Beware of this spot! Got my phone STOLEN. I had my phone in my pocket and it was snatched without me noticing. Some shady people there so just be aware of your surroundings and hold on to your phone!

Getting it can't even answer the phone it's about 1:00 in the morning so what are they doing this early in the morning number one and number two if it goes to voicemail and I leave it no one calls back so what's the point of calling or leaving a number when they can't even answer it very bad customer service plus the security guard will always follow the homeless looking guy or homeless looking girl into the store after they go in so is very very typical to see them also treating all the white people differently and segregated from what they treat everybody else the store is very racist and it's own opinion only hiring Arab workers I've only seen Arab workers and African-American workers never have I seen a white person inside working or any kind of diversity within the Asian group as well or the Mexicans so I'm just wondering what's happening with all these people being in there I've only seen Arabs in Indians and one African American working where's your diversity where is your clean stuff why is your pizza burnt why does it say 24/7 when it's not open 24/7 please do your job properly and you know get up their ass about it I don't want to call you I don't want to have to make another review on your 7-Eleven whatever app I don't have to make an app for you I already have an app for you I don't feel like calling you a thousand times and having you do your job which is supposed to be done by reading Google reviews

Since I moved into this area I’ve been coming to the 7-Eleven before work more and more every day. Staff was professional and polite store is clean and overall great experience every time. When you go and say hi to the security a bald headed black guy he’s nice. This location is clean definitely one of the better 7-Eleven locations in Los Angeles area.

Came here at 9pm, there was no coffee !! Guy says “not working, come tomorrow” wait I thought you said not working so why would I come back tomorrow? I ask for mayo for hot dog he didn’t know what that was. Bye bye I’ll go to 7-11 that actually has coffee. 🙄

1 clerk was working the cash register 2 other employees were talking and not being helpful. There was a line of 13 people waiting. Not a good look, if this is supposed to be a fast quick stop. Especially because there were other employees. This happened a couple of days ago and not necessarily yesterday.

I usually have a good experience when I go to this 7-Eleven for gas or anything else that I'm buying but last time I was there I purchased an engine oil unfortunately it was not the correct one that I needed so I went back the next day I tried to exchange it but I unfortunately I didn't have the receipt but I figured it would be okay since I paid with a credit card and they turn me away and said NO. I didn't ask for a refund I just wanted to exchange it for something else I even tried getting something that was three or four dollars cheaper than what I had purchased and I was not asking for any money in return and they still said no , I've worked as a cashier or handled money before and I know there are ways to find the purchase with my card I don't know how smart their system is but maybe they need to start doing that

It's OK all employees treat me, and show respect and smile. Prince wannabe manager is so disrespectful, and lazy he cant even fill up the ice coffee he says there's no more so he don't have to fill it up.. I have no idea how he got the job when I say rude his face pops up on the dictionary..

Dawg please change the music, no offense but this opera music is TOO loud and annoying. You can NOT hear what the workers are asking you. I am not coming back here again. Edit: I am not going to contact you guys there is nothing "to see what happened." My review is final.

Terrible employee! They have bathroom and it's required code. When I asked for that cashier girl said this bathroom only for employees. Very nice.

SCAM DO NOT COME HERE!!! They are scam artists stay far away. They will scam you out of gas and gas money. Let's say you pay $10 for gas. They will only enter in $9.50 and keep the rest for themself and refuse to give a receipt or refund the remaining amount. I've asked for the owners number being that this is privately owned and the refuse. Hopefully this gets their attention.

The layout of the store is basic and items are easy to find. There is a decent selection of food and snacks, but I have seen a wider array of goods at other locations. This is one of the smaller 711's, but is convenient when in a hurry. The store itself is rather small in comparison to other 711's

Yo these 7 elevens be playing games now lmfao... Dude I had to ring up 3 protein bars before I got the right price... lmfaooo I'm deceaseddddd LOOOL (from laughing) When I asked for change to 10 cents the cashier swooped it and was like na we ain't got none

We live close by and they blast music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. This is illegal. We've asked them to turn it down multiple times.

They have beer ... incase any one else is wondering! Lmao needed gas, was hoping for beer and they have it! You're welcome

What a employee you have working here!!! Needs better training!!! He didn't just have it closed with a BAG!!!, but also didn't let me get gas he said they where closed!!! I was out of gas and just made it to the next gas station... this is not right, if it says open 24hrs then u have it closed with a "BAG" really they don't give you keys?! Or maybe it's because you knew you couldn't close it, and then yell at the ppl trying to get gas that your closed!!!

Thevemployees are undertrained in this store. They get bothered when asked a simple question. They give people attitudes all the time. The customers are treated real bad at this store. They always tell me that loading Cash app is down or closed. Yet other stores allow it. This wastes my gas, because this is the nearest store to me. Only some of the employees allow Cash app loading in the night time. I'm definitely going to stop going to this store even if I have to go to Walgreens to do my loading it's worth it. This store is representing the 7-Eleven Franchise very poorly. #SMH

Just went to this 7 eleven on 2041 Beverly blvd just now at 1045 pm 9/18/21 bought a gallon water and coupe of cheese dog this guy in the counter I don't know his name but he's super cool alot of energy and greeting all the customer. Good worker 7-Eleven u should keep worker like him kudos

This 7-11 has potential to be a really good one. The inside is big and there are lots of things to buy. The problem with this store is the workers. As I entered the store, an employee was attempting to hit a customer and the customer simply walked away. This was not my first time seeing the employee attempt to fight someone. I still have not gotten his name but that man and possibly even that whole crew should be fired

The clerks steal every single person's reward points. Saw it happen to 3 patrons ahead of me AND the only reason why he asked if I had the app was because I had my phone in hand.

dora is a 5 star employee. every morning i am greeted with a beautiful smile and an awesome attitude. dora always makes sure my coffee is fresh and i get everything i need. dora is a prime example for giving excellent customer service. dora is an asset to 7-11 and i will continue to come back as long as dora is there.

Inside is one of the nicer 7/11 I've seen. But the clerk that helped me was a total ass. Dude rolled his eyes at me just because I asked for something on the menu that he didn't know was there. And then when he saw it he was like oh no we don't have that, when he was just too lazy to make it because I've had it there before.
