Take the 7 train and get off at Roosevelt Ave. to find lots of awesome food stands. One place sells Ecuadorian food right at the exit to the subway, such as hornado, or "roast pork with sublime crispy skin straight from Heaven, morcilla, or blood sausage with potato cakes." The cart is called La Esquina de la Caserita.

Also, shaptra or chili-fried beef made of thinly sliced beef cooked with chili oil, soy, and Sichuan peppercorns; and sha momo, or steamed beef dumplings.
