Above The Crust Pizza

Went here after seeing an Instagram post featuring their garlic rolls. This place seems like a little hidden gem in a strip mall. Not much seating inside, but most people were taking it to-go. Tried a couple slices of the Sicilian pizza and it wasn't bad. It wasn't great either though. Maybe a little too crispy on the bottom and not enough cheese on top. The garlic rolls were wonderful and their ranch was perfect! Try the Italian nachos if you are with a group!

Pizza was delicious, why it's not pictured. The food was devoured right away. Great options, unique flavors of the month. Very nice food options with a very nice staff. Thank you. First time customer, but will absolutely return and recommend.

I felt like I had been teleported back east and was enjoying a pie with my friends at our local pizza joint. Im always searching for NY pizza here in Las Vegas and my search has been halted for now. We stumbled upon your name and couldn't wait to try out the pie. By far one of, if not the best, NY Pizza outside of Brooklyn. The crust was crunchy on the bottom and not too thin. It didnt flop when you held it and took the first bite. You all are doing something right here. The sauce wasn't sweet it was perfect. The cheese had just the right amount of stretch and grease.I also tried the chicken wings. Normally I dont care for them a whole lot but these had the right amt of crunch on the skin without the meat being overcooked and dry. They were crunchy and moist. Theu weren't overly tossed in sauce but had enough to get your fingers dirty and have an amazing taste. Everyone working there was super friendly. The place was busy with take out orders the entire time we ate in. I hear their garlic rolls are amazing. If your looking for authentic NY style pizza. Look no further. This is our new go to. Ordered from here twice and both times the food, specifically the chicken wings, were nothing but disappointing. First time we ordered 20 chicken wings, half honey garlic and half medium, but they gave us all honey garlic. The second time, today, we ordered 20 medium wings and these wings were dry and looked like they had no medium sauce left so they sprinkled what they had on it. Honestly, pathetic. This place is too expensive for the lack of quality. Will not order here again.

Ordered pick up, the service was great and the food was warm. They wrapped things up in foil, including the marinara sauce to stay warm. Garlic Rolls 7/10 Marinara sauce 10/10 Wings (Asian zest) 9/10 Ranch 10/10 Pizza (10in small AC special) 7/10 Fries 9/10 Really enjoyed everything, the wings are winners! With or without ranch the flavor was so good! Garlic Rolls are probably best fresh when you eat there, but they were still top tier. 👌 I'm more of a plain pepperoni pizza kind of person, but my partner wanted the AC special, so although it wasn't for me, it was still good! And I'm sure if you like a Supreme style pizza you'll enjoy ! Fries and their homemade ranch are by far some of the best I've had!

What a place!!! I've come to NV from Jersey 20 years ago, and this place tastes, smells, and feels like home. The food is outstanding - everything I've tried is delicious. There is a section for the kids where they can have a nice cold drink and entertain themselves while you wait for your food. Amazing Italian places like Above The Crust Pizza are few and far between in this state, so if you can check it out, I promise it will be worth your while!

We usually get the garlic rolls, sometimes with pepperoni. They are great! We tried the pizza once. The taste was good, but my wife thought the center was a little soggy and not crispy enough. We did order it on a very busy day, so I’m not sure if it would be Crispier on another occasion. It’s a small place for any type of group seating, but we usually take it to go. Recommended

Decided to stop by for a quick bite and the ambiance was pretty quiet. The service was super quick and I loved the amazing spread. Now I truly came for one thing: the garlic rolls. Now the garlic rolls were already out so they aren't necessarily made fresh. However they do warm them up and its wrapped and rolled in the beautiful garlic. Overall the garlic roll is a good price with a fabulous and great taste! Would come back and will try more next time

If I would've known that this place was only 7 minutes away from where I live.. I would've went there along time ago. Well, let's cut a slice out of this pizza and dig in. Above the Crust is one of my favorite little cozy neighborhood pizza places that really delivers ( no pun intended) a massive punch of flavor for all of their food. Went there around 1ish, just in time for lunch and when we first walked in we were immediately greeted with " Hi, Hello, Welcome in". That right there was a big thumbs up for me cause that don't happen allot, well not allot for me. The ambience of the restaurant is just perfect for a small group or just for a couple looking for a bite to eat. They have a very good menu with some things that makes your mouth water from just reading what they are on the menu. I forgot what the lady's name was that was at the front but she was awesome at answering our questions at letting us know about lunch specials and about what drinks they had and desserts. What we got was. Hot honey garlic chicken fingers and fries Cajun chicken wings with fries Buffalo Chicken Pizza 2 garlic pepperoni rolls 1 regular garlic roll And a salad. First and for most, I highly recommend the hot honey chicken fingers, they were just perfect, I haven't had any chicken fingers with this sauce EVER. They were fresh and the fries were very good but lacked any type of seasoning BUT, they have salt and pepper shakers so that was fine with me. The chicken wings were nice and crispy and that Cajun seasoning,I swear I can put that stuff on everything, it was a very bold flavor and tbh, there was some fries that had the seasoning on them and that right there might be the best thing to accidently happen cause that seasoning is magic. The buffalo chicken pizza was recommended and I can see why. The chicken was nice and crispy, the dough was heavenly, the sauce was very nice BUT, I could've used more on the pizza but that's for next time. The crust was amazingly good and it had a buttery taste to it that made the pizza stand out just a little more. The regular garlic rolls are good BUT if your want more bang for you buck, the pepperoni garlic rolls are on point, I could eat a bakers dozen of them thangs and call it a day. Overall Above the crust is a very solid pizza place with a inviting and knowledgeable staff. If your in the area and are getting tired of pizza places like Napoli's or Angelina's and what something that's just the right amount of taste and difference, Above the Crust is literally Above the Crust ( all puns intended).

This is our family's favorite pizza spot! You can't go wrong with any option but the pepperoni with their house made ranch is our go to. Love the Stromboli's, love the chicken fingers, and everything in between. Employees are always kind and let you know of applicable deals, and if you care to they allow dine in. Catered for a party most recently and everyone else loved it too!

I went here for the first time the other day because I wanted to support a local small business. But before I even got my food, I decided that I would unfortunately never be returning. While I was sitting and waiting for my order to be made, one of the employees (clearly a senior employee if not some kind of manager) was openly, loudly berating another employee. I couldn't believe how awful and straight-up mean he was being to the people he was working with, who I could see were all working really hard. It was upsetting to have to sit there with how bad the vibes were. The food ended up being good (the calzone was well-made and a great portion for the price), but it doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't treat your co-workers (who are fellow human beings with thoughts and feelings!) with basic respect, especially right in front of customers. I feel so sorry for the poor girl at the register who was brand-new and being trained. She was young, and I really hope she doesn't think that this kind of hostile workplace environment is normal and acceptable. It's my sincere hope that she can find better employment elsewhere, where she won't have to endure or witness that kind of treatment. You deserve so much better!!!

Our recent dinner was disappointing, particularly considering our positive experience with sandwiches on our initial visit. Taking advantage of the Tuesday night deal for a free large cheese pizza with the purchase of any large pizza, we opted for the Philly cheese steak pizza, anticipating a similar flavor profile. Regrettably, the pizza arrived after over an hour and was both soggy and lacking in flavor. While the complimentary cheese pizza was marginally better, it too suffered from a lack of flavor. Additionally, the garlic Parmesan fries were substandard, with overly thick fries and insufficient garlic and Parmesan seasoning, resulting in a taste dominated by fryer oil.

5 star for the best pizza and garlic bread in centennial hills area. If you are looking for the best garlic bread this is highly recommended!!! Service was quick. They make everything from scratch.. from the dough to the pizza sauce , freshly chopped veggies... everything was good! It is a small place but lots of people call and pick up while we were there. Ambiance is quaint and lots of parking spaces. Ordered one large AC special and garlic bread and pepperoni rolls. Superb!

Got a regular slice which was pretty small and nothing special. Got a slice of sicilian which was decent and some garlic roll which were nothing to write home about. Staff was friendly. Wouldnt come back though

The food was delicious and the proportions were huge! The service was amazing! The staff were friendly and inviting. We live out of town and being able to sit down and enjoy a peaceful meal where all were welcome was a nice change. Dining area was a little small but extremely clean.

Came here for a lunch brake while vehicle was getting a smog. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich with pasta salad. Also ordered buffalo chicken fries, it was gigantic took two bites and paired with a half of the Philly sandwich we were stuffed. Asked for a to go box they brought out a small pizza box the fries fit perfectly in the box so it was literally the size of a small pizza. Inside was large but sitting area wasn't that big, there is a lot going on with decor. Don't forget to check in for a free drink!!

The pizza is so darn great! The menu has plenty of options. I placed an order of meatballs (delicious), chicken tenders, pepperoni pizza and since it was a Tuesday received a free large cheese pizza. Wow I did not expect this!! So fresh. I will be back. Thank you excellent customer service and delicious food.

Display has some of the best pizza in town, hands-down. Hate that their hours are so limited though.

Awesome pizza spot if you've never been, love supporting this small business putting out really great pizzas and wings. It's become our go to pizza spot for pickup for a while now. We love the Philly pizza and Regular pie which is totally NY style. I also must mention some of the best wings I have found and really enjoy the garlic flavors and lemon pepper. They have a small dining area to dine in and they run specials. It's a counter service style ordering which brings me back to the east coast feel since it's basically an open kitchen. If you're in search of a great pizza place and you're in the NW side of Vegas, absolutely check them out!!!

This restaurant is 25 miles away from home. Saw an IG reel of their garlic bread and knew we had to try it. Luckily, I had a doctor's appt 5 mins away and was like we're definitely stopping by. Upon arrival, the place is a tiny mom and pops restaurant. They had a few tables if you wanted to dine in. Went to the register and the lady there was not welcoming. Didn't smile or greet us. Didn't ask if we've been there before or needed any help. She just looked at us. As my Son and I were looking at the menu I decided to get 2 orders of their basket of wings. She's like, we don't have any for the rest of the night. Excuse me?! It's only 4pm. I was very annoyed and frustrated as that's the second reason we came here. I was craving wings so bad. How can you be sold out at 4pm? I then asked ok so no wings? She's like I have 10 pieces if you want that. I was like yes! Like why wouldn't you offer that? Anyhow, we proceeded to order. I ordered to go but then said whatever food is cooked and ready pls serve it as my kids were hungry. She seemed annoyed. Shortly after she brought our fries, mozzarella sticks and the wings. Super fast service for this. The wings were huge and delicious. Really bummed they didn't have anymore. The mozzarella was good. Nothing exciting and the fries had a good crisp and came with so much. We waited about 30 mins and the rest of our order was ready and we were on our way. The lady ended up being attentive and nice during our short dine-in experience. I ordered 2 pepperoni calzones. My Son raved about it. He really really liked it and said it's the best he's had. My Husband on the other hand didn't like it. He didn't get ANY pepperoni so he was upset. We also ordered the garlic bread and pepperoni rolls. They were pretty dry tbh which is such a bummer since that's what they're know for. They are pretty busy. Phone kept ringing and lots of people picking up. If in the area again, we would definitely come back.

Delivery took an hour but the pizza was tasty. The Buffalo chicken pizza was a bit spicy and very saucy which was great! This was my favorite crust compared to the other pizza we got. The AC was loaded with toppings and thinner crust than a normal hand made pizza. I recommend if you love toppings and not very much sauce. The garlic rolls was loaded with raw garlic which was tasty but I thought it was too much garlic for me.

Above the Crust always goes above and beyond! Our family has been eating here for years and they are our go-to whenever we are ordering food for large, casual gatherings. They have great gluten-free pizza with crust that doesn't crumble after one bite. But fans of their quick, friendly service.

Came in a little before closing so they were out of the garlic rolls. Ordered Hot honey garlic wings, white pizza, and a chicken parm Stromboli. The food was excellent, portions were generous. I also ordered cannolis (which unfortunately never made it into our bag) but the food was so good, I'm not willing to drop a star for the little oversight. The person that helped us was also very friendly, which was very much appreciated. Will be back and this time I'll double check for the cannolis

When I see a pizza place with 4 stars I usually come and check it out, which is exactly what I did last weekend. In my never ending search for my "favourite pizza place in Las Vegas" I stopped at Above the Crust (which has a really cool name) on Sunday and gave the pizza a try. I came in and ordered the same thing I order at every pizza place the first time, cheese pizza. It's the staple, it's simple, and if I don't like just the sauce and cheese together, I don't care to really try anything else. So how was it? Well, not good. Both my fiancee and I thought pretty much the same thing....bland, boring, and not much flavour going on. Overall, this is not a place I will be revisiting in the future. The gentleman working was friendly and the pizza was quickly served, but it was probably the most boring pizza I've had in this city yet and it's not really somethin I need to experience a second time.

Everything is perfection Ranch is the best. Pizza is delish, Even if it is a simple cheese. Service is friendly!

This is such a great place.. their ranch is the best you can get in Vegas!! The staff is friendly and they do military discount!! I could eat here everyday.. we get the cheese pizza, fingers and fries.. their chips and dip are the best too!!

Every time we go to Above the crust Nick and Phillis are absolutely amazing. The food is phenomenal and I mean $13 for the buffalo chicken fries and you see that massive pile ‍‍. The mom and pop feel to the building is true to their New York roots. They're always fast and kind, their sweet waitress is helpful and attentive. We make sure to make the 40 minute drive whenever we can just to eat here. The staff treats you like family and will keep you laughing like your best friends. Good service and good food are hard to come by in Vegas these days, but they always hit the mark. we will, as always, be back!

Service was good I took my son and his friends out for pizza spent about 67 dollars on wings pizza and garlic bread which I loved the kids not so much because they simply didn't like a lot of garlic pizza was okay lots of oil on top ... ambiance was good sports on TV which I love love love

Really love this family owned shop! Got two take home halloween pizzas for the kids. They had such a good time and the pizzas were delicious.

The food was great! I loved the garlic and pepperoni rolls. The New York pizza with garlic and ricotta cheese was delicious. The employees were very nice. I am picky about my cannoli's and they were delicious. Great service. They have lots of board hames to play as a family while you wait or for after you eat. I will be back for sure.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. The pizza was super dry. Could not figure out where the sauce was. Better places to go then here. The staff is def not friendly when you don't give a tip. I don't tip if it is pickup. The girl was nice when I came in but when she saw no tip she was incredibly rude.

We love the pizza, wings and calzones here! Always hot and fresh with very friendly staff. This is our go to spot for great food on game days or any day.

I came here maybe 5 years ago & honestly wasn't super impressed. It's a little further away from my house so i didn't think too much about this place until today! I was at the park & there was an event going on until 5, & at 4:30 i was starving! I googled the closest food place to me & it was above the crust! I checked their menu & it looks totally different than the first time i went! The recipe themselves seemed a lot different than my first time around. I go in, order my meal & seriously the whole vibe was awesome They're were pretty busy! The woman who owns the store (i'm assuming) Is so personable & just great energy. She's extremely welcoming & accommodating. You dont find that anymore. The food was great! The place was very very clean I'm so glad i stopped in! The owners of this place must be sooo proud of how far they've come! It was nice seeing this business busy. After Covid so many smaller businesses had to close & this place stayed popin! Thanks guys !

It was my first time here. My son saw it on Instagram and wanted to try. There wasn't anyone there when we got in ( I was happy because I could enjoy my family alone). The cashier was super nice and even offered for us to split our pizza into two different specialty pizzas. We got garlic bread and pepperoni garlic bread. My boys loved it. The pizza was amazing. Would have liked more cheese, but it was still good. Saw someone's loaded fries and was mad I didn't!! Great place, and we will be back.

Saw reviews on IG that the pizza was amazing. Came in tonight to order take out and was met with an older lady who said she wasn't really looking to take orders and is out of a lot food. Thanks for ruining our experience! Will never be back!

Delicious food. I have only done pick up. The service is fast and friendly. I do wish they stayed open later , closing at 7:00 is way too early!

We're new customers and have ordered both calzones and their pizza, including a couple of their gluten free crusts. Everything is delicious and their staff is friendly and accommodating.

My new favorite pizza place. Their pepperoni pizza was super good and nice and crispy on the bottom so we could hold it without it just falling over. I have came and gotten tubs of their homemade ranch because it is to die for and goes with literally everything not just pizza. lol. We also tried their fries and they were not soggy at all. The NY pizza is sooo good BUT, if you aren't a fan of garlic don't buy it because it's definitely a garlic lovers treat.

The outer 4" of the pizza were ok. The inner 4" were like soup. Floppy, messy and a shit show. This pizza here is way over priced. Not even remotely close to worth it

We came to sit down and eat. Thankfully we were able to get a table. The inside is small seats less then 20, comfortably. The food was great! Leftovers for dinner even! Customer service was also great! Go and enjoy!

Great neighborhood pizza and more. Before I even got in the restaurant I talked to a few people that were coming out and did nothing but rave about how great the pizza was along with many other items they had to offer. Well the service was absolutely wonderful everyone was so friendly giving recommendations very welcoming very reasonable prices. The meatball sandwich reminded me of something my father used to make us and that's saying something it was absolutely wonderful, homemade cannoli was delicious. Looking forward to returning and trying their pizza.And they have some daily and different specials always going on.

This place is a hidden gem. I missed my second visit yesterday, as a side note they're CLOSED WEDNESDAYS, but made it today. It does not disappoint. Their sliced sausage tastes great on their $6.95 two slice drink lunchtime combo. A little hidden, on Ann Rd between the 215 and 95 near Centennial Hills, but it's a great find for great original style pizza! Do it!

This is a Gem. Please stop by if you visiting and or live in Vegas. Food is great and the different flavor pie a month is a treat. They give military discount and staff is friendly and laidback. They also have games there too.

The food is good. You can see from my earlier review. They would get more stars this time but their relationship with Grub Hub through Yelp is a draw back. Don't trust Grub Hub to ever get food to you. Skip Yelp and go directly to their website. I'm still waiting for the 2 meatball grinders and salad I ordered on Friday. The Grub Hub driver probably enjoyed them instead.

Order: AC Special, BBQ Chicken, NY White. Pepperoni roll & garlic roll. AC Special - combo pizza, pretty good BBQ Chicken - breaded chicken is a game changer for bbq chicken. This just gave me a different type of pallet texture and it works. Highly recommend NY White - this is was attracted me to come to this place first with the amount of garlic on it. Crazy to think that it wasn't enough garlic for me. Pepperoni roll - bought this for my child but he was uninterested. I liked it. Dipping it in sauce and controlling how much marinara in each bite. Delicious. Garlic Roll - again, was surprised it was not garlicy enough.

Love their daily two slice drink special. Friendly staff and good service. Veggie pizza had nice variety of veggies. Reasonable prices!! Not a large space but nicely maintained.

I pick up pizza here frequently as it's close to me. I get gluten free crust and usually do the AC special, the philly cheese steak or a sausage and pepper with extra cheese. This time I ordered the philly cheese steak and an Italian sub. Italian sub- excellent. Only place in Vegas I can get a toasted Italian sub like I was used to back east. If I close my eyes it's like being back east, the taste takes me back Nice melted cheese and a crispy edge to the bread. Yum Philly cheese steak pizza- not good. No red sauce, and they put everything in the middle of the crust, leaving at least 2 inches around the edge of plain dry crust. The main issue is consistency, as I had the same pizza 2 weeks ago and it was awesome. It really depends on who makes the pizza. Half the time it's great, half the time it's not good. Burned crust or undercooked, you never know what your going to get. It definitely has something to do with the gluten free crust, as my wife's pizza is always good

I just finished eating dinner here with my family!! Let me tell you 10/10 from the great customer service to the yummy pizza and the crunchy wings. I enjoyed every bit! Everyone working was really nice! I'll definitely be back! Thank you guys for a great dinner! My kids enjoyed the fries and pepperoni pizza and the adults had the specialty pizza chicken bacon and honey mustard it was all SO GOOD!

I get pizza here once a week. The pies are top 5 in the valley. Buffalo chicken fries are the best. They have a great creamy, Italian dressing. They treat you like family. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Tip big too, you're supporting a local business and family.

Wing were dry, even when drenched in ranch. Pizza fell apart like it had been soaking in a puddle of water. Wasted $40+ on that.

Great pizza and subs I eat there 3 days a week all the worker and the boss are really nice and they keep the place very clean even through the rush hour
