$20 Million Steakhouse to Open on Las Vegas Strip | Eater Vegas

"Planned as a four-story retail and hospitality center at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, Project 63 is expected to open in fall of this year and will span more than 243,000 square feet; its mixed-use complex will include the Ocean Prime steakhouse as an anchor and eventually announce an additional 63 tenants. The development is being led by Las Vegas-based Brett Torino of Torino Companies and New York developer Flag Luxury Group, and it will rise on the site of the never-completed, structurally unsound Harmon hotel tower that was dismantled in 2015." - Janna Karel

63 CityCenter is a unique shopping center located on the top floor of Aria. You'll find them outside The Shops at Crystals, near the pedestrian bridge connecting to The Cosmopolitan. For Nevada residents, parking is Free for the first three hours, just scan the back of your driver license at the parking exit. Featured vendors include Ocean Prime (restaurant), Arte Museum (attraction), Welcome to Las Vegas (gift shop), Ariat, Fat Tuesday (frozen cocktail), Agora Cosmetics, Museum of Illusions (attraction), Ross Dress for Less, and an upcoming new restaurant that is opening this Fall 2024 is Jason Aldeans Kitchen + Bar.

We did about 5 circles looking for self parking which we were never able to find. Ended up parking at the Aria hotel and Casino. The Arte Museum is up the escalators if you valet park here and walk up. That's where we needed to be at for an event but we didn't even see anyone parking cars for Valet. The only reason why I figured out this was actually valet parking is we walked down the Escalators seeing where the stairs led.

63 Las Vegas is a brand new shopping complex that just opened, so there aren't a whole lot of shops here yet. Some places that have already opened here are Fat Tuesday, Arte Museum, Museum of Illusions, and Ocean Prime. This review is based on 63 Las Vegas' valet service. My mom and I were going to the Arte Museum located nearby, so we chose to valet the car at 63 Las Vegas rather than self park over at Aria. The valet rates here aren't all that terrible, unless there's an event going on, it's $45. Rates are only $25 in between 0-3 hours and $35 for 4 hours and beyond. The service was very friendly, very quick, and very efficient. When it was time for us to leave, we put the ticket in the machine, made the payment, and the car was brought back to us instantly. If you're going to the Arte Museum or Museum of Illusions, I suggest valeting your car here at 63 Las Vegas. It's super easy to access both museums, and the entire shopping complex in general, from the valet area.
