I got the Taro Lavender Latte and it was delicious. My wife got some bakery goods and they were incredible. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The bathroom is nice and clean and well maintained (ask for the code at the counter for access). A must visit if you're around the area! A++

Very happy to see a branch of the excellent Asian (Taiwan origin) bakery/cafe in booming Southwest Las Vegas. Great bakery items all neatly packed and good coffee and smoothies too. Try the red bean and taro items. Prices reasonable. Service is helpful if needed. Plenty of parking and easy access off of Rainbow street. Seating area OK; it just opened but looks like they will have an outside seating area too. I am a Realtor in Las Vegas and this is a good place to stop by when showing homes.

UPDATE 12/15 - Grand opening weekend! FYI The sandwich options they show on the menu can actually be found in the bread area (items depend on what’s available that day). If you want it hot/ toasted, you pay for it at the cashier first and make sure to LET THEM KNOW you want it hot. They’ll then give you a receipt with a number when it’s ready and you can pick it up to the right where they make the drinks. Tip: If I want a drink, I’ll order it at the kiosk up front so by the time I’m done browsing and paying for my items, it’s ready. ——— They’re currently in their soft opening phase so it’s limited baked goods and ongoing employee training (meaning please be patient). They have 2 kiosks by the entrance so you have the option to order your drinks on them. Pretty large seating area to the right. The options they currently have are still pretty good. There’s plenty of parking & they accept tap to pay (Apple Pay).

The desserts and pastries are all good, there are some that are a bit plainer but I haven't found anything that tastes bad, even the Multigrain bread. Maybe the food tastes so good because the service is so nice. I've been there three times and I always have the nicest sweetest cashiers, everyone has such a friendly and patient vibe. Today my cashiers name was Michelle, I think, because that was the name on the receipt, she was so patient and explained the app and coupon to me so nicely, will definitely recommend this place for my friends!

I was so excited that 85°C Bakery Cafe finally opened near my home, but my experience was very disappointing. I bought some cakes, and when I got home, I realized they forgot to include one piece I ordered. After eating one, I had severe diarrhea, and after the second, I had terrible stomach pain. At first, I didn’t believe it was the cakes, so I ate the rest the next day, but the pain continued. My neighbor also bought the coconut pudding cake from this location. After eating two pieces, they noticed it tasted strange and threw it away, saying it wasn’t fresh. This raises serious concerns about the food quality and freshness at this location.

Google
Ordering was easy. Did it through the app. Ordered coffee ☕ there which gave me a reward for a $1 slice of cake (tiramisu classic). Hot medium sea salt coffee=$4.45 is pricey for me. Probably a good time that I went in the a.m. I went there only one other time, it was night near closing and they were extremely low on their offerings.

Google
SCAM. Misleading ad for 50% off of all cocoa products. I paid $70 for my tray of baked goods thinking all of the chocolate products would be 50% off as advertised inside, on the app, and website. I spoke with the cashier afterwards and was told it only applies to a SINGULAR item. NO WHERE in the ad does it state that the deal is for 1 item only. I’m not sure if it’s a location based issue with shady managers/franchisees or if this is how 85c as a whole conducts business but I feel ripped off. I would not have driven across town if I would have known. Contacted corporate and currently waiting on an answer. Ordered boba in my drink as well (paid extra) and didn’t get it. I came back in and kindly asked for the boba I paid for and she did not seem happy. At no point was I any less than respectful or understanding. Definitely won’t be back any time soon.

Yelp
Great breads and sweet treats! Reasonably priced! Great and vast selection. I'm hooked! I was like a kid in a candy shop! I was excited for some sweet breads from 85° on my side of town because I've been to the one in Chinatown a while ago. I always loved their huge selection and prices. I ordered: *Favorite: Hokkaido Custard Bun: 5/5. It was so good, sweet, and the bread so so soft *Runner ups: Milk Pudding, Sugared Cream Cheese Brioche, 4/5. These were all good and the bread was soft. *Won't get again: Red Bean Bread. Not much flavor. I wished it was sweeter The store was very nice, spacious, organized, and clean. They also had drinks, bobas, milk teas, and food. My entire order was only $8! I will definitely be back. Will tell all my friends!

Yelp
I remembered the very first 85C in American that opened -- at Diamond Jamboree plaza in Irvine, CA. It was such a big deal, and there was almost always a line throughout that first year of opening. That was ages ago. I used to live around there. Now there is practically an 85C everywhere, including this spot which is relatively close to my current place of residence. I drove by when they had their official grand opening and there was a long line that wrapped around the plaza, all for... what a free t-shirt? That was funny. I've showed up on several occasions for the occasional pastry or drink. Speaking of drinks, I do like how they have a couple of screen kiosks at the front where you can make a quick order and not have to wait in line behind people and their trays of fresh bread. Also their drinks are more reasonably priced at around $5, because nowadays every drink shop charges at least $7 and up.

Yelp
Not the best, but certainly not the worst 85 degrees location I've visited. I will say that the store itself is the biggest one I've visited to date. With ample seating and clean bathrooms, this location is great to enjoy their tasty treats. Unfortunately, the time I visited was about 7pm, so many of my favorite baked goodies were sold out, including the Matcha Cocoa bun. Everything was nearly sold out. However the items still left were very fresh. I ordered a Sea Salt Caramel iced coffee. It was good and tasty with enough sweet cream to make a girl happy! I also had a coupon via the app that got me a cheesecake for only $1 with a purchase of a coffee. Good deal if you ask me! Although it was late, it still had a lot of customers. I only noticed 2 workers, so they seemed busy. Aside from that, I have no complaints!

Yelp
Thank you, 85°C Bakery Cafe - Enterprise for bringing a location to us in Southwest Las Vegas. Order by kiosk or grab a tray and peruse their fresh baked items. Beverages are available as well. The wife enjoyed her iced sea salt coffee 5/5. Plenty of seating inside and who doesn't love the smell of a bakery while enjoying their treats. Have been here multiple times since they opened and have enjoyed the following items: Garlic cheese bread 4/5, jalapeno cream cheese roll 5/5, cheese dog 5/5, bacon and cheese roll 5/5, coconut twist 5/5, egg tarts 5/5, Tiramisu cheesecake slice 5/5. If your item is not on the shelf, check with the counter to see if they are being made fresh. Can't wait to come back and try some of the other items. The service provided by Emily, Jen and Melody was helpful and friendly. Tip: Download the Rewards app so you can earn FREE items. Including Iced or hot coffee and baked goods.

Yelp
Visited the newest 85 Degrees bakery the day before the new year! And oh boy was that an error on our part LOL! They had limited hours New Year's Eve and were closing at 4 pm! We got there just after 1 pm and WOW almost nothing left! Cleaned nearly straight out with no pastry refills coming according to the bakery staff! LUCKILY, super lucky actually, we were there to try some of 85 Degrees new hot sandwiches on their menu. They had the very last 2 Tuna Sandwiches left in the fridge case! Stay away, MINE! LOL We managed to pick up nearly a dozen other pastry treats left on the shelves (including one of my faves the Spicy Sausage) right before a small crowd came after us and basically purchased whatever was left on the trays. By the time we made our purchase and left the trays were about 95% empty! They did have cakes and cakes slices left though. Oh, and lots of hot & cold drinks from the cafe side! That Sea Salt Caramel Coffee is heavenly! And I do enjoy me a Frozen Marble Taro from time to time! My visit to 85 Degrees isn't complete without leaving with a box full of savory & sweet treats! And YES......I need it all in that box HA!

Yelp
This branch is definitely bigger than the one on Chinatown. They have a few tables you can use to enjoy your bread/pastry and drink. The place looks clean. They also have a little self checkout station if you don't feel like talking to people that day. We went here on a Saturday around 5:30 PM and there were not a lot of options left so we came back the next morning and had wayyyy more bread to choose from. There were also more customers on a Sunday morning so the line was a bit longer. The staff were friendly enough. They didn't do anything bad but we've had better service before. Pricing is very reasonable. It's cheaper than other asian bakeries we've tried. We enjoyed all the bread we bought. We're definitely coming back for more esp their custard breads.
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
10/10 recommend! There was so much to choose from. We tried a variety of pastries along with a latte and vanilla Chai. I had a lavender latte that unfortunately was not a coffee latte and i wasn't aware before i ordered. I was highly impressed when the barista offered an espresso shot for free though i fully intended on paying for it. All of the staff were wonderful before then, but even more so after. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Being a huge fan of 85°C Bakery Cafe I was very excited to learn that a third location was to open and this time in the Southwest Las Vegas area. Today, I finally had the opportunity to visit and sadly, it wasn't the 85 Degree experience I remember. This location is a smaller store and unfortunately was lacking many of the standard "fan favorites". I arrived at 5pm (which is 3 hours before their closing time) on a Tuesday to find much of the baked goods shelves bare. I was able to find one berry tale and one chocolate crossaint. When I inquired at checkout if it is always this bare I was informed that they stop baking at noon and today may have been busy. Given that this is a smaller location and that it recently opened and may still be working out a bit of kinks, I'll visit again and hope that today was a one off and that they'll have more of their staple treats next time (like custard buns). Side note, parking is a bit difficult and not many spaces. But, happy to have another 85°C Bakery Cafe in the Vegas Valley.
google avatar

Laurent L.

Yelp
Yay! The Southwest got an 85 degrees bakery! This location is so spacious. Bread and drinks are typical good 85 fare. Lots of variety and very fresh. Good service. Clean establishment. Hope they stay.
google avatar

Mae T.

Yelp
There is now an 85C in the SW! The inside is a little smaller than the one in Chinatown. There is a separate side with seating and also a kiosk available for ordering. Went later in the afternoon and there was still a good selection available. Ordered Ube Bread, Salted Butter, Ham & Cheese, Spicy Sausage & Sugar Cream Cheese. Each one ranged from $2.30-$2.95. There was a long line and only one cashier at the time but it moved quickly. Everything was good (usually warm up before eating) My favorite was the Ube Bread!
google avatar

Lynna N.

Yelp
We entered around 4pm and there were barely anything left but the items we got were delicious! The cheesecake bites were creamy and tasty, you think you want to share them, but trust me, you won't! We ate the jalapeño cheese bread the next day, retoasted it in an airfryer. We had no clue there would be Cream cheese in the middle, it was a nice surprise and the jalapeño were actually spicy, which we loved! Definitely going to try to come back earlier in the day so we can try to get some savory, meaty items.

Yelp
Located in Chinatown in a VERY busy plaza. Parking is tough on the weekend. I went in on a friday and took me awhile to get a spot. However, if youre looking for sweet breads this is the place to go. I went about 1 hr to closing so there were not many options left over. I got cream puffs and the milky cream bread which was very delightful. Not overly sweet, nice texture, and is very reasonably priced. I think it was around $3-4 each. They also had some seating inside which was convenient if you wanted to stay and eat!
google avatar

Liv P.

Yelp
I was eagerly waiting for this store to open ever since I found it was being built at this location. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Chinatown and it's not far from my work. Since they have opened my family and I have been going here frequently because we are obsessed with the salted butter bread. This is a must try if you haven't been here yet. Other notable pastries are: hame and cheese, sweet butter wreath, egg custard tart and the coffee bun. For drinks my kids like the milk tea with boba and I typically get the sea salt coffee. Sometimes the drinks may take a while so I usually order at the kiosk by the door separately and then get my yummy baked goods. Staff is great at keeping the shelves full but the best time to go is in the morning when it's fresh and most of the pastries are out. Take advantage of their rewards and download the app, they have pretty good offers from time to time. Enjoy!
google avatar

Annika R.

Yelp
So glad to have 85° in the SW area! If you're looking to come first thing when they open, their pastries options are limited. I was hoping they would have their mango custard bun or any of their mango pastries but the worker said none were available. I believe she said around 10am was when they would have more of their pastries ready. When you enter, they have an electronic kiosk where you can place drink orders so you don't have to wait in line. There's the bakery area then a seating area. I don't quite remember the names of each pastry but when we did come around 8am, they had their taro marble bun, a cheese and jalapeño pastry, the hot dog wrapped one with cheese and a few chocolate pastry options and others. They also had their ready-to-go sandwiches like pesto chicken and tuna. I was able to snag a full soufflé cheesecake as well. The wait for the drinks wasn't too bad and there was a lot of us waiting. Overall, workers were nice, it was clean inside and a good amount of seats available. I just hope in the future there are more pastries available during opening time.
google avatar

Weelowie K.

Yelp
I went at 11am and there were plenty of options. There were no lines at the moment. There's a sitting area and 2 self order/pay kiosk.
google avatar

Chelsie R.

Yelp
Very happy that they opened a location on the SW side. Everything is baked fresh daily. This location is bigger than it looks outside and this location serves hot sandwiches. Service was ok. They could be a bit more welcoming but hopefully it was just one of those days.
google avatar

Coco C.

Yelp
I love that 85°C opened near our home--their taro bread is amazing! However, the bread selection is often limited, even at different times of the day. Other locations seem to have more variety. Also, the cashier is usually the only one handling payments, even when there's a long line. Hope they can improve these issues!
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
We got an 85 Degrees now! It was surprisingly kind of slow. Which is good for us. Quick in and out. Looks just like all the other ones we've been to, with a big sitting area. Not much else to say. If you don't already know 85 Degrees. You should!
google avatar

Tiffany J.

Yelp
My fav bakery for snacks! Delicious and fresh, great prices. Unfortunately, can't give full 5 stars as they don't take Amex. I was hoping this is a place I could go for all of my business needs (meals and snacks for doc offices, hospitals, etc), but my company card is an Amex. Darn! This place is good though, and would've been convenient if they could take my payment. Even 3 of my personal cards are Amex, oh well!
google avatar

Wei C.

Yelp
Great bakery! Thank goodness they opened up one in South West! I don't have to go to Shanghai Plaza to buy their stuff anymore. Chocolate chip cookies are great, chocolate chip muffins are also very good, strawberry cake is light, delicious and not too sweet... Their coffee is also very good! Services are always efficient. The interior is clean and you can enjoy food inside as well! Highly recommended!
google avatar

Jeff P.

Yelp
I now remember why we hardly went to 85° back in Cali. Their pastries/baked goods are mediocre at best. Had their chocolate mousse cake, tiramisu, and mango creme brulee. What a disappointment, all of these were lacking flavor. This place is overrated. There are way better bakeries around town to go to instead. Support local than this overhyped chain.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
Chinese bakery in the southwest! We usually have to travel to Spring Mountain for our pastries but now we have a local option. The pastries here are fresh and tasty! The service is what you normally see in an Asian bakery so don't expect to be waited on. The place is clean and new inside. The only downside is that the dumpsters outside the door stink like hell. Really ruins your appetite when you walk into a wall of stench after leaving the sweet smells of the baked goods.
google avatar

Yelp
Love that there is a location outside of Chinatown now. This location is not as busy which I appreciate since I don't have to wait in line as long. There also seems to be more quantity of baked goods, although I'm not sure if it's just because I was there early in the morning. The dining area seems clean and service is fast and friendly.
google avatar

Elena C.

Yelp
No complaints so far. This is like any other 85°C Bakery Cafe that I am used to, I like how this newly opened location is in the Southwest area. I would only come here for the pastries, as the drinks are pretty mid. If I cared to get a drink again, I'd get the Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea, it was decently good. Fast service. They don't ask for tip at the register. Plenty of seating. Only remark was I wish there was a friendlier ambiance at the seating area, it can be a little grim.

Shruti D.

Yelp
I love this Bakery but we asked for a classic Tiramisu but they gave us a cheese cake. It was our first time in this location. I thought I was gonna get a the cake below. I even took a pic to remember the name. I didn't double check until I went home cause I knew I asked for the right thing. The cheese cake wasn't bad but it's not what I wanted. Can someone give the name of the correct cake cause it's definitely not classic tiramisu

Yelp
I used to love 85 and I was super thrilled this opened in the Southwest! But some of my favorites from other locations like the cheesecakes and berrytales taste SOOOOOOO eggy, in a bad way.

Yelp
Drinks are delicious. Service is fast. Prices are great and tips are not required when using card. Tables and seating areas need to be cleaned more regularly though. You'll have to ask the staff to clean the seats and tables as it doesn't seem like there's someone dedicated to the task.

Louie C.

Yelp
Your cakes are disgusting and old, the fruits on the top are rotten. It's not safe to eat! If the fruits on the cake are looking this horrible sitting inside a fridge, it must have been sitting there for at least 10 days.
google avatar

Suzanne Y.

Yelp
Store is very nice and workers are very friendly. We came in for their grand opening. They advertised a free drink for the first 100 customers. When we got to the register to pay, we were told we get only get one free drink coupon per purchase and it's for another time. There are two of us and per the ad it should be a free drink per customer. False advertisement on grand opening :(
google avatar

Yelp
Our new favorite place to go for pastries! Amazing variety of pastries and drinks, and the decor and set- up was beautifully done; the place is newly constructed, bright, clean and large. With a section for pastries, an organized purchase line and a place to sit and enjoy your coffee or tea. We happened to drive by after our Walgreens visit and it's right in the parking lot next door to Walgreens pharmacy drive thru, off of Robindale and Rainbow. We were there for their grand opening and bought their custard tarts, mochi tarts and chocolate chip cookies. We were given a coffee mug for spending $25. Everything was delicious, and staff were very friendly. Can't wait to go back to try their hot sandwiches. I feel prices were fair. This is a must try new place in the southwest area!

Yelp
was excited for this new location but honestly not like how it's run and managed. got a vietnamese coffee and it was literally all ice. asked if they can do anything about it and they told me tough luck. they also ran a deceiving opening promotion where the first 100 people get a free drink. when we get to the counter it's a voucher for the next day and didn't give us one each in our party. didn't say any purchase was necessary. too bad like the place but i'd skip this location if i were you. you think opening a new location they would be happy and hospitable but looks like they are already squeezing people, not a good outlook long term if that's how they treat customers

Emilia I.

Yelp
Best place so far , love the fresh baked goods... Keep the low prices and will be there

Yelp
Sad place. Its Saturday and they're supposed to close at 9pm, its 6pm and they have nothing on the shelves. EMPTY.

Steven E.

Yelp
Slow inattentive and dirty. Dirty trays, dirty tables, dirty floor. Staff couldn't be bothered to pay attention, acknowledge quests or the dirty conditions all over the place.
google avatar

Kimberly S.

Yelp
This location is in a soft opening. Their website says that they are open 9a-6p. The store window says 9a until they sell out. In going by 2x's now, it seems to be 9a until whenever they feel like they are done. Both times, I could see items still on the shelf, but they were closed due to being "sold out". I'm not sure what to make of this location, but it is a soft opening. Being that this isn't exactly around the corner, I don't think I would go back. Maybe I'll skip here and keep going to the ones in CA when I visit or see if I have better luck in Henderson.

Marilyn D.

Yelp
I really like their different pastries, everything else is just so good, coffee and different drinks. My favorite thing is the Hawaiian chicken bread. 3$ with chicken and pineapple bits. Soo yummy! Ube and taro bread, spicy hotdog , etc Staff are very friendly and nice. Ambiance is very good too. Very organized and clean. I go to the one that just opened recently on Rainbow. You guys should check it out if you're looking for good stuff.

Danny Y.

Yelp
First time I visit this store, bought 3 buns and a piece of cake. At home when I start to eat these pastries, I was so mad because they're all OLD! One of the bun, the cream inside was all dried up! ( at least 2 to 3 days old)! I will never go back to any 85 degree stores. I used to own restaurants. Any item I don't think is good enough for myself I will never serve my customers! I hope this store owner can follow this simple ' care for customers' rule!
google avatar

Lana A.

Yelp
The service is mediocre, but the cleanliness and the pastries were already SO good!! New favorite pastry, jalapeño cream cheese bread and berry cheesecake. Will come back, I hope service staff will be more welcoming and friendly next time.

after having paid visits to the actual locations in taiwan - this (usa) location could be better and more product like their taiwanese counterparts... they are heavily into pushing the company app by selling bubba tea with 50% off 2nd drink... big deal just to get my personal info... not cheap by any means but most pastries are good... by no means is it as good as in taiwan but - acceptable ... would have 4 stars if the app was not the main focus of the sale... parking is so tight - complex they are in is tiny... better planning could have been made... better location could have been found... better luck next time - hopefully... the location: 7625 south rainbow ste 104, las vegas

Yelp
Been going to 85 degree bakeries for years. This one is the worst managed. They close arbitrarily before their stated business hours. You will waste your time driving to this location because you won't know if they are open or closed. Service workers here happen to be incredibly rude too.

Yelp
Glad you're in the neighborhood for convenience and great baked goods and teas. Forget going to Asian town now that you're nearby. Thank you!
