Best pizza in town right now. My wife and I go hard on pizza. Name a pizza place in town and we have over-eaten there. 900 degrees is the tip top among them all. The owners are nice/normal people who work hard to put out quality food with a quickness. The beer at New Origin is great as well but, beware, if you are getting pizza to go, you won’t have time to finish a beer before your pizza is ready.

It's just damn good pizza. Great location at an amazing brewery. The pizza is ready in minutes, so it's perfect to order before a beer, or between beers. Pizza was excellent. Thin and crispy crust, with just the right amount of toppings.

You can find 900 Degreez Pizza parked in the fenced-in parking lot of New Origin Brewery. It is a huge bus built out as a pizza shop. We have had their pizza twice now and both times we were blown away. The Plain Jane (cheese pizza) is a good way to taste the prime ingredients, while they do have other specialty pies with more ingredients. And it seems both times they had a limited time special pie for the evening. We got to try the Hot Honey Ham pie and it was soooo good. We highly recommend 900 Degreez Pizza and can't wait to go back. And grab a beer from New Origin while you wait!

Y'all know I love a good pizza so I was excited to try 900 Degreez when we stopped by New Origin. Their set up was one of the most unique pizza set ups I've ever seen and their flavor combos were a mix of classic and funky. The dough was airy, the crust was the kind you wanted to eat every bite of and the owners were incredibly kind. Absolutely recommend trying them out soon!

Cute food truck with pricey but delicious pizzas absolutely worth it. If there's no line the turn around for a pizza is about 4-5 min. I loved the Hercules. The owners are friendly and easy to chat with. I wasn't in the mood for dessert but they regularly have basque cheesecake which is the best cheesecake imo so maybe next time.

Wonderful pizza!! So yummy! Much the other reviews, I love the crust. Very tasty and so glad we opted for this for dinner. The owners are so nice and the pizza was delicious. Just enough for 2 hangry adults to devour!

I got the Hercules and my husband got the Plain Jane (cheese). The crust was so light! I usually don't finish my crust because I don't care for the crunchiness of it usually. But this was more like the rest of the pizza, edible haha. It was very good, the only little complaint I had with it was that some places on the bottom/crust of the pizzas were kinda burnt (900° is no joke lol). We ate around it, and we're eager to come back to this place to try out more things on their menu :)

Stopped by New Origin Brewery during our family vacation in Asheville, and were excited to discover a pizza truck out front. We ordered a basic half pep, half cheese and let me tell you... my wife and I agreed this was the BEST pie we've had in quite some time. Quality toppings, and the dough was just out of this world! Not only was the pizza phenomenal, but the owner, Drew, was very personable. He offered his kids' toys (sitting behind the truck) to my 5 year old son to play with while we were there, and made it a point to come to the window and say goodbye when we were on our way out. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience made our day and was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks, Drew!

The pizza is amazing!!! Like other reviewers have said the crust is so fluffy and lite! It's a food truck and it's next to a brewery. So you can get some amazing pizza, walk next door and grab a drink and a table. The owners are so warm, kind, and friendly. So if you want amazing food with a chill relaxing atmosphere, this is a must!

If you haven't tried it, try it. It's the best pizza I've ever had and the owner is such a nice person. It's so good I can't explain it. I live in Charlotte now but man, nothing tops this pizza I 100% recommend it.

I think this is the best pizza crust in Asheville. After baking for about a minute, it comes out of the oven light and airy with a little char and it's still substantial enough to be somewhat chewy. Head and shoulders above other pizza joints. Pro tip: eat it when it is still hot to get the full experience. Good quality toppings as well with some creative specials. Also a bonus to see a food truck staff that is mindful of their sanitation grade. Bravo!

Pizza is 11 out of 10. Owners was very condescending to my grandmother and she was trying to order. He kept on telling us that all pizzas are unmodifiable. Super rude won't be coming back here anymore. Once he figures out that putting pepperoni on any pizza is a modifier. And I most pizza places can do that. He will understand. Parking is on gravel. Very nice brew just 20 feet from this place. I recommend having a few beers before ordering a pizza. The owner might just be annoyed of all the drunks that order and that is why he was harsh on my grandmother. She doesn't even drink. Her dad died of alcoholism and her mother died of lung cancer. So she never touched cigarettes, occasionally has a glass of wine throughout the week. So no reason to think we didn't know how to order, no reason to be rude and tell us you can't put pepperoni as a add on. We pay 20 dollars for a 13 inch pizza. Plus tip well except that day and comes out to be around 30 bucks for both of us for 1 pizza. I don't care if I can't put pepperoni as a modifier. Charge me extra since I'm paying almost $30 for one pizza. He told me that before opening this business he worked at Ingles. Just tells you where he's from.

Some of the lightest and tastiest neapolitan style pizza in be ever had. Highly recommended. The owner and chef Drew is also great!

One of the rotating food trucks by the Carly building in Research Park is 900 degrees. I came here for lunch after my wife saw them in the parking lot. Walking up to the truck I wasn't sure what to expect. The entire side of the truck is windows so you can see inside while they make your pizza which I thought was cool. The menu is somewhat limited but what was there seemed like solid options. Out of the four available I chose Hercules. Garlic, spinach, mozzarella all combined for a delicious pizza that came out in about 5 minutes. It was so great I almost ate the whole thing before getting back to the office. Don't get me wrong though, the quantity is plenty to share or have leftovers. 900 degrees, I will be back!

Was just at New Origins Brewing and had the Hercules Pizza from 900 Degreez. For $2 more we got extra cheese. Truly, one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Perfect amount of char....perfect balance of flavors. And you can't beat the charm of Mrs. 900......fabulous customer service. We will definitely be back again and again. Our dining companions had the Carnivore and the Pepperoni and they loved them as well. What a great new treasure for our Kenilworth neighborhood.

Stationed in the parking lot of New Origin Brewery, you will find really delicious pizza. The owner (?) greeted us, introduced himself and told us a little abt the pizza. Not a huge menu but four or so everyday pizzas and two specials. Today one was a marguerite and the other a sauceless pizza w garlic, thinly sliced apple and an artisan bacon. It was very tasty and a nice accompaniment to the beers at New Origin.

Very cool food truck run by a very experienced chef and his wife that moved to Asheville so they could slow down and spend more time with their 3 year old son The pizza is cooked, as you can guess, at 900 degrees so it's ready to eat in no time. They've got a great lot with picnic benches so you can sit back enjoy the weather and awesome pie. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I came for 900 degree pizza and got lukewarm dough. Not sure if it was not cooked long enough or if the oven only made it to 450 degrees. The truck looks nice though and I enjoyed the concept. Just not good execution on the finished product.

Awesome looking Pizza Food Truck. I have seen many food trucks, but this was the most awesome truck I've ever seen. Pizza was very good, thin crispy crust with a very good taste, at a fair price. The service was very fast and friendly and they were very busy. If you see this amazing truck at an event give them a try.

Amazing Food Truck Friday at Addition Financial in Lake Mary! The pizza was SO delicious, soft on the inside and some crunch on the outside. I got the Hercules which did not disappoint. It could have used a touch more balsamic but over all an amazing pizza! The extremely unique truck design pared with extremely friendly cashier and cook made for an awesome experience. I can't wait until they come back in the future!

The Orlando Food Truck industry has become saturated. Trucks are realizing that they need to stand out to be desired. Most are your run-of-the-mill trucks and trailers. Melissa's Chicken and Waffles is impressive; it's got the feel of a tour bus from The Rockin' Chicken and Waffle World Tour of '97. Caro-Bama's got their awesome smoker that infuses a 500 foot radius with BBQ goodness. But no trucks have made me stop in my tracks with my jaw dropped. Well, that all changed when I approached 900 Degreez Pizza. Ho. Ly. Shhhh. It was like being back at Disney World as a kid. That truck is a marvel of engineering, and will probably be featured on the History Channel in 50 years (assuming it hasn't become The Alien Ghost Hunter Network by then). Others reviewers have described it, but apparently it was made from a gigantic shipping container. It's hard to tell because it was gutted almost entirely to be a Pizza Making Haven. The large ovens are kept right onboard, and the awesomeness is all visible through glass panels. The order-takers even use little stairs in the middle of the truck that make the whole thing look like an entrance to some kind of Exclusive Mobile VIP Pizza Lounge. So, the truck's visual awe out of the way, how was the pizza? Well, it's good. I'd compare it to Mellow Mushroom in pizza type/quality. They usually have 4-5 selections to choose from, including some with red base and some with white base. The personal pan pizzas are very filling. The crust is a bit thicker than I like, but that's a stylistic preference more than a complaint. I've had them a couple times, and I really wish they would come back to Research Park near where I work. They came out there a couple times, but no more. I miss this truck. Maybe it's a "5" and I just don't remember. My memory needs refreshing, guys =).

The Hercules. Everything I could want in a perfect pizza. Brick oven, thin crust, spinach, cheese, garlic, balsamic. Perfection. It also smells amazing. I would have to say it's one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Worth the price, quick service, great quality, and the staff is super friendly. So damn good.

The 900 Degreez Pizza food truck has really raised the bar for food truck design. I just saw it for the first time at one of the Orlando Food Truck Bazaars and it really stands out. It is a huge truck made from a shipping container. The passenger side has been replaced with glass panels that let you see the action going on inside. There's an impressive pizza oven at the back of the truck and you can see the pizzas being made. There was a pretty long line for this truck at the event I attended. Pizza was taking long enough that we were able to walk around a bit after ordering, returned to the truck, and still had to wait a bit longer. The pepperoni pizza was a bit greasy, but that's to be expected, just be sure to grab some extra napkins. The serving was big enough to share. It was pretty good pizza. This is definitely one of the more kid-friendly food options at the food trucks. The menu was a bit limited: cheese, pepperoni, and two different white pizzas. We all agreed that next time we would try one of the white pizzas.

This is probably one of the nicest food trucks I have ever seen. It looks like a little mini restaurant on wheels, fully equipped with a brick oven inside and all. I got a pizza that comes without sauce so it is like a white Bianca pizza drizzled with vinegarette. The pizza was absolutely amazing and enough for two people. I am not sure where else this food truck goes but they did say they are at all the food truck bazaar is across Central Florida. Highly recommend it if you want a great lunch and great service. The bonus is that my pizza was made in under three minutes!

I love 900 Degreez Pizza. I go to get a pizza almost every time they are in my area. I love some of the specials that they have. They do come and go, so be sure to get it when you can. My favorite so far is the Mr. Al Fredo. It has roasted chicken, spinach, garlic and alfredo sauce. My normal go to is plain cheese or cheese and pepperoni. It is cooked right there and done in a couple of minutes. The oven they use makes for a crisp crust and a pizza cooked to perfection. The staff is nice and helpful. They are able to get the order placed in a timely manner and then give you instructions on how to get it home, so that it still has the best possible taste. I am so glad that I gave them a try when they were at Wine Art Wednesday in Lake Mary. Since then, they have been in the Sanford area a lot, which is perfect for me, since it is right down the road. Their slogan, "Best lie, no lie," has it completely right. I would recommend giving them a try the next time they are in your area. The best way to follow them is on Facebook and they post normally by early afternoon where they will be that day as well as the special.

I have seen this food truck in Windermere a few months ago. Tried it tonight. I think I can say this is the best pizza I ever had (and I went to Italy several times). The dough is perfect, cooked in the oven. I had the Hercules (minced garlic, feta, mozza, spinach, cherry tomatoes): amazing. I'll check regularly now when they are around as I want to take my friends to try it too!

Although their truck is beautiful and their pizza is delicious, 900Degreez lacks professionalism. Referrals are key to a business' success and It's unfortunate how they treat their customers.

5 stars for a tasty, fast, and fun pizza truck with a lot of style! They offer different pizzas with every visit, but my fav is the Aloha, a ham and pineapple delicious surprise!

Double Pepperoni set me back by $14+change The pie was roughly 10" in diameter Crust was very flimsy and ashy There wasn't very much sauce (my favorite part of pizza) There could have been slightly more pepperoni I would say this would be okay if it was half the price, but after tip I ended up paying $17 for a less than stellar pizza when better stuff is 5 minutes away. You are better off going to Blaze or even Papa Johns as at least you have more customization options than just Plain Jane or Buffalo Chicken. I probably will skip if I see this truck again and the prices are still the same, but I'm open to giving second chances -After enough time passes and lessons are learned...

I admit - we have been stalking them. Saw the truck at an event but didn't order that time - regretted it and kept checking each time they were to come back, a truck breakdown and rain delays made our wait into months - but finally at the Becon lighting ceremony nothing would stop us from success. We ordered 3 pizzas! One had no meat, cherry tomato's and basil with balsamic drizzle , one pepperoni, and one meat lovers for my husband who does not like cherry tomato or basil and always has to have meat on his pizza.... All three pizza's were amazing - and guess which one my husband absolutely went crazy for - yup the first one with tomato and basil. So don't be afraid to go out of your comfort zone. Everything was amazing. The crust was thin yet soft and fluffy. Reheated the next day really well too, for the few pieces I could steal from my husband. Nice medium size pizza We can't wait for them to come back!

Cannot not be drawn initially to the truck with its all glass sides and the oven itself. This was our second attempt as the first one was successful. Our only complaint was it wasn't crisp enough. So this time we asked for well done and we were forewarned that there's a very thin fine line with level of done in a 900 degree oven. The result was a slight tingeing around the crust which didnt detract from the taste but unfortunately didn't help the crispness. It was more doughy this time too. The taste of the topside was good but without the crispness we will most likely pass next time it comes around but I still love their truck.

Great artesian pizza dough as advertised but mediocre with everything else that goes on top.

The pie is just ok. Not great, not bad, just average. For the price you get a smedium pie with very thin crust and average toppings. I would eat there again if it was at a festival or out and ended up there but wouldn't have to go there again.

I had the pleasure of hiring this food truck for my companies employee appreciation luncheon. The pizzas were fresh and perfectly made. I am still getting comments on how good it was.

I have been waiting for this Truck to come around my area for the last 6 months after hearing great things. I was a bit disappoited to say the least. Positives: Visually very cool looking truck. Definately stands out of the crowd. Negatives: Does not have great personal service. Food Trucks are supposed to be a fun time. Was not that fun with them Price was a little high for the quality. Pizza is good but not great. Definitely have had much better. Absolutley no to go orders. Can not accommodate a to go Pizza. When I asked they couldn't care less about helping me out. I asked for just a Bag even and they said "sorry nope next order." They said they used to do boxes but it cost to much. a pizza of the size they serve cotsed less than $2 to make. the Pizza costs you$9-$13(with a drink). I understand operating costs but to not even have a togo option is aweful. They also must have raised their drinks as well by a dollar from the picture below because it was $2 not $1. I think they are starting to lose money because they seem to be a bit on the high side for food trucks. I don't mind that if you are really good but sadly they were not. I had people that have been waiting to try it who could not make it and I could not even bring them a pizza home. I only was able to get 2 pizzas because i had to hold them while I drove home. About 5 minutes away. Service was not good- Was not acurate on time of food. was told 5 mins. more like 15 min. not a big deal but several people were very frustrated with the time. I would rather have them say its very busy so it will take a little extra time. I was waiting so long for 900 Degreez to come close to me and before I got my Pizza I was already very disappointed because of their service attitude. Came across as very arrogant and careless. Their Pizza is not that good for that attitude. People making the Pizzas were working hard but again seemed to have very little passion for serving and experience. There were a ton of Empty sorrys by the girl out front. I asked for an extra cardboard plate and she said no they only have enough for the pizzas they brought. The guy next to me asked and she gave him one and then told me that's the only one they would give out. Almost as if mocking me. At that point I wanted to tell them to give me my money back and go to another truck. But I promised my girlfriend I would bring one home for her so I was careful holding a really hot pizza in my lap while I drove home. Overall I was very disappointed in this truck. The Hype was definatley not near the actual experience. I would not go out of my way again just to try the truck.

The weather and my schedule finally aligned so I could try 900 Degreez. Well worth the wait and anticipation. Awesome food, great people and the truck is amazing - entertainment during the very short wait. If you like pizza go here!
