665 Degrees Fahrenheit

The Flat Iron with Old Bay Bearnaise and all the potato dishes were so peak, and the flambéed Smores dessert was amazing. Don’t bother with the Striploin! Ceviche was good too, and the avocado purée was a much needed addition. Crab cakes were alright and French Onion was pretty, but tasted overly sweet for my liking. Insanely reasonable pricing for the location and quality of food/service. Seriously though, whatever you do, get the flat iron and literally any dessert.

We came for the dinner set menu on a Friday evening and it was a pleasant dining experience. We were seated at the private dinner area so we didn’t see the restaurant in it’s entirety The food was decently good and refreshing for a date night out with the husband. We were full by the end of the night and had a good un-rushed meal Though I must say that they seem understaffed and getting their attention took quite a fair bit of effort too.

Celebrated our anniversary dinner at 665 Restaurant (Level 38), Not too crowded on a Sunday, which was nice. They have different seating vibes — one side has a more romantic, dimly lit setup, while the other is brighter with a view of the chefs cooking. There’s also a separate area for bigger groups or team dinners. Service was excellent throughout. reception manager welcoming, James did a great job explaining the menu and serving us smoothly, and Rozalino even gave us a quick tour after dinner and shared the story behind the name “665”. What we ordered: Starters • Red Shrimp Carpaccio – 4/5 • Crab Cake – 5/5 Soup • French Onion Soup – 5/5 Mains • Australian Tenderloin – 3/5 • L’Grow Australian Striploin – 5/5 Sides • Asparagus– 5/5 Desserts • Chocolate Cake – 5/5 • Surprise anniversary macadamia chocolate cake – 5/5 (nice touch!) Overall, a great experience with warm service, good ambiance, and some standout dishes. Its a great choice for our special occasion

Great views of the surrounding city. The burrata starter was with dried watermelon and granola and I don’t think the combo worked well. Some classics can be served more traditionally, there is a reason for example why burrata usually comes with tomatoes. The leak and potato soup was too cold, maybe to prevent the 64 degree egg in it from overcooking. The truffle gave the too creamy dish nice aroma though. The main course was steak with good quality meat. Unfortunately the sides were served only when we had almost finished the dish. The sauce in the menu was brought only when we asked for it and it was cold. Probably they totally forgot about it and warmed it up in a rush. The melting cheese cake as dessert was the best dish in my opinion. The service was good and the wines excellent.

Intimate and luxurious dining experience, great views of Marina Bay and Downtown. Great Steak and Grilled Fish. I ordered the south Patagonian toothfiah (my first time trying this variety) although the portion was slightly smaller than expected, it was delicious, tender and prepared well, served with a mild lemon sauce. Do also try their signature onion soup, it was very flavourful.

We tried the Hanwoo menu today. I understand that this restaurant is a western steakhouse but if they want to present an exceptional Hanwoo menu they can consider making some special and unique 3-4 sides / banchan so that they can stand out from the many other steakhouses offering Hanwoo options these days. Service is good from the waiters I even got a mini tour of the cellar and the private room so thanks to one of the very kind server for that! A place great for small gatherings as they have many rooms and they have nice window seats which are great for couples!

Enjoyed the Christmas set dinner! Both mains - steak and fish, were delicious. Appetisers and desserts all looked and tasted great, especially enjoyed the crab. Fantastic night views, attentive service, elegant ambiance.

Came for our anniversary dinner, steak was not bad but not mindblowing. Definitely paying for the view and the vibes! I like how you are not seated too close to other patrons so you get abit more privacy in that sense. In addition, staff were also really attentive and provided great service!
