"7Gradi is a Kaka’ako dessert shop that’ll rewire the part of your brain that defines gelato. The velvety stuff coming out of this counter-service spot is almost impossibly smooth—it’s constantly being churned in futuristic domed machines before being smeared into a cup with a wave-like, swirly flourish.
