What a fantastic bar, distillery, pub. We had the best time and were treated like VIP. A chocolate espresso martini for $6. The drinks are DELICIOUS and the food was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back

I stopped by the happy valley farmers market on 6/14 and picked up two 4-packs of canned spirits, they were absolutely delicious! Super refreshing and perfect for summer. The employee working the booth was so kind and knowledgeable, and she gave the best recommendations. You could really tell she were passionate about the products. Great experience all around!

Drive past here all the time , finally made it in .. what a great experience, our bartender Christina & Brent (i think ) were Ahhhmazing! Staff all around were hands down great... just a super cute COZY place that leaves you warm and fuzzy.. food looked amazing we definitely will be back for more... This place is great, fantastic bartenders and servers, and we met the owners tonight at their cocktail class. They have a club, similar to a wine club, and over the past few months we joined, and looking forward to participating in their small distillery community events. If you're not familiar with the brand, these are the best canned cocktails, not malt liquor concoctions that they inappropriately call cocktails, but actual cocktails sold in Oregon liquor stores. All the others are literally trash if you look at the ingredients, alcohol level, etc, 503 are the one brand worth buying.

Great tasting spirits, I really like that they are local to the Portland area. We really enjoyed the Gin and the Gambler 500 Whiskey. There is nothing better than being stuck at home during a snowstorm and drinking our favorite 503 Spirits. I would also like to give 503 accolades for their tasty mixed drinks in a can. I have found it difficult to find a canned mix drink that I like, but highly recommend 503 Distilling for their beverages. Thank you 503 Distilling for being local and producing great tasting alcohol.

My aunt and uncle suggested we speed down to this place unexpectedly after dinner because I am the perpetual canned cocktail snob and obviously they have theirs on the shelf. We were not disappointed. I thought maybe we were going to just grabbed my cans and go but no.... The fresh cocktails made with their distillery liquors were gorgeous. Absolutely perfect. My man got a Gold Rush and I got a some delicious concoction of which I can't recall, uncle got a Root beer Float made with their house made vanilla cream. Oh my gah... so good. Auntie got a vodka martini which she adored, partially for the 3 olives and not getting any flack about wanting a vodka martini. Christine our bartender was brilliant. She suggested some of the house made Vanilla Crème and Cinnamon Rum. I've not tasted any liquors so amazing in ages. It made me want to completely forget about any canned cocktails and take bottled spirits home. We also tried the house made Fresh Hop Whiskey. I'm dead. Literally it was so good. I'm not even a hoppy kind of girl but this stuff was gold. If you're going to indulge in spirits this is the place to, and stock up for home cocktails. So delicious and service is stellar.

Can't believe I haven't raved about 503 Distilling yet! It's honestly our go-to for delicious and convenient cocktails. It all started a few years back when my husband begged me to get more of their Huckleberry Lemonades at the farmer's market. We figured there HAD to be a tasting room, and low and behold, we discovered one just weeks after it opened! This place is a gem! Not only do they have their fantastic canned cocktails (seriously, the Huckleberry Lemonade is a must-try!), but they also offer bottled spirits like gin, vodka, rum, and whiskey. Plus, they have some seriously tasty specialty drinks, like their famous Vanilla Creme Whiskey. But the real fun is at the tasting room! They always have interesting experimental cocktails on tap, and the service is absolutely top-notch. We loved it so much, we immediately signed up for their club membership. It gives us discounts when we visit (which is often, because we bring EVERYONE here!), and access to their bi-annual pick-up parties. Those parties are amazing - great music, tons of drinks to sample, and a delicious food truck! Seriously, 503 Distilling is a must-visit! Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or just looking for something fun and delicious, this place has you covered.

What's up: Our last stop for our Distillery Tour. We're almost done! Parking: They have a their own parking lot right next to the building. Street parking is also available. Environment: Place your order at the bar. The menu is located overhead and there's also a tap list at the table we were seated at. Restrooms are located down the hall, follow directions and it'll be on the left. Staff members were friendly and the place was pretty busy. What was ordered: - Cocktail Tasting Flight (Espresso Martini, Endless Parade, Mt. Hood Old Fashioned, Blood Hound) - We grabbed some of The Blood Hound to go Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The drinks were pretty good. Staff members were mostly busy but they were friendly. Credit cards are accepted.

Small and cozy with a small but tasty food and drink selection. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. The canned cocktails are great but the ones on draft are best.

I come here on Thursday nights for Trivia, they host Bridgetown Trivia at 7pm, and it's a nice location for it. The owner who runs the bar is really friendly and outgoing, the service has always been good and it's an easy place to support. The food is really really good and while the menu is pretty limited, what's on there is definitely worth trying. My recommendation is the nachos with the pulled pork. The pulled pork is packed with flavor ( I believe it's Carlton Farms), and it puts the nachos over the top. There are a really good amount of nachos, but the pork is so good we each find ourselves probably pushing to finish it. The bar itself is a little small, but has a nice couch area, a TV and some different types of seating. Parking is great, there is a giant parking lot to the side of the building, and we've never had an issue finding a spot up front. Also, they have $3 beers, which I guess is good?

If 503 Distilling is at the farmers market, I pick up a 4 pack of one of their canned cocktails. It's always in my fridge. In the summer my favorite is the Five-O-Tea (vodka, lemon, iced tea) and in the winter is La Vida Mocha (rum, chocolate, cold brew coffee). There is nothing better than drinking a heated La Vida Mocha on my couch covered in blankets on a cold Portland day. Their new tasting room in SE Portland is charming and inviting. It's easy to reach from the Orange Max and next to Ruse Brewing. Outdoors in the summer, they have a fun fenced in area with cocktails on tap, picnic tables and sometimes a band playing. 503 Distilling is definitely leading the canned cocktail game!

Great service. The BEST drinks! Atmosphere is chill! Recommend trying it out! I was hesitant to try canned cocktails but I'm now a believer! They have something for everybody! Faves are Wicked Mule and Rhubarb Whiskey Smash. They are pretty potent! Their vodka is top notch for a fraction of the price of others. I've converted many friends who swear by Titos. Vanilla Crème Whisky is like dessert! Love it my coffee. Way better than Bailey's. Gambler 500 Whisky is smooth. One of the best Gins I've ever had!

I came across this company because a customer at work was trying to order some. I went to the 503 Distilling website and found out that you could order online and pick up curbside. I had an upcoming girls weekend on the Oregon Coast and decided that it was a perfect opportunity to stop by and grab some of their cocktails in a can while we passed through on our way, since I was not sure that I could find them in my area and would not have been willing to pay the hefty tax in my state. Online ordering was quick and easy. They even accept PayPal. Our orders were picked and ready to go fast, even though we were still a ways out. We were quickly greeted as we pulled up. Friendly faces and well wishes were exchanged and off we were to our destination. We tried The Wicked Mule, La Vida Mocha, FiveOTea and The Blood Orange Greyhound. My favorite is the Five O Tea...it is smooth and tastes just like tea. Very refreshing! My second favorite is The Blood Orange Greyhound...although to me it taste mostly grapefruity...it is still tasty and refreshing. My friends all liked this one the best...although I do think it is because they seek no sugar/carbs and no sugar added products. I LOVE mules! BUT...this mule is a little different. It has the heavy ginger taste and although I love ginger and ginger beer...it was not quite what I was hoping for. I have had The Copper Can's version and they are both very different from each other, with their version being more heavy on the lime. 503s version isn't bad, but just not what I was hoping for...reminds me of a mule from the Mule Tavern in Tacoma, which brew their own ginger beer as well. I personally did not order the La Vida Mocha, as I do not care for coffee in my cocktails, but I tasted my friend's. If you like coffee cocktails, this might be for you. My friend did not care for it, noting that it was very strong in flavor and pretty sweet. This coffee cocktail packs a punch for sure! I am glad that we stopped by and were able to support a PNW business. The customer service was exceptional.

We popped in to 503 Distilling completely by accident, and grateful for the winery we were supposed to visit being not around. Not that I wish them ill, but we ended up being more happy with the experience. 603 distills a variety of spirits and pre-makes craft cocktails with them. So, you can either try it neat or blended. I went neat, cause that's the kinda gal I am. I enjoyed the spirits, but I actually ended up buying two of the pre made cocktails - the old fashioned and a fancy huckleberry lemonade. We took the old fashioned to some friends for a pre-game cocktail and must warn you - half a can and you will feel it. And that's coming from a gal who drinks neat. :)

Love this place finally could come here on a Saturday night normally working. Great cocktails and cans to go. Made our Saturday night. Can't wait to come back!

I just popped in here for a quick drink while I waited for the next bus. I had been at the brewery up the street but this place looked intriguing so in I went. It was a Friday night around 5:30 and it was pretty packed. I got a gin cocktail that was good and enjoyed the service and vibe. I will be ack to try some of their food.

Amazing we were brew pubbing and decided to hit 503 distilling wow amazing drinks. Took home a lot of to go really loved the great service and drinks! Can't wait to com back!

Very cool place with great drinks, the draft cocktails are not overly sweet but still flavorful and fun. We tried a vodka strawberry tamarind cocktail and Roll in the Hay. Also the food menu from Chaat Wallah is so good (Nacho chaat and Masala Pulled pork in the photo) worth the drive from Hillsboro! Easy street and lot parking.

The drink was good. They offer sample to see if you like the cocktail. They are friendly and the place is clean.

Have had several of their products and am impressed. The vodka is a step above. The whiskey vanilla cream is incredible on the rocks or mixed. Support the local distillery.

Such a fun and educational experience! Steve did an amazing job describing the options including cocktails on taps, classic barrel aged cocktails, canned cocktails and what influenced each. Creative and rich flavor blends, highly recommend. Great way to end the weekend!
