"At the chain’s headquarters test store in Irving, a new pumpkin spice Slurpee blends pure pumpkin-spice syrup with Slurpee ice rather than any coffee or dairy notes. The initial sip has the familiar Slurpee mouthfeel with pronounced top notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, a sensation that feels oddly dissonant in a frozen format. The aftertaste is strong—likely from multiple syrups—and cinnamon lingering on a cold tongue can be off-putting. As the drink melts, a cloying vanilla syrup element grows more dominant and the cup needs shaking to stay palatable; it tastes best straight from the machine and becomes increasingly unpleasant as it dilutes. Support is zero help. They advertise pizza deals in the app, but not one single 7-eleven in or around Houston, TX serves pizza. But it is literally the main deal 7-eleven offers. It sounds silly but I have searched and talked to probably 90% of the 7-eleven stores in or or round Houston and no one single store serves it or knows who does. So why is there an ad for it? I have contacted customer service so many times trying to see if they can tell me me where a location is that serves it. The app will let you accept the deal, but it does not show you where pizza is available to take advantage of the pizza deals. Multiple stores have said they’ve reached out to corporate to ask them to take away the pizza adds in the Houston area because no one serves it, but corporate refuses … and if I ask them for any help, they just ask me what store I’m referring to. I continually say it’s all of them and that’s why I’m asking them … because I DONT KNOW WHERE! and they just give me the run around and won’t answer questions or make any changes to keep from frustrating their guests. The reason they want you to give them a store is because they want to pass you off to that stores team (which, incidentally, most stores don’t ever answer their phones - so they’re just passing you off to a dial tone).It’s false advertising to continually place an ad for a product that no one serves. And if they do serve it somewhere, then they should be able to tell you where. After all of the efforts I’ve made to contact them and kindly figure it out, I have discovered that 7-eleven just doesn’t care about customers. At this point it’s not about the pizza, but more about that realization. That 7-eleven does not care enough about their customers to even answer a simple question that they are the only ones who SHOULD know. Most frustrating customer service I’ve ever come across.

Store#38523 2075 S.Buckner Blvd 75217 @ time 3:19pm 9/30/2025 he said his name is Jonathan Andrew Hernandez, this employee was rude, he has bad customer service I have never had someone working at any 7-11 talk to me in that manner he was very snappy with much rude attitude every time I asked him questions relating to the price of Black n Mild. If facial expressions and his tone in his voice was a killer I would be unalived right now. I no longer wish to enter into this 7-11 ever again as long as he us there as an employee. You guys don't get it that's why everyone will drive 3 extra miles to a Quick Trip before going to any of your stores because of service and filthy bathrooms like the location on 3500 Sycamore School Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76133. Let someone do a Tik Tok and see it go viral. Y'all need to get with the times. Reviews and stuff going viral is everything now these days and you just franchise to anyone because they have money. You guys are terrible

Your location at 6315 Rowan Rd New Port Richey, FL 34653 took over $40 from my card with no services. I’ve called corporate and keep getting told I’ll get a call back, that it’s been escalated, oh so sorry you haven’t heard. 1 month later and no refund after all the calls I’ve made. Lesson learned, do not prepay on a card or think that a company you’ve been loyal to for years will care at all about stealing from you. This location needs better training, better management, or just shut down. How are you going to make this right? Stealing that $ is stealing food from my family’s mouth, it’s hard enough with the gas prices. Calling and emailing does nothing.

Called them to have them get ahold of a store to fix a situation that was urgent for them to tell me they have no way of contacting the store for a 5 to 10 buisness days like how does a company in modern times not have the ability to call up a manger to have them fix something quick get better that's trash for a company as wealthy as 7/11 I hope it crashes doesn't seem well ran probably well hope that hits your pride cause your just as a bad as all the other careless company's they got money so who cares about quality

Store owner called the police on me for trying to purchase a Coke. I poured a Coke out of the fountain machine which was out of syrup, she demanded I pay a dollar for the cup. I tried to explain the fountain was out of syrup but she called the police on me. After 3 weeks of calling customer service the only call I got back was to say "don't ever come in that store again". I have made multiple phone calls to resolve my complaint but nobody at corporate can get off their butts to return a phone call. So disappointed that I've been a customer for over 40 years and this is the treatment I get.

I suggest to every one who go into 7-11 for a phone charger or a product in the box, open it to make sure the item is in the box. I bought a charger suppose to be in the box, was not. When I took it back to the store the manager and worker told me it was IMPOSSIBLE the box was empty. The box was empty. Now, if the day manager and worker had not told me this maybe I would be ok. Then I spoke with someone else who said that it could have been at the manufacturing plant Some worker let an empty box through. Not IMPOSSIBLE!

This is a great location connected to the 7-Eleven corporate headquarters. They always have the newest items and the friendly staff. It has limited hours and closed on weekends. Stop by and given them a try.

I think this location was closed temporarily, but it's now up and running like any other 7-Eleven. The only difference is that there's no gasoline sold here, since it's a store at the base of a corporate building. However, this is one of the 7-Elevens that has the tea machine that dispenses many flavors, which isn't common around Dallas. Hence why the above average rating from me

Very impressive! I was able to find diet sodas in flavors that I've never seen before. I had a problem with the cookies I bought, but I took them back in and they took care of the problem right away. The new cookies I received were delicious and fresh! Very nice, considerate people work there and it was well stocked and clean. Can't believe today was my first time going when I work just a few blocks away!

This location is open to the public!! 5 STARS HANDS DOWN! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They are super attentive, they know their customers and will help you with the 7-Eleven app if you need help! Outside on the door are plastic disposable gloves to shop without having to touching handles. The store is extremely clean. They even sell 7-Eleven themed Masks! If you need one or just want your day to be made by how nice and friendly they are come to this location!

This is the 7-Eleven store located on the first floor of the Headquarters office in Irving. Open to public Monday-Friday until 8pm. No fuel. Super friendly staff, very helpful! Busy location, but reliably great service and a robust selection of on-the-go food, drink and snack options!!
