A Ming Zhu Xing (Baoan Road)

"Don’t be surprised if you see a queue even before this shop’s opening at 5pm – after all, its cellophane noodle soup with pork offal is one of the must-try Tainan delicacies for many travellers. Chef A Ming still cooks the offal like his father did almost 70 years ago – in a bain-marie to prevent overcooking. As well as the signature pork heart soup, try pork ribs or duck feet and wings braised in a garlicky herbal stock." - Michelin Inspector

Out of expectations freshness and well handling of pork innards. Garlic mince pork throttle & pig liver is a must order in my opinion.

A must go place if you love pig heart and kidneys. If you never tried before, please try it here I guarantee you will fall in love with it. The heart and the kidney is just so tender and tasty to the point that 2 min after I left the joint I felt the need to return already. Definitely worth a try if you are in Tainan and happened to be during their opening hour (they open late)

The best 豬心 豬肝 you can get in Taiwan. The overall taste is so good, the line up is worth it! 阿明 is also super nice and try to remember all your order! Just come in line up and eat!

Waited awhile to be seated. But worth waiting. The grass noodle is superb. The soup is the best part, clear soup but very delicious. Highly recommend to try the prok rib noodle.

A typical hole-in-the-wall. Went there due to the high rating. However I could not figure out why it is so popular for the locals. It tastes not bad, but certainly not worthy visiting intentionally. The kidney is tender, but tasteless. The pig heart and liver are more flavorable. From queueing, ordering, to ready for eat, 10 staff this greasy spoon in a very effective way. well done.

Pig Heart is nice! The liver is very good too but the mix version with soup is not nice. The queue is exceptionally Long which is very horrible since there is only a few tables. Suggest that you come earlier to queue first. This place is not for you to linger - eat and move on. Wear light clothes!

A small vendor located in downtown Tainan, surrounded by various traditional local street foods Hot waiting line among open hours, went there twice during my trip, both at around 12am but still waited for around 15-20 mins for takeaway Love the pig heart soup very much, pig heart is cooked chewy without strong gamey smells. Soup itself is full of flavor and delicious, not too oily. However sizes are relatively tiny compared to its price Cash only, recommended for traditional street food lovers

Waited 30 min. in line as this is a very popular place. The ingredients tasted fresh, but the style of cooking was not to my liking unfortunately.
