as a whiskey honey that sounds amazing. The person working the front was very friendly

Great spot to grab a craft cocktail and a bite to eat with friends. I like to sit outside by the fire and watch the sun go down over the field.

The high ratings are justified! This is a good place for food and spirits at reasonable prices. We had both the steamed burger and the smoked chicken sandwich. The rest of the family got the burgers with fries. It's the opposite of a smash burger, it's almost like a slice of meat loaf, which is a good thing! The fries are addicting, with a choice of sauces. I had the smoked chicken sandwich which also was very good, along with the side salad that's surprisingly above average (includes shredded carrots and beets). Both sandwiches featured toasted buns which complimented the sandwiches nicely. My spouse indulged and ordered a cocktail, the "Sailor's Delight" featuring their dark rum. Quite tasty, a drink which would cost significantly more at a bar in the big city. For our next visit the Reuben sandwich looks like a viable option, indeed we look forward to returning!

My favorite meal in Corvallis so far. We ordered their stuffed tots, chicken & waffles, Caesar salad, and smoked chicken sandwich. The stuffed tots were amazing, perfectly fried and filled with tasty queso cheese. My entree was the chicken & waffles. I was a little hesitant about the Parmesan and pepper waffle, but it was the best waffle I've ever had! The fried chicken was also good. My wife and mother-in-law liked their Caesar salads and my father-in-law loved the smoked chicken sandwich. We also order two rounds of drinks. My first drink was their Old Fashioned. I thought it was just okay. I also tried the Spicy Strawberry, Thank Gourd It's Fall, Barrel of Berries, and Prickly Punch. I liked all four and would order them again.

Food was good, we ordered at the counter we had chicken & waffles and chicken sandwich. Drinks we had been and something off the drunk menu. Yummy! Place is clean and reasonably priced. Outside area is fun and inviting too! We will be back!

Our family had a really nice visit here. Always nice to find distilleries, breweries, etc that are family friendly without being overrun by raucous kids, if you know what I mean. I had a flight of their whiskeys plus aged rum, followed by a special Manhattan that was recommended as I was struggling to pick a cocktail. The Manhattan, made with Aztec chocolate bitters, was fantastic - totally hit the spot. (If you don't have Aztec chocolate bitters in your home bar, I highly recommend you remedy this situation immediately.) Kids got pizza, which was excellent, and I got a French-dip type Reuben, which was excellent. Fries were perfect. I forget what my wife got, but she was also happy with her meal. Great interior and great patios, including cornhole and ladder ball. Cool open-air detached building with additional seating, which we took advantage of. Only request, and I almost took it to 4 stars because of this: please add some higher proof stuff for the whiskey connoisseurs like myself. Everything is 80 proof, and that's just so watered down that it's hard to appreciate your product. I get that this is a commercial decision, made to appeal to more people who want light easy-drinking whiskey, but couldn't you add one or two higher-proof offerings? 90 proof is still pretty easy and 100 proof would be awesome. They could even be single barrel offerings, not requiring a bunch of barrels to release. As a whiskey head, I felt flirted with by flavors that could have had so much more. The malt, for instance - definitely some interesting character there, but just a hint. So light, so hard to really get to know your distillate. Surely I'm not the only customer who feels this way... Still a fun visit with solid food and great staff, but next time I'd skip straight to the cocktail as the whiskey was too light for me.

Service was good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was fine, the chicken and waffle, also just okay (see note below about the chicken), the roast dip and the kids chicken and fries. The chicken is apparently a boneless thigh so it's very sinewy and chewy. We didn't have any spirits, so maybe that's a reason to go, but I wouldn't say the food is worth it.

Ok ok. Ok !!!! 1st off. This is a Veteran owned business!!! Thank you for your service!!! Ok. Now let's get down two the establishment and the folks that work there.... Two thumbs up!!! Staff was outstanding!!! VERY helpful and laughed at my jokes. True keepers!!! Food was tasty and portions were just right!! Lots of things you can share or just keep to yourself!! The skillet cookie was awesome!!! Get it. And the wings were darn good!!! No one in my party of six had one thing they didn't like or feel wasn't amazing! Definitely a good sign this place is on target!!! Now. Part 3, the Distillery goods!!! Get the sampler fight 10 bucks, $2:50 a shot!!!! This is a no brainer!!! And WOW!!!! It was ALL good. But my faves were, and I walked out with two bottles of them, were the Single malt and the Dark Rum. Mmmmmmm yummy!!! So with that, this place rocks!! So stop scrolling and get on over and eat and drink!!!!

We had a staff outing here for work so they reserved a few large tables for us ahead of time. This is a cool spot with great food and drinks! You order at the counter and they bring out your food for you. I had the 4 spirits cheese pizza which was cooked perfectly and the perfect size for one person! The Harvest Moon cocktail was soooo good! I was really hoping to try the Stuffed Tots but they were unfortunately out of them. I hope I get to return during another visit to this area and try them!

food tasted pretty good but they were out of burgers, fried chicken, and pizza crust and the service wasn't amazing

Service sucked. No "welcome in!" from the girl in front - no smile or greeting whatsoever. Food took forever and was nothing special. On the positive side, cocktails were B+. Really wanted to love this place given its association with veterans, but unfortunate we felt like we should have spent our dollars next door instead.

Love this place! Had the Lavendar Haze and wings with Dragon sauce. Quick service and fantastic staff! Can't wait for our next visit to try something new. I did notice that the specials sell out quickly so be aware of that.

Brought my dog here and the outside patio was spacious. The dragon sauce wings were flavorful and came with 1 carrot/1 celery but was not filling. Also ordered the steamed burger which I do not recommend. It came with ciabatta buns and the patty tasted like a thick slice of meatloaf, which did not taste like a burger at all. The IPA beers were good.

Food was great, we had some sandwiches and fries we're awesome, so crunchy, even to the bottom! Our group did several cocktails and the spirits flight. Definitely worthy of sipping and making some home cocktails! Hannah did a fantastic job at the bar!!! Thanks for the great time!

Great find. Nice quiet uncrowded location, good parking. Terrific Reuben, Veggie burger, great salads, wonderful service & ambience. Fair prices. Really good vibe.

I really liked this place. Very open and airy. We stopped by on our way back from a hike and while it's a bit off the beaten path the signage for the other closed brewery next door led us right to this place. They have a order at the bar, pick up your own drink at the bar situation. You pick out your own place to sit and they give you a placard for your food. There is a water stand and nearby the bar if you want water. You also must bus your own table. I had the burger with a great side salad very worthwhile by hubby had the chicken sandwich also very good. I had ice tea to drink and when I wanted a refill I had to go to the bar and wait in line with all the newcomers coming in and ordering. Not preferred by me. All in all it's a great little place with plenty of outdoor/indoor seating. It looks like there is a room you can rent for events as well. I would go back again as the food was great. I hated the cattle call at the bar but if you are drinking alcohol (which I wasn't) it will definitely slow your roll on that as you have to go up and order and pay each time.

Got here early around 4pm and had a Groupon for tastings for two. I loved the customer service from the jump. Drinks were well priced for happy hour and the food was above average. No complaints here and loved the commitment to our veteran heroes. Would come back here 1000 times over.

Food and service were great. The environment and ambiance were perfect while catching up with friends.

They have the best old fashion you'll ever have. A must have if you're in Corvallis As someone who travels often and gets to try old fashions from all over the US- this is arguably one of the best old fashions I have ever had. And they're consistent. Since being here for work, I've come just for the old fashion.

I love the place and what my Veteran brothers have done for this community can't wait to move here and be a part of this amazing family. Love the bourbon, whiskey that they make.

Always a great experience! Service is great and food is yummy. We like the options of being inside or outside. The drinks are always fabulous too!!

we had a retirement party in their pavillion room and it was awesome-food drink and staff were wonderful. Ashley was so helpful from our first inquiry to party time. We would highly recommend if you are getting together with a group to give them a call.

Came here on a Monday afternoon and there was plenty of outdoor seating - shaded and uncovered, fire pit, games, everything you'd want for a relaxed atmosphere. The spirits were great but the food was even more amazing. The food was not an after thought like at most other wineries, distilleries, and cideries, but genuinely delicious. I also love their story and mission. Well done!

Great place to go for fun cocktails and the food menus is a perfect accompaniment. The outdoor seating is great for a Sunday fun day or anytime to meet up with friends or just with your bestie. One concern though is the cocktails aren't always consistent and the way ordering is set up, service can be slow at times.

What a fun place, super friendly employees and clientele. I rave about the gin gimlet...they make excellent drinks. Dog friendly and relaxing place.

Their homemade veggie burger is SO good, unlike any veggie burger I have had elsewhere. I also must mention the stuffed tater tots, they are addictive. Love their food, and they make the most inventive cocktails - let the bartender surprise you. Lovely indoor or outdoor seating and dogs are welcome.

Cocktails and food are really good here but the cleanliness of the tables is an issue. I wonder how long the scraps of food have been in the cracks of this table. And I'm sure it's not the only one. Epoxy resin or some silicone could fix that issue.

The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the spirits are tasty. What more could you ask for? So glad we stopped here while in Corvallis. Definitely worth it!

100% best food and drinks, great service, everyone is amazing, clean place , outside seating

I am not a drinker so this review is about the delicious food! We had the Kalmar salad, Portobello sandwich, chicken and waffles, veggie sandwich and the veggies with artichoke dip. The servings were very generous, prices reasonable and the food was yummy. It was a to-go order that was ready quickly and the staff member was very friendly. Great!

While touring Corvallis with some friends, they wanted to head to 4 Spirits Distillery. I went along for the ride, although I do not like straight whiskey, vodka, rum, or gin. I was pleased to know that 4 offers mixed drinks as well for those of us who don't dabble in straight spirits. The ambience was very casual and I love the openness of the tasting room. High tops and tables are offered both in and outside, along with a game of corn hole. Recommend both the bees knees and the super shandy if you like lighter, fruiter drinks. If you want some snacks they will not disappoint- stuffed tots were amazing. Only downside was the steamed burger was not the best. Pieces of the burger fall out of the bun when you pick it up. But plus side- the fries are amazing.

This food was SO GOOD. We just needed food after driving all day and the sandwiches looked good so we stopped. Thank god we did, the Reuben Dip, Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Wings were amazing! We tried the Spiced Rums, 10/10. Highly recommend!

The food is really good. I think we've tried almost everything on the menu and it's all super tasty. I especially like their veggie burger and grilled cheese. They also have these really good fried potato balls! And their Rums and Whiskeys are super good too (some of the best we've had). We bring our dog and sit outside often. It's located in a nice area.

What an awesome surprise. We were actually next door at the brewery to grab lunch after a cross country meet. The brewery was unexpectedly slammed and it was going to be about an hour for food. Not what you want to hear with children who claim to be "starving!!!". We popped on Yelp and checked out food options near us. it turned out there was a gem right next door on the dead end. Honestly, I was expecting kinda like pub grub but daaaannggg, this place has killer drinks AND an awesome menu. Vegetarian friendly options and gluten free too. They currently have a Thanksgiving/autumn menu and the sweet potato tots alone are worth the trip here. The drinks were tasty and there were several nonalcoholic options. The service was quick and with a smile. The food came out hot in a timely manner and all of us were part of the clean plate club when we headed home. There's outdoor seating in addition to ample indoor seating. There's a gorgeous view to boot. Restrooms were perfectly clean and easily wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

We didn't have food but the cocktails were phenomenal. It was clear they made their own mixers. I knew the liquor was great because we had enjoyed it before at home.

Best hot dog I've ever had and I'm nearly 85. Beer was pretty damn good also I'd recommend to anyone

Wonderful food. Whatever you order, definitely include the shoestring fries. I love the atmosphere, but that the restaurant so highly honors veterans moves me every time I go there. The service is always great. I've brought several friends with me and each one of them loved it. The adult beverages are excellent. I recommend trying the special drinks that are posted on the board.

We were headed to a different distillery but someone told us about 4 Spirits. We are glad they did. The military theme is positive and supportive of our military. The building is clean, attractive, and the option of indoor or outdoor was nice. There was a group sitting outside under the patio cover and around the fire feature. Others were inside with us. We tried two tastings which are reasonably priced at $8 each. They have whiskey, gin, and a vodka. We tried the whiskeys and gins. The American Whiskey was one of the best we've tasted. I had to get a nice shot separately of it before leaving. We also bought a bottle to take home for a future whiskey tasting with friends. We got two pizzas and liked both. The brown butter pizza is the bomb! (Military connection intended.) We would definitely return when heading back up to visit when going to see our granddaughter attending OSU. We wish we could buy their American Whiskey online and have shipped to California. (P.S. We were here on a rainy Sunday when few people were out and about. Parking was easy, but I can envision it being difficult on some days when both the Block 15 Taproom next door and 4 Spirit Distillery are busy.)

We were in town to see our kids and decided to make a pit stop. What a great place to visit. We went for 2 flights and just hung out. Going to have to make this a frequent stop when we are in Corvallis.

Came in to buy a bottle of the aged whiskey. Dorothy was very nice and easy to speak with.

Me, my sister and my mom decided to go here on a saturday for lunch. Parking was a breeze and it was a very nice building with a nice outdoor seating area. We brought the baby and the dog and both were welcome on the patio. My mom got a spring punch and me and my sister got mocktails (there are no official ones on the menu, but they cooked something up for us and did not disappoint). Me and my sister also ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and they were 5/5, and so was the roast dip my mom got. However, she got a salad and was not a fan of the lettuce they used. The bathrooms were also very nice and had a nice changing station. Overall, a great place to enjoy a drink and a bite with family, friends and the dog :)

Awesome local whiskey distillery with great smooth tasting whiskey and bourbon. Had the single malt and liked it so much we bought a bottle! Great atmosphere awesome service and friendly servers! Great time with family.
