"In a perfect world, there would be A Taste of Heaven in every neighborhood. So far, the only progress on that front is in Andersonville, where this diner-esque, all-day cafe and bakery has lived for more than 25 years. They make everything from scones, cakes, cookies, and cupcakes to sandwiches and other large plates. Their cute outdoor patio is a great place for a brunch of red pepper and ham strata or pancakes topped with three-berry compote and lemon streusel crumbs.
