7 Gradi Gelato at SALT is a must-visit! Their sorbets are light, refreshing, and completely dairy-free. Perfect if you’re looking for a cool treat without the cream. I especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the girl working was. She made great recommendations and created such a welcoming vibe. It was the ideal way to cool off on a hot day in Honolulu. Bonus- you can sample before committing to a decision! Pro Tip - get two flavors, you won’t be bummed you did it! Highly recommend stopping in!

i am actually obsessed with this gelato shop and went here 3 times on my 5-day trip to honolulu. the flavors are plentiful, unique, and delicious. i’ve never had sorbet that tastes as good as gelato. the dark chocolate is rich, as are the fruity flavors, and pair really well with the more creamy gelatos like marshmallow biscoff. guava yogurt was another favorite.

This place is ridiculous. I really wanted to like this place, especially since the staff was super friendly. I came here last week. One of the girls even let me try several samples, which I appreciated a lot. But unfortunately, the cleanliness really threw me off. While I was ordering, I noticed small cockroaches around the counter area and there were quite a few flies inside the store. It made me uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene. Honestly, I’m giving it 2 stars only because of how nice the workers were, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless they seriously improve their cleanliness. ****Also, I think it’s very embarrassing that the owner uses his own account to write a review. I can easily search up the owner and see that the owner is also working with Veritas Aeropart and wrote a great review right after mine. Ridiculous.

The gelato was delicious, no complaints there! Unfortunately, the experience was soured by one of the employees — the younger guy working was very rude and dismissive. My friend and I asked simple questions and were completely ignored until his co-worker (who was lovely and polite) stepped in to help us. She’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Very nice shop , clean and very importantly dog friendly. So many people brought there dogs by when we were there and all good dogs got treats. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. You could get small samples if you needed help making your choice. The gelato was very good and the flavors were great. When even got a small free sample of the waffle that's available if you choose. If you're in the area definitely stop by and give them a try.

Friendly staff. Delicious gelato. My favorite combination is the ube and any cheesecake flavor. Ube is my go-to.

Many flavors to choose from where you can mix flavors or be true to the flavors you love.
