Unique burgers, sandwiches, small plates, hip digs

"For a place that does most of its business with people wearing Celtics jerseys, Bruins jerseys, and whatever little kids wear to Disney On Ice (Elsa jerseys?), the beef blend at A&B Burger across from the Garden is shockingly good. You have the option to upgrade to wagyu beef with any of the ten burgers on the menu, but you shouldn’t - the juicy, slightly salty standard blend is better. You can’t go wrong with the B Burger that comes with bacon and their own in-house sauce, but if you want something a little more interesting, go with the Sweet & Salty that’s topped with burrata and fig jam." - dan secatore

"A&B Burgers is closing both of its locations (Boston and Beverly) until June 1, according to a Facebook post from owner Thomas Holland, because an employee has tested positive." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

"Mentioned by local critics as one of the quality newcomers contributing to the area's culinary momentum, regarded as a solid choice for casual dining." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

"I liked A&B Burgers near North Station/TD Garden — a strong burger option in an area that is getting increasingly hot for dining." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
"If you're a restaurant and you put the word “burger” in your name, then you better actually make a good burger. A&B on Causeway Street does in fact make a very good burger, several of them, actually. You can expect a lot of more high-end ingredients than you get at a typical burger joint, like burrata, fig jam, and apples. The beef blend is excellent: juicy and perfectly cooked. Everything else on the menu is pretty standard bar food, though, and the atmosphere is a little sterile. Keep it in mind for when you’re heading to the Garden and want some decent food in addition to the normal pre-game beers." - Dan Secatore
