Take the 7 train and get off at Roosevelt Ave. to find lots of awesome food stands. One place sells Ecuadorian food right at the exit to the subway, such as hornado, or "roast pork with sublime crispy skin straight from Heaven, morcilla, or blood sausage with potato cakes." The cart is called La Esquina de la Caserita.

My sister and I have been to this station many times and it was a busy station this is because it is a transit hub with connections to buses to LaGuardia airport and many others. The station is busy during all hours of the day especially during the rush hour.

The station is very busy. Trains operate 5 minutes and platform is always packed. It even has a bus terminal outside. The (E)(F)(M)(R) platforms looks sadly run down though. Mezzanine looks like Port Authority with little stores there. The (7) has great views and easy access. There are a lot of elevators here to take just to transfer to the (7) though.

Always Very Busy Crowded as usual, but two elevators are under construction such as, the one I needed to take me to the platform on Manhattan side of the #7 train, because my legs were Already Very Tired from All of the walking during my shopping. It was Very Frustrating!😤 Fortunately, a couple of elevators & escalators were working Still though. 👍🏾😉😮‍💨

It's a subway station, one of the busiest outside of lower Manhattan. I would highly recommend avoiding this station during rush hours if possible.

It's ok, just overcrowded (MTA moment) If E/F/M/R are down, pray that you don't suffocate trying to navigate the station

A wander up down this street was the highlight of NY travels, in one spot you’re surrounded by Bangladeshi and Pakistani shops and restaurants, next up Nepalis, and then Peruvian, Ecuadorian, Mexican wares and foods. Loved it

Yelp
There was a time Jackson heights was exciting, fun & lot of yummy food . Now a days it's just a necessity to go find groceries which I don't have where I live. It looks dirty, noisy , lots of drunk crazy people roaming around ! I will just stop now before I have nothing better else left to say ..! End of the day it's still Jackson heights, and in time it just become a Bangladeshi area ! Most of the shopping places & restaurants are Bangladeshi owned ! And obviously we desis lives there too. We do get to taste yummy authentic Bangladeshi food & get to shop our typical cloths , jewelries ! I will try to look for other pictures which I have taken before , for now this one has to be ! I'm
