"Aanuko Coffee is an unexpectedly charming find in this industrial area. Though the cafe started as an in-house service for House of Aanuko clients, it’s been open to the public for the past six months. At any given hour, laptop workers needing an ube or matcha rose latte are camped at one of the rear tables, with a steady stream of people arriving at the bright warehouse space to receive low fade cuts, balayage coloring, or polished beard trim. The cafe now offers a variety of coffee drinks, including unique options like the ginger cookie latte and matcha yuzu lemonade. The entire space feels downright communal with fast Wi-Fi, an expansive rear patio, and a cozy lounge." - Mona Holmes

You pay for what you get. And it’s worth EVERY penny! The latte and strawberry matcha are exceptional. On our trip when went back twice it was so good. Will be sure to come back next time we’re in town.

Hip coffee shop and barbershop in the Arts District of Culver. I saw this place on Instagram and checked it out with a friend on a Saturday afternoon for a pick-me-up. The coffee shop is located in the back left corner. The outdoor patio was closed when we were there but there is some seating inside. Credit cards accepted. Metered street parking. I got the strawberry forest which came with a little decor and half a strawberry on a toothpick. The drink was well-mixed and just the right amount of sweet. The drink was about $10 so definitely on the pricier side, but it’s for the cool ambiance and aesthetics. They do have coffee and non-caffeinated drink options as well. Again, it’s a cool spot and if you need to get a haircut, it’s definitely not a bad place to get a drink as well.

Work in with interiors and appreciate a well decorated space. AANUKO nailed it. I went for a classic latte without sweetener. Beautifully made, fantastic roast. I’m happy I came in.

Expensive but delicious. Cute shop hidden in the back of a hipster barbershop. Great spot for working or hanging with friends. Keep an eye out for regular programming with local artists.

What’s with this place’s rating? Sarah made me an absolutely delicious cottage and the space is gorgeous. Do visit!

Google
$5.75 for a shot of espresso. That might actually be the most expensive shot in all of southern California outside of wine bars at Michelin restaurants It's a decent roast

At some point people need to stop frequenting shops that charge ridiculous prices and bring the business owners back to reality. $7 latte in the back of a Culver City barbershop. Come on.

The coffee cream latte is to die for! Definitely a must try!! Love the vibe and ambiance as well. #addicted

Yelp
This place is a little hard to find-just look for the barbershop entrance! The cafe is located in the back, offering a unique vibe I haven't seen elsewhere. Both drinks were $9.75. Strawberry Forest: A blend of strawberry milk and matcha, but the matcha flavor was quite subtle. It was quite milky and felt like the matcha, stored in a jar, may have oxidized and lost some treshness. Jazz Club: A solid choice, but it could use a creamier texture to elevate it. Overall, an interesting concept but room for improvement!

Catherine S.

Yelp
This place is hidden in a barber shop so you have to pay attention to the address when looking for this spot. It's located in the back and has a small couch space in the barber shop for seating. There's only street parking but it isn't too challenging in the area. The drinks here take a while to prepare so be prepared to wait a bit. I ordered an ube matcha latte and I think the ube foam and the matcha quality were both very good! The drink itself felt like a lot of ice because I do think I finished this drink a lot faster than I usually do. Their menu has so many different options and I bet their other matcha options are also really yum!

Steph H.

Yelp
I really dig this place. I've seen many a person walk in here deeply confused by walking into a barber shop. But don't fret, the coffee shop is all the way in the back. This building is insanely cool and the space they've created inside is unique and vibey for sure. Devin is one of the baristas there, and she's super friendly and positive. I always get the matcha ube drink and my husband gets the Spanish kiss. I love all the matcha options here. The drinks are in fact pricey but they are high quality and delicious. Great place to grab a drink and chill. Recommend!

Jessica Y.

Yelp
What a cool concept. You walk inside and the establishment is shared between multiple services. You've got a barber, portrait service and coffee shop all in one. The coffee shop was tucked in the back with an outdoor patio in the back. The interior was intricately decorated and had a lot of character/personality. We got the coffee cream latte and the quality was amazing. The coffee was rich, bitter and the cream was light and creamy. The matcha was also the perfect balance of bitterness and creaminess as well without being grainy. Unfortunately even though the drinks were hits we will not be returning solely because of the price alone. $9.75 for a coffee/matcha is way too much even for the LA area. Unfortunate with how lovely this place is. NOTE: If you plan to study there is only a couple of indoor tables despite the size. There are more outside but make sure it's warm as the weather in LA has been pretty spotty all year. Food: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Ambience: 4/5

Rebecca T.

Yelp
Okay...as much as it's a pricey cup of matcha, I admit Aanuko does a solid job! I've been back a few times since, and the taste remains consistent. It's also the closest location for a matcha einspanner, without having to go all the way to K-Town. Always excellent and friendly service, and I accept that Aanuko has grown on me!

Noe C.

Yelp
Aanuko Coffee is a coffee location located in Culver City. They also have a barber shop inside. They have seating inside and outside, restrooms available, and street parking. The vibes are vintage and very chill. The staff were super nice and talked to us about our outfits. Overall, ambiance and service were great. Drinks We ordered the strawberry matcha and ube latte. Each drink was about $10 which we found a bit expensive for the portion and taste. They also don't offer milk substitutes for their strawberry matcha. The drinks were good but nothing amazing. We did like how they were presented. Overall, the drinks were pretty average for what they were. Overall: 4.3 The ambiance + service: 5/5 The drinks: 3.5/5 The price: $$

Joseph D.

Yelp
Came a bit early to my haircut appointment and grabbed a drink! Mina was a great help! She was working the front desk as well as doing drinks as a barista! It's a super hip spot. Has an indoor and outdoor seating area. Not too loud outside but inside has the typical barbershop ambiance (music, blow dryers, conversations). Would definitely come back, even if it wasn't to get a haircut. Pro Tip! If you're here for your first haircut, you're able to get a drink for free (from a set menu of course)... I actually bought my drink because I didn't realize the we was this promotion, but will definitely get the free drink to go!

Yelp
Wow!!! What a spot The concept of the "barbershop" with a hidden coffee shop was so cool. But what made my experience amazing was the sweet barista. She was so thorough with the menu, made adjustments based on dairy restrictions, and made the besttt coffee. I even gave her my usual fake name of "Natasha" and she pushed me to use my real name even if it takes time to spell... I felt so seen While the coffees are quite pricey at $9+, I would 100% recommend! PS park at the paint store plaza across the street!

Ingrid L.

Yelp
New favorite place to work!!!!! Parking is a bit difficult in this area since it's on a big street with just meters. I found parking in the neighborhood across the street. I love how this place is inside of a barber shop. The hustle and bustle was really good white noise for me while I worked. There are only two tables inside but plenty of couches and outside seating. I had the lavender matcha latte which I really, really enjoyed! I really liked that the lavender was apparent but not overpowering. You can tell that the matcha is high quality too! It's a bit pricey at around $10 a drink but I think it's worth it for the vibes.

Kiran S.

Yelp
Ordered take away iced Spanish Kiss and it was delicious. It's strong as it has 4 shots of espresso in it & the sweet cream tastes like ice cream. 5/5 for the coffee itself. $10 for 4 shots of espresso. I didn't dine in but the take away service was great in inside ambiance is a cool barbershop.

Claudia C.

Yelp
This is in the back of a barber shop. There was no street parking even on a weekday at noon. It is definitely on the pricier end for a coffee but the latte I got did come with 4 shots and whole coffee beans thrown in so I'm not super mad, but I did wish they gave me more cream foam. There's a back patio as well but limited shade. Overall I don't know that I would readily come back but it is an interesting concept.

Yelp
Only MATCHA love for @aanuko.coffee ! Finally tried this vibey little cafe tucked into a restored historical heritage red brick in Culver City, and it's 100% worth the Tik Tok hype! Personally, I love how the cafe is in a multi-use space, tucked towards the back of a real barber shop! My sister and I decided to try their matcha drinks (since we already had coffee ), and we were both blown away by the ceremonial quality of the matcha, as well as the deeply flavorful and not artificial flavors of their strawberry and lavender drinks. They also have both indoor and outdoor seating, free WiFi and plentiful seating, making it perfect for meeting up with friends or working (if you're okay with a bit of background noise)! This was definitely one of the BEST coffee shops I've had, and I can't wait to be back to try their coffee drinks as well! Featured here: lavender heaven strawberry forest

Melinda C.

Yelp
$9.75 for a matcha with regular milk is crazy. Aanuko is a coffee shop in the back of a barber shop. We were given a free white rabbit latte to taste test before they temporarily launched :) The strawberry matcha was alright but nothing special; the ube matcha was yum. Patio with seating in the back.

Arielle C.

Yelp
The matcha here is soooo good! I loved the presentation and flavor of both the strawberry forest and matcha cloud. The location is a bit confusing because it's both a barbershop and a matcha/coffee shop. The cafe is hidden in the back past modern furniture and salon chairs. The drinks are a bit pricey but the drinks are so yummy I think it makes a good treat. The baristas were super sweet! I thought they made great conversation and gave me and my friends compliments. I'll be back again soon.

Cel S.

Yelp
So good and so cute. Unfortunately, also so expensive. They have one of the best matcha I've tried, super vibrant green and strong matcha flavor. We got their jasmine matcha and the strawberry matcha, and I actually think the jasmine matcha is much better. The strawberry kind of tasted like nesquick lol and I do feel like it's a common drink combo, while jasmine matcha is a bit more unique. The jasmine matcha was just WOW. SO good. The barista who made our drinks was also super sweet. There are some spots to chat or study, so I think it's worth coming back. We also managed to snag street parking across the street for only around 25 cents!!!!

Airi G.

Yelp
Definitely on the pricey side but the quality is there. The rich taste of the espresso was balanced out by the sweet cream for the Spanish Kiss. Cinnamon and maple or honey is one of my favorite combos and this drink did not disappoint. I also can't resist lavender so I tried out Lavender Dreams but since I ordered it hot it didn't come with sweet cream. Rather, it had beautiful latte art and a sprinkle of lavender seeds. This drink was barely sweet and I think the cream top would've helped with it but if you like a strong coffee taste, then you can't go wrong with this one. I'm obsessed with matcha but I was in a coffee mood so I guess that means I'll be coming back for the matcha next time.

Darlene D.

Yelp
I've had this place bookmarked for so long and finally got to try it out. The parking situation was pretty easy, it's street parking with a meter (25¢ for 30 mins). The ambiance is as so nice and welcoming. There's a barber shop in the front and the cafe is in the back left. The baristas were so sweet and kind. We got the Strawberry Forest, Matcha Cloud and Don't Sleep on the Peach. The Strawberry Forest was super tasty, not too sweet and the strawberry cream tasted very fresh. The Matcha Cloud was a regular matcha latte but still very good. The Peach was actually surprisingly good. My friend was hesitant about it since we've never had peach with matcha before, but it was very refreshing and tasty. Would definitely come back for the peach and strawberry matcha drinks.

Kelsey P.

Yelp
The BEST matcha latte I've ever gotten at a cafe. I could definitely tell they use high quality matcha--look how vibrant the green is! The Matcha Cloud was perfectly creamy, rich, and a bit sweet because of the sweet cream. It's on the pricey side (~$10 for a signature drink), but I think it's a nice treat and will definitely be coming back. There was only one barista when I went and she was a bit swamped, but so sweet! She walked us through the menu since it was our first time there. Overall, great cafe in a unique and cool location.

Steph L.

Yelp
Food - 4/5 got the strawberry forest and it reminded me of strawberry ice cream Service - 4/5 friendly staff Ambience - 4/5 They have a nice outside patio area and seating inside. The coffee shop is at the back of the barbershop so you gotta walk through that but the space is a vibe

Michelle S.

Yelp
Aesthetically pleasing coffee shop inside a barber shop. Definitely one of the confused people who walked in and walked out thinking I was in the wrong spot. Just to realize coffee shop is tucked away in the very back of the barber shop. Coffee was delicious. I got the ube latte and the lavender dream latte.

Jessica H.

Yelp
Aanuko is a unique place- part barber shop, part coffee shop (the coffee shop is located all the way in the back)- with absolutely delicious coffee. I was able to find parking for 0.25/hour across the street. When I first came in, I thought I was in the wrong place because of the barber shop, but a friendly worker helped me out and served as my barista. I got a Strawberry Forest (matcha, strawberry milk, strawberry cream), although everything on their menu looked delicious. This was absolutely amazing, and I found myself finishing the whole drink as I sat there and did some work. The matcha and strawberry flavors worked well together, with none overpowering the other, and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Aanuko also has great WiFi, a couple large indoor tables, and plenty of outdoor tables. I definitely appreciated the ambiance and thought that the fully operating barber shop only added to the charm. As a nice plus, they are one of the coffee shops open later in the area. The biggest con is easily their price. I could tell that their drinks were high quality, but would I spend $9.75 for this drink? Probably not, especially for an average-sized drink. I had a good experience and would go again to try their other flavors, but maybe when I feel like I am ready to splurge on the drink.

Melanie K.

Yelp
The drinks are good, but paying $10 per drink is ridiculous. We ordered the Matcha Yuzu Latte and the Matcha Cloud, both were very good but definitely not worth the price point. I'm sure you can find similar drinks at a fraction of the price in LA. Service needs improvement for sure, we had to wait 5 minutes to place our order because the barista was gone and nobody else was there. Other than that, it's a good place to relax and catch up with friends.

Justine A.

Yelp
Favorite coffee shop and favorite salon Haircut: Sergei w/ the scissors always keeps me right. Coffee: Best lattes, most consistent quality, good people. A whole experience.

robben s.

Yelp
Stepping into House of Aanuko was like walking into a cool, secret clubhouse--a coffee shop and barber shop mashup tucked away in Culver City. With its dope decor and laid-back vibes, it was the kind of place where you couldn't help but feel instantly like at a friends place!! But the real magic happened outside, where the quiet outdoor patio beckoned with its 15 ft tall green hedges, promise of chill vibes and good times. It was the perfect spot to sip on a matcha strawberry latte and soak up some sunshine while plotting your next adventure. Inside, the baristas Sarah AND Devon were like coffee connoisseurs, serving up recommends then whipping up delicious brews with flair and finesse. (My matcha had a real life strawberry posted on top!) These two were engaging, funny and we felt like we made new friends! They, alone, are worth coming back for!! We discovered our favorite baristas on our Coffee Crawl! #gems And with the barbers just a snip away, you could get a fresh cut while you waite for your caffeinated fix--talk about multitasking! In a city known for its hustle and bustle, Aanuko was a welcome escape--a playful, quirky haven where you could kick back, relax, and lit-er-ally let your hair down. Trust me, you won't want to miss out on this hidden gem.

Maureen S.

Yelp
Located in a trendy barbershop, is this amazing little coffee bar. I had the Ube latte and I still think about it till this day. Great little spot to sit down and chat with friends. Parking can be hard otherwise I can't wait to go back!

Liz J.

Yelp
I saw this spot online and thought it was a cool concept of a coffee shop inside of a hair salon. I got the strawberry forest, which was a matcha drink with strawberry foam. The drink doesn't come with milk substitutions unfortunately. It was a good ratio of strawberry to matcha but was mostly ice. The presentation was beautiful! Staff here is very friendly and I liked how they had an indoor seating area and outdoor area. Parking is metered and when I went on a weekend afternoon, there were lots of spots open.

Abigail D.

Yelp
Absolutely loved my matcha. Aanuko Coffee is located inside a barbershop in Culver City. Wonderful customer service, so friendly and helpful. The quality of the matcha is great, perfectly 'not too sweet', and the personalized little flower stem with my name written on it was such a lovely touch. I enjoyed my beverage in their outdoor seating area which was perfect to enjoy some sunshine. I don't believe there's a parking lot however, I had no issues locating parking on the street. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and/or you'd like to conveniently get a haircut while you're at it!

Julian P.

Yelp
Pro: unique concept and drinks. Grow: price point. WiFi Haircut and coffee in one spot, say less! I loved the concept of combining a barber and coffee shop. This coffee shop feels like a speakeasy as it is located in an unassuming building. It is housed in a large space and tucked behind the barber shop. I had a lot of fun working here while watching the stylist do their thing. I definitely needed a haircut but the coffee runs about $10 and haircuts run around $100+ so I'll just stick to the coffee for now. The baristas were super welcoming and I loved that they had both indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks: I had the strawberry matcha and my friend had the Spanish kiss latte. I loved the aesthetics of the drinks, this cafe definitely goes above and beyond. The Spanish Kiss has a cinnamon kiss which I loved . Note: I did request the kiss on my coffee but I don't think they do it anymore given it's a bit difficult to achieve. Both drinks were tasty but definitely a bit on the pricy side which makes it inaccessible to people from the neighborhood. Overall, cool concept and friendly service!

Anita K.

Yelp
So cute! Loved this spot, cute interior and vibe! It's in the back of a barbershop so kind of random to find and the area it's in makes it a little confusing to locate but hidden gem! The service was friendly and good and the drinks were bomb! My only complaint is that they're a little pricey! I got the strawberry matcha but I liked my cousin's ube one a little better still yum!

Carlie C.

Yelp
This was a cute lil cafecito spot! It's inside of a barbershop, which is unique, but has two lil tables to sit at inside and a spacious patio out back. The baristas were very kind and helpful. Very cool decor! The drinks were delicious, a lil pricey, and beware that their drinks are standard with 4 shots lol. Definitely some bang for your buck. Theres meters out front for parking, or across a busy street there's neighborhood parking. If you're in the area, great spot to visit! Seemed like a few people were there doing work, although idk the outlet situation

Rebecca F.

Yelp
Wow! I was very impressed with this Aanuko Coffee. Such an interesting vibe! My daughter wanted a Strawberry Matcha and this place came up on Yelp. I would have never guessed what was inside by passing from the street. Definitely a cute place, not crowded at all. Staff were very friendly, bathrooms super clean. Drink was around $10, just a touch higher than average, however the presenation makes it totally worth it. I mean, simply gorgeous! And the taste was very good. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Shayna E.

Yelp
Super cool spot! Good matcha and venue to get some work done A few things to note: (1) street parking is not easy to find depending on your luck (2) the wait for your drink can be long, like 20 minutes long (3) you might have some trouble finding seating depending on how busy they are

Clarissa N.

Yelp
I'll only be talking about the cafe not the barber shop. I got the strawberry forest and the matcha cloud. They both were pricey for the size of the drink which was $10. The strawberry forest was good but very light strawberry taste, kind of bitter in a way. The matcha cloud was so bitter I was very shocked. I am not sure if their ratio was off this day but I just could not finish the drink. Not sure if I would come again because I found the drinks expensive and parking was very limited since it was street and close to a freeway

Leah W.

Yelp
WOW I gotta say, despite being ridiculously expensive, this was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. I came on a weekday morning, right after they opened, and a few people were getting their haircuts, but there was lots of seating just for coffee. There is indoor and outdoor seating. They do not have any food, so that is a big downside, but they have tons of coffee options. I got the pumpkin spice, chai latte, and it was honestly incredible. You can tell that their drinks are made with so much love because they take a bit of time, but it is worth it. I came with my baby and there is lots of room for the stroller, and I reviewed it on @coffeemeetsbaby on Instagram.

Jennifer D.

Yelp
Heard good things about this duo coffee + barber shop in Culver City and decided to stop by on a rainy Saturday morning! When you enter, you're greeted by the door if you have an appointment for a haircut, and if not - head directly to the back left corner where the actual coffee shop is. It's spacious - plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and definitely aesthetic/vibey. The baristas were kind and sweet! We ended up getting the Strawberry Forest. The prices here are definitely pricey ($$$), especially the drinks outside of your basic cup of joe. For the price I wish we could've subbed out the whole milk for something else or have the base be a different type of milk, but understand they don't offer substitutes for the strawberry milk. Tasted fine but not worth the price and not sure I'd come back!

Esther W.

Yelp
Decided to try out this coffee shop as it is nearby. We were surprised that it was a coffee shop, as when we walked in, we saw people getting their haircuts! However, as we walked inside, it was very much a vibe. I enjoyed chatting with the baristas. They were so much fun, and knew how to make latte art. I ordered the Spanish Kiss drink, and my friend ordered a gingerbread latte drink. Definitely enjoyed the drinks though they were sort of on the pricey side-- almost being $9 per drink!

Amanda T.

Yelp
Aanuko is such a unique little coffee shop in Culver City. It's in the back of their barber shop which may throw you off a bit, but they without a doubt have one of the best matcha drinks I've had in LA. We got their matcha cloud and matcha rose lattes - their matcha has a very clean and crisp quality and I really enjoyed every sip. They get their matcha from Tea Master, so the high quality makes sense. I'll definitely come back to try some of their other drinks - a great spot to try if you're around Culver!

Emily G.

Yelp
The Spanish Kiss is amazing!! One of the best lattes I've had in LA, and I've been here for 25 years!! Everything about it was so good. It doesn't taste artificial, the sweet cream was perfect on top and the cinnamon went so well with the whole drink. It's just so so expensive at $9.75 plus with tip around $11.75. This is definitely a once in a while treat. Which sucks because I live a block away!! The space is cute, parking is easy on the street, and they have a ton of seating outdoors. Drinks took about 15-20 min to get because they had 2 orders ahead of mine. So I did have to wait a bit. But each drink is made super carefully.

Justin G.

Yelp
Really debated giving 5 stars. Realllly good matcha. Good coffee. But the gosh dang price... $10??? A real travesty because I liked the drink, just probably won't come back at this price point though. Should be $7. Even $8 is understandable. Interesting pricing strategy but anywho, come if money is not an issue, it really is a 5 star matcha. Cool spot to work or get a haircut.

Antony K.

Yelp
We just got some coffees here on our way to lunch. The drinks were a bit more expensive than I expected, but they were delicious. The vibe and space were interesting as the coffeeshop was in the back of a barbershop which was cool! Lovely idea to combine the two! The space was soooo clean and aesthetic. They also had UBE matcha and UBE coffee which were delicious. The barista when we went last Tuesday was so polite and charming.

Jamie M.

Yelp
Really cute and unique space in Culver City-- the coffee shop is a small space in the back of the barber shop. I saw videos calling this place the best matcha in LA-- a tough statement to live up to, but Aanuko came close! Probably one of my Top 5 matches, but the drinks were so expensive! We got the strawberry forest and lavender heaven-- both were pretty sweet and milky, topped with the light and fluffy sweet cream (yum). I would've preferred more of a strong matcha flavor. Would enjoy coming back but the drinks themselves are just a little bit not good enough for the price point.

Christian V.

Yelp
It is honestly pretty cool that a barbershop got its own coffee shop. Just the idea of having a delicious coffee while waiting for a fresh cut is kinda genius. Plus, they got a back area just to chill. The friendly staff and barista also make it quite a relaxing place to enjoy your drink. I personally liked the Spanish Kiss as the cinnamon and maple flavors really make it uniquely delicious. Plus, the lip art is a pretty cool touch. Pay them a visit for a nice coffee, haircut, or maybe both!

Brandan H.

Yelp
Located inside House of Aanuko Barbershop. This place is a vibe and becoming wildly popular. Love their Spanish Kiss latte and their Strawberry Forest Matcha. Staff are super friendly and you may even want to get a haircut while you're there lol. Business is still pretty new but can't wait until they fully setup with pastries and earlier operating hours. I hear the plan is to also have events at the space. That's going to be fire!!! A Must Try! Pro Tip: Parking can be a little tough.

Vanessa R.

Yelp
Okay, this place is great! Their matcha was great and my coworkers loved their coffee as well. I'm deducting a point for the price. Almost 10 dollars for a matcha is a little high. I will definitely go again! I just want to warn others on the price point (it took me by surprise). The barista was nice and answered all our questions! Super cool concept to have the barber and coffee shop together.

Charisse V.

Yelp
Ugh I really wish that the matcha here wasn't good because that $9.75 price tag is crazy!!! Definitely the most I've seen for a matcha latte... I had low expectations because this cafe is located inside a barbershop and I've also never seen matcha being priced that high. However.... this is literally one of the best matcha beverages I have consumed and I am an avid matcha connoisseur. Before this, my top matcha places were Community Goods, DAMO, Yeems, and WIP but I think this might be one of my new top favorites!!! I opted for the matcha cloud because that one can be made dairy free (I wanted to try the strawberry forest but they unfortunately use whole milk for the strawberry milk). I thought it would be overly sweet like other matcha einspanners I've had but this was a perfect balance of creaminess, matcha flavor, and sweetness. If you don't like your drinks too sweet I would definitely recommend asking for less agave!!! I asked for less and it was perfect for me :) Other einspanners/cream top matchas I've had use an overwhelming amount of cream and barely any matcha so it feels like you're just drinking cream, but this one has the perfect ratio. The matcha flavor is also superb. Not your typical grassy earthy tasting matcha. AMAZING!!! highly recommend to try at least once :') your 10 dollars spent will not go to waste FYI it's located at the back of the house of aanuko barbershop and parking isn't too bad! it's all street/metered parking but it's cheap and when I went on a Saturday afternoon there was plenty of parking available :)

Nicolette S.

Yelp
4 stars only because it's a little too pricy to be accessible to everyone! COFFEE: I had a regular iced latte which was $7 flat, a little pricy even for LA standards. Specialized drinks and matcha are pushing $10. However I did enjoy the drink. SERVICE: I was greeted at the door and directed to the cafe. The barista was kind and service was very quick (I was the only one in line). The drink was brought to where I was sitting. AMBIENCE: This space is gorgeous, with high ceilings, skylights for natural lighting, and pops of color. There is also an outdoor patio space with several tables to work on. Indoors there are a couple tables as well as a few couches and chairs that give a more homey vibe. It is in the middle of a barbershop which is pretty funny but adds to the charm. There is free wifi and a bathroom. I didn't see any outlets. Overall great spot to relax and do work and I will be back!

Yelp
Cute hidden coffee shop in a barber shop in Culver City. Super spacious and there's indoor seating in the barbershop (center area with chairs and couch) or outdoor seating. Drinks are pricey (about $10) but lattes come with 4 shots of espresso so you're definitely getting an energy boost. If you want a strong a** latte this is the place. Curious what their matcha taste like, but they couldn't do the strawberry or peach non-dairy so I went coffee route. Chill barista - just one person behind counter so if there's a rush it might take a bit. Met the co-owner Joe who was very nice. Definitely a unique experience.

Yelp
Omg the matcha was so delicious. Very creamy and paired so well with the strawberry. Also very cute aesthetic, the cafe part is located in the back of a barbershop. Limited seating available inside and outside. Only thing is it's hella expensive (I think nearly $10) and you couldnt sub milk for this one.
