7-Eleven

Things are very disorganized here, and they’re truly wasting people’s time. They’ve written on Google Maps that their services are available 24 hours, but in reality, they close their store after 10 PM.

Seriously it seems to me the 7 11 stores aren't all that great I try and keep an open mind but they're all so lame I tried going to the one on south Lamar and the guys inside says their closed for some reason definitely don't buy especially at times I see rats running around

Worst customer service ever! She insisted on not selling us a pack of water because we needed a mask when it is not mandatory and she was not wearing a mask herself until I started recording her. She offended me in front of my son, saying I was stupid and cursing. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was not going to call anyone because she did not feel like it. This lady needs some training in customer service and some manners!!

They say they are 24 hours, but everytime I come by after my late night shift- the doors are locked and the employee inside always tells me they’re opening anywhere from 30-50 minutes.

It's completely disgusting. From out of town, stopped for snacks and restroom break. We just left. The food was old. Restrooms haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Smelled like urine. Too many unhoused people. Some seemed under the influence of illegal drugs. There were 2 people involved in a physical altercation right outside the store.

Used to be one of the best stores to be able to go into now lucky if you can get into it after 10:00 at night management has to know that they lose a lot of money at night because there are a lot of people they still try to go in there but he won't open the door he tells him 5 minutes and then just sits down and watches while we all stand there and wait

Selling out of date products, I purchased pretzels that expired in January. I tired to call but it was just a busy signal so here's a warning because I doubt they'll take them down.

I always have trouble with the night worker giving me the correct change back. Yesterday he used his rewards number to ring up my order so I didn't get credit for my purchase. It appears to me he is purposely trying to steal customers money and rewards credit. Even the keypad for typing in your rewards number is very small, about 1 inch square. No other 7/11 I've been to has such a small keypad or the type of interface their console has. I always have to make sure he credits my rewards before collecting my payment. That tells me he is collecting the higher amount from you and then hits the rewards button, telling the till a lower amount was received. That makes me believe he is pocketing the extra. He is a true thief of thieves.
