80/20, LLC

Great stuff. I have had several projects built with 80/20. I usually build with the 15 series but have had several 10 series projects. I like the smooth.

Directions good, overnight parking not available, restroom available, check-in at door 4, fast loading 👌

I’ve ordered from these guys several times now, all with custom cuts and most with additional machining. All have left their shop within one or two business days, all delivered to me two business. Packaging is awesome - multilayered cardboard with reinforced and well stapled ends for profiles, heavy duty tubes for long plastic items like panel stiffeners and slot fillers. They’ve been perfect - never missed a single part or even a screw, every cut and all machining has been exact, even on my oddball requests. I’ve read reviews from the past about long wait times - seems these could have been growing pains, as my recent experiences (all in 2024) are the polar opposite. They’re one the fastest, most accurate, and most consistent shops I’ve ever bought from. I just wish they had a place I could walk into, see everything first hand, and pickup connectors and other non-custom items.

Cool place to build anything your heart desires .. look online and check us out. Not just for factories or businesses .

Update: They have replied and put forth an effort after this review below with an email and answered my questions. Previous review: I asked multiple questions online a few months prior only to have a rep give a generic reply. I really wanted to get work done on an RV build out using their services. We had gone in person to speak with a representative, so that we can ask questions directly about their services. However, it turns out this is not for walk in customers.

Good in theory, terrible execution of ecommerce, customer support, and addressing problems with proper solutions. If you work with this product, you may run into problems across the board in delays, and major frustration with unhelpful staff, like I have. I believe they feel so overly confident in what products they create, that it causes them to be difficult to work with. Then when things DO go wrong, they won't make it right. I would recommend spending a few minutes finding alternatives so as to not later waste hours of your life.

I have purchased from them 4+ times. Good products each one. Sometimes I get them shipped, never had any issues. I've picked up at the factory twice and have always been treated well and accommodated.

Absolutely the worst online ordering experience I have had in the last 20 years. Over a month to cut six 36" sections and throw some bolts in a bag? It has been over a month and just keep getting told all sorts of excuses. 8020 just needs to close its doors.. Just today they post on social media: "Announcing!! 80/20 - Same Company. Same Commitment. More Momentum!" Ya'll are still stuck in reverse..
