"Planned as a four-story retail and hospitality center at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, Project 63 is expected to open in fall of this year and will span more than 243,000 square feet; its mixed-use complex will include the Ocean Prime steakhouse as an anchor and eventually announce an additional 63 tenants.
