Zero-Proof Bottle Shop and Cocktail Bar Zilch Market Is Opening in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"While talking with Keyatta Mincey-Parker, owner and operator of A Sip of Paradise Garden, I heard skepticism about whether Atlantans will pay premium prices for drinks that don’t produce a buzz, but she supports the concept of a sober bar and thinks it could provide valuable opportunities for younger bartenders to learn to craft balanced, flavorful zero-proof cocktails in a less toxic environment." - Laura Scholz

Atlanta Chefs and Bartenders Reflect Back on the Positive Takeaways for the Restaurant Industry in 2020 - Eater Atlanta

"The best thing about this year was re-getting to know my kids and my husband. Being forced together was hard, but it was a chance to say, “So, why have I killed myself working like a nut case all these years?” It forced me to focus on my faith, my health, and my family. I definitely got to build my brand Pictures and Cocktails, as well and my nonprofit, A Sip of Paradise Garden, and my foundation, The Jim Project." - Lia Picard
