Located on the 38th floor of the Andaz Hotel, 665°F offers one of the best dining views in the city, sweeping panoramas of the skyline and waters below. If you go for the first seating between 6–8 PM, you typically don’t even need a reservation, and you’ll catch the golden-hour glow right before sunset.
The Wagyu steak was beautifully tender and perfectly seared, paired with their compound butter and a selection of dipping sauces like ponzu soy, a thoughtful touch that elevated each bite. While the skirt steak was slightly underwhelming in flavor, the crab cake completely made up for it, packed with real crab and incredible seasoning. I even ended up using the leftover sauce to dip my warm sourdough bread so good.
Overall, it’s a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience with exceptional service and stunning views, definitely worth visiting for anyone staying at Andaz or nearby!
