Half price bottles of wine on Tuesdays make for an affordable girls night or date night. The wines I tried were great and the food was also delicious. Get the tenderloin tacos if you like beef! The order comes with three tacos.

I LOVE this place and the experience. It is a perfect date spot. We practically had the wine bar to ourselves. The food is prepared beautifully and the wine selection is so expansive you'll never get tired of this gem hidden in West Lakeview. The fireplace added an extra nice touch for a chilly spring night. Looking forward to bringing friends and family back here soon!

Newly renovated in 2015, date night spot with a great wine list and nice small plates menu. If you are hungry, you can order from the bar next door, which shares a kitchen. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

404 was great. I had a medium sized get together there for my wife's birthday and 404 was very accommodating (even as our group got a bit rowdy towards the end of the night). The food and wine were all delicious.

This was one of the most pleasant first experiences I've had at a bar in Chicago. I felt invited immediately, and when seating wasn't immediately available, the hostess made room right away. Great time, and great wines.

One of my faves! Always great food and an ever changing wine list. You will never get bored. Friendly staff. This is a place you want to star on your map. Return often.

Its an ok wine bar. The wine selection and atmosphere is nice with the fire place and wooden interior. The only thing I did not like was the sports bar is just next door and it was very loud in the wine bar. It felt at times like we were in the sports bar next door.
