7 Gradi Gelato at SALT is a must-visit! Their sorbets are light, refreshing, and completely dairy-free. Perfect if you’re looking for a cool treat without the cream. I especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the girl working was. She made great recommendations and created such a welcoming vibe. It was the ideal way to cool off on a hot day in Honolulu. Bonus- you can sample before committing to a decision! Pro Tip - get two flavors, you won’t be bummed you did it! Highly recommend stopping in!

I meant to write this review a few weeks ago. However, the service was super nice. The two girls working were very inviting. The gelato is super good and creamy and has an almost stretchy consistency. The toasted marshmallow was my fave. Definitely plan on coming again.

The waffle and gelato combo is amazing, the waffle was my favorite part. The gelato taste and flavor was average. The price was pretty good for the combo. Nice outdoor seating.

Ube - 4.5 stars Tad sweet but good flavour and texture! Guava yogurt - 4 stars Rice - 3.75 stars Tastes like rice milk. Peach mango - 3.75 stars Tastes like peach mango yogurt cups.

i am actually obsessed with this gelato shop and went here 3 times on my 5-day trip to honolulu. the flavors are plentiful, unique, and delicious. i’ve never had sorbet that tastes as good as gelato. the dark chocolate is rich, as are the fruity flavors, and pair really well with the more creamy gelatos like marshmallow biscoff. guava yogurt was another favorite.

Very nice shop , clean and very importantly dog friendly. So many people brought there dogs by when we were there and all good dogs got treats. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. You could get small samples if you needed help making your choice. The gelato was very good and the flavors were great. When even got a small free sample of the waffle that's available if you choose. If you're in the area definitely stop by and give them a try.

I stopped by 7 Gradi by chance and was pleasantly surprised. They have a wide selection of gelato, including some unique flavors you don’t usually find elsewhere. The portions are generous and the prices are fair for the quality. The interior feels modern yet warm and welcoming — it’s the kind of place where you want to stay a little longer. A perfect spot to enjoy with friends or just treat yourself.
