Who the hell thought it was a good idea to close at 5:30 AM—literally when people need their damn coffee the most? Y’all running a convenience store or an inconvenience store? Downtown LA, a city that never sleeps, and here you are shutting down like it’s grandma’s bedtime. Absolute clownery. Get your priorities straight

A great 7-11 experience. Never saw the negatives in other reviews. The Street Folk are no more an issue than anywhere else in the middle of LA. Security handles the inevitable drama with a firm but respectful hand.

if not for the endless vagrants hanging about outside, every single evening, like they have a roster of shifts for every single one, this would be a great 7/11. the feeling i get when i go in and get momentarily stopped by them asking for a coke or something is not only some sort of pity and shame, but also disdain at their lack of effort to do anything about their situation. regardless, there's a pretty good selection of products at this store, and hot food here that i've not seen at a many other stores. there's usually always security here, and multiple staff at a time, for safety im sure, and they do a great job.

Convenient and resourceful 7-eleven, situated on a corner in downtown Los Angeles. Thank you for being open 24/7. They have rules like no backpacks, no bikes or electric scooters allowed inside, which is reasonable. Nice selection of hot food like pizza, hot dogs and chicken. Excellent variety of prepared cold sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, cheese and cracker snacks, and pretty good produce, no organic produce. They have a great variety of common household needs like dish soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, detergent, plastic cups and plates. Cigarettes and alcohol sold here

Wow. Don’t go here if you’re a female. The female worker will ignore the line to checkout the worker men she wants to flirt with. Let at least 5 men in front of me to the point I got out of line cause she was just letting all the men through to flirt. She was decent once I was actually paying but can’t overlook a woman who let a bunch of men cut a women just so she can look cool and flirt. Photo of worker who did this included.

Hello. My name is Yi Ragle. I am making a complaint against the security guard who was working at this 7/11 store. I took a picture of him. He knows exactly what he did to me. I was buying a slice of pizza. The cashier was very kind and patient. All the workers at this 7/11 was very kind and respectful. This security was so rude and crazy. He was setting me on fire for no reason. He kept telling me to get out the store and have a good day. He repeated the same statement many times. He was telling me to get out the store and have a good day, and he was laughing about it too. This security guard has destroyed the reputation of this 7/11 to a level, no one can imagine. Many customers witness what happened between me and that security guard. He is too crazy to be working. He either needs to be retrained or fired right away.

Got a few items here for lunch and it’s a pretty big 7-11 with a lot of offerings. I’d definitely come back here again to get other convenience store items.

Just came in today. It said $3.50 for two waters. Why I was charged $8.18?. Seems like they like to not have any honor in their prices. I wouldn't come in here again.

This 7-Eleven in Little Tokyo is definitely a solid spot for a quick late-night run. It's big, bright, and surprisingly spacious for a convenience store. I stopped by around 11pm on a Monday night and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They had everything you'd expect, and the location is really convenient. It was right across the street from the DoubleTree by Hilton that I was staying at. So if you're staying in the area or just passing through on foot (it's on a busy corner), it's easy to swing by. It's your typical 7-Eleven experience, nothing mind-blowing but nothing terrible either. It's a good spot for grabbing snacks or drinks if you need something quick, but it didn't offer anything that made it stand out from the hundreds of other 7-Elevens out there. Parking can be a little tight in the area since it's Little Tokyo, but nothing too wild if you don't mind walking a block or so. It was pretty dead when I was out and about walking. There was a few people experiencing homelessness and there was a fight that broke out in the area but again, I didn't feel unsafe. I would suggest getting on a bike or a scooter to be able to ride faster if you are feeling unsure. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stop by if you're in the neighborhood or need something late at night, but don't expect anything beyond your typical 7-Eleven experience.

Got profiled here for wearing a backpack (im a college student) & taking too long to shop (i was there for 3 minutes). Have been here a few times before because its close by & have gotten snacks with no issue, even though theyre expensive, but this time I got stopped & accused of stealing. Security told me to bring my back pack up front because the owner was "scared" & was timing me because they thought I "looked like a thief". I was actually going to do it so I could continue shopping, then I thought "why would I shop where I'm not respected?" and left. Never going here again. The strange thing is I remember other customers shopping with backpacks with no issue in past visits, but not me. Also have to add that the service in general is always slow. 3 employees with 1 working and a long line of customers waiting. Shop elsewhere.

They have upgraded their food selection. Salads, sandwiches, wellness shots. Use their app to get their points and redeem. Benefits me since I work around the corner.

Walk almost a mile out of my way in the wee hours to hit the hot chocolate machine and opt for the Chai Spice flavor. Not only do they charge $3.99 for a large (compared to 2.79 in other locations), they have the flavor turned down so low it's drinking dark dirty water. I tried sneaking 2 tea bags and a bit more cinnamon in but it only made it worse so I ended up just tossing the whole thing in the trash and walking out. Too bad, those machines used to be the bomb.

Extremely overpriced items. How was a bag of chips and monster $8? The fridge was shut off and drinks were warm. The store is very cluttered and just wasn't pleasant. Many transients in side and around the store. Last time I will be going here =\

Large 7-11 with a larger than usual selection of snacks and drinks (they even have an asian snack section. They got pizza wings everything..... except this is one of those weird 7-11's that don't carry alcohol ( no beer, no wine, nothing. But you can get a beer pong set if you want...... The workers are nice. The security makes you take your bags and place them on oa shelf at the front before you can go shop in the store. There are lots of homeless than gather out front to pan handle people going in or passing by the store. It can get pretty bad, with 5-6 of them just hanging out side and yelling and shuffling about. 2 stars mostly cause they don't have alcohol. Whats the point of 7-11 if theres no alcohol?

Filthy terrible location. Even though they had 3 people behind the counter, only 1 person was working the register, delaying the line of people trying to buy their food.

The largest 7-11 I have ever been to! The selection is so huge with such a variety of items. Everything from pints of ice cream to firewood to freshly baked cookies! The store is clean, which is great. They even have some packages for beer pong! There is even some pre-packaged foods for on the go.

Work in the area and let me tell you the girls who are there during the time I visit I love them! Maria and I don't remember the name of the other one, however they go above and beyond for the customers! They are amazing! however the last girl some blonde girl think Jessica was her name? I visited last week. The last week of December 2022 was awful! Slow AF! And rude. I left the drink I wanted because she was extremely slow had the line all the way backed up to the coffee bar!

This brand new 7-11 opened today at the corner of the AVA building. I came for their free big gulp promotion and saw that they had a large array of the standard convenient store snacks, such as American chips, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, etc. I was surprised to see that they had a selection of japanese chips, I assume due to the fact that it is situated in Little Tokyo. The store is brand new so everything was clean and orderly. The staff were helpful and approached us as we were staring at their soda and slurpee selection. They have three registers so they have the capacity to accommodate more transactions more than the typical, smaller 7-11. I grabbed a hot dog knowing that it was fresh (being that it was the grand opening and all) and havd no complaints. I'll definitely come back here if I need something quick and convenient.

So I enter this 7-Eleven and asked the employee for the atm. So I go to the atm and took out money. I put my money in my wallet and my wallet in my pocket.I start heading toward the exit and the security stops me. He demanded to empty out my pockets. I asked why and he said cause he saw me in the camera putting something in my pockets. I clearly didn't. THAT SECURITY HAS TO GET FIRED!! He clearly wasn't looking at the cameras. You can't just assume someone stole.

This was my first time in Los Angeles. This was also the first store I go to, to buy a water and one of the workers accused me of stealing something when I went to pay for my water. He made me empty my pockets on the table to prove to him that I didn't steal and then just said "oh" then walked off. 0/10 store. I am also a black man, he had no reason to believe that I had stolen when I was just looking around (not touching) for toiletries for when I would return later to buy them

Literally watched the security guard beat up a woman because she was taking a piece of food. He literally dragged her back into the store once she was already out the store. While the managers watched and chose not to intervene. HORRRIBLE.

I gave this a one Cuz Worker Staff are great and service. But Security Are Carelessly There and Reviews on google and Yelp agree with Everyone. They need to Change Policy cuz it's the only 7 Eleven have Security are soo Careless The want too keep bike Skateboard and scooter outside which that Needs Too Change Policy and $3,000 E-Bike and $300 skateboard review agreed should able to bring in Due too Aggressive Homeless issues which Security are careless and not doing nothing about it. I seen fights breaks out in front of the Store Homeless throwing stuff littered and good place for bike/other customer asked to leave outside to get Stolen. Ridiculous they need To fired the Security and Policy changed where people feel more Safer and can Bring Scooter and other in for a Quick store run.

This place barely opened and they started out with their worst foot forwards. I've had a lot of trouble trying to ask the cashiers anything or specifying what i want from them. Why? Because they either don't speak English iyer don't speak it well. Just today, i had to repeat the word, "refill" 8+ times before i gave up and let them charge me full office for my results drink. This isn't the time I've had trouble at this location and they've barely opened! Wth! 2 stars is being generous. I'll revise it if they get even worse.

I wanted to order a whole pizza, and they said they wouldn't make any more pizza. Every other 7-11 I've been to would make a whole pizza in 7 minutes. It's one thing if they were out of pizza, but they just didn't want to make one.

Do not patronize this location, they are taking advantage of their customers during this crisis. I can understand that they serve coffee behind the counter, but they only serve small cups now instead of larger sizes. So those of us using the app to take advantage of the coffee special no longer have a choice of sizes. I have seen other 7-11 locations as well as other C-stores eliminate their hot food offerings to reduce chances of their customers getting infected. This location continues to serve hot food that is sitting out in the open. The owner of this location must pray to the all mighty dollar and does not care about the community it serves.

Security watched me like a hawk, was incredibly rude when I asked about their store hours, yelled at me when my facemask was off for .02 seconds, etc. Also they are often out of products here and don't do all the same deals (2 for $2 on 7-Eleven candy, etc) that's other 7-eleven's have. Location is great, Little Tokyo needed a 7-11, but hey, why not include some cultural snacks like the Koreatown and Chinatown locations do. Just a thought!

Located across the street from our hotel. We were able to get all the snacks we wanted. It is a nice 7-11. Convenient and quaint.

The 7 Eleven that's suppose to be open 24/7 was closed. Handwritten sign on the door just said closed. No time when it would reopen. There were people inside the store and about 10 people outside waiting to get in but no indication when they were going to reopen.

Not sure why the business owner posted an image of wine bottles. This location does not have beer or wine. But has: orange safety vests, pizza cutter, mochi ice cream, Pediasure, Los Angeles souvenir cap, shrimp chips, jumper cables, White Castle burgers...

Been looking forward to a convenient store in the area. I walked over, to buy a six pack of beer, just to discover the only 7-Eleven that does not sell beer. It was clean... but as a liquor convenance store there should be beer! Be aware!'

It's a seven eleven with all the things a 7 11 has. Which is nice and convenient . But having a no bag/backpack policy in an urban areas where many people have some sort of bag is annoying( I get it, it's downtown, but...)

I work nearby little tokyo, i was a regular everytime im on my break i would go buy myself a snack. Today however all because i walked in with a bag (see through bag) all i had was tshirts in them along with a recipt proof of purchase, i was stopped rudely by one of the security staff yelling at me to leave my bag by the entrance yet he allowed a homeless guy in with two huge bags... i ofcourse argued since it was not fair a homeless guy is more likely to steal im a regular 25 year old who works nearby! Also security insults me on my way out after i purchased my items. Im not coming back anymore im done. If this guy treated me like this i cant begin to imagine how he is to other customers!

They give away free hot dogs after 11! Ask for the owner! He's a gem! Tell everyone you know!

I go to 7-Elevens all the time, so I was really surprised at how bad the service is at this particular location. It's actually kind of impressive how the rudest, most incompetent team came together in one place.

Clean and fully stocked store! Love the convenience of having it down the street from work! Pizza is really good and price is fair. Good selection of snacks and drinks!
