The 15 Best Restaurants At Newark Airport 2024 - New York - The Infatuation

"Abruzzo is a surprisingly good Italian spot that has enough flatscreens for you to find something to watch from any table. The burrata and meatballs are consistently great, and they do a solid Negroni. Order a spread and congratulate yourself for finally taking some time apart from your intensely close social circle. Google
First, this is an airport restaurant. Seems other reviews aren't considering everything is overpriced at the airport! Reviewing only on service ans food quality only here. Ordered a medium well burger that was closer to well, but not dry! Happy with that. Tomatoes and lettuce seemed fresh along with the bun. Fries were slightly brown but not crisp, also good. Good beer choices, but would like more independent Brewers available. Service was good. Even though it's all online ordering, they still make sure you are good.

Google
Terrible experience. The prices are as high as in a fine dining restaurant, but the food tastes like cheap cafeteria meals. I ordered the carbonara — it was greasy, the sauce was heavy and unpleasant, and the meat pieces were just chunks of fat. I couldn’t eat it and ended up leaving the whole plate. Not worth the money at all.

Google
Couldn't even eat here since we were ignored for 30+ minutes and ended up deciding to leave. Wasn't even offered water. We were instructed not to use the qr code to order and to order through the waiter who never came back. Watched a waiter put a piece of gum in his mouth and then put a straw in a drink with the same hand. Disappointing... We were looking forward to pasta and were willing to pay the high prices.

Google
This place is deplorable. Thank God I cut sandwiches before eating. My burger was completely raw at 6am with little to no one at the restaurant…even still, unacceptable. Place should be condemned and ashamed

Google
Due to an unfortunate booking, my departure was routed through Newark. Having not been to Newark in many years, I was pleasantly surprised with the terminal upgrades and amenities. One such amenity is that you can order at a restaurant via a QR code while in some gate areas. I had a long wait, so I figured I’d have a beer delivered. $19 is a lot for a beer, but I figured it would be worth not having to lose my place and the convenience of delivery. 30 minutes passed. 35. 40. I followed up by requesting “immediate assistance” through the website tracking page. 50 minutes…55. At the hour mark of waiting, I called it and requested a refund. The tip is to take the shuttle over to Concourse A for better food options.

Google
Airport restaurant, so the bar is low. But they still managed to fall below it. You have to order off of a dodgy iPad. AFTER you order then they tell you if they're out of what you ordered. If they are (which they were) then they'll process a refund that will take a few days to hit your card. The food was undercooked. And you get a burger, kids burger, side veggie and a beer for$85. But at least the waiter was indifferent to our requests, so that was good.

Google
Mediocre place for food in the airport. Was hoping it would be great since it’s a “steakhouse” but it’s just another casual average spot. Got the Penne a la Vodka, Bone-in NY Strip and Iceberg Wedge Salad. They didn’t even give us real silverware, we had to use a plastic knife to cut our steak! Also, there’s no real “table service”, you have to order your food/drinks online.

Google
Literally so terrible do not come to eat here. 30+ minute wait for food that, if you're like me, tastes like I made it myself. And that's not a good thing. $30 for a less-than-mid plate of pasta is such a joke. The waiter also mentioned that the rigatoni mezze al amantriciana I ordered was very spicy which I am fine with yet when it came out... was not spicy at all. Not to mention they don't offer half the drinks they have on the menu either. I ended up getting a mojito that didn't even taste like a mojito. I was just given a cup of sweet juice. I sent the drink back along with other things we ordered, went through the refund process and still haven't received it almost 2 months later. Such a waste of time and money. Just get food from a fast food place somewhere else in the airport.

Yelp
So dropped by here for bfast as it was on my way to my gate, do wish I had viewed the reviews here, as I'd agree that the food was quite average. Got a spinach omelette with sliced potatoes, could've used cheese, at least thought it came with it... where was it actually?? These potatoes, was an additional charge to opt out of the salad... the whole thing seemed to have been covered with grease and had to dab all of it on a napkin before taking it in. I'm not sure why the earlier review said they were great, as they certainly was not. Anyhow I do miss the personal touch of ordering with someone. Server just dropped the food, didn't really check in to see if anything more was needed. Ambiance was dark, music was too loud for the am, couldn't wait to leave.

Yelp
Good thing I didn't check the reviews or else I wouldn't have tried this place. I had a flight at 7:30am and I'm usually not a breakfast type of person but I decided to give it a try. Knowing that most airport eateries are average at best, I didn't have high hopes but I was surprised. My Steak & Eggs w/ side of sausage came out in 10 minutes and smelled amazing. The steak had great texture and the fresh sliced potatoes were crispy on the edge but soft in the center and smell & tasted gooooood. Probably the best potatoes I ever had . And to top it off, our server Camela was so pleasant. I would highly recommend you to try Abruzzo for breakfast and get the exact same thing I had : Steak & eggs ( medium & over easy ) Side of sausage Fresh orange juice

Yelp
Food: 4.5 Service: 4.5 (normally would give a 3.5 due to wait time but staff apologized 2x while waiting for my entree) Ambiance: 4.5 Decor: 4.5 I was almost deterred based on the bad reviews however my gate was right next to this restaurant and I had about 50 mins to grab a meal before boarding, so alas I rolled the dice. I placed the order at 655pm (scan QR code and order on your phone) on a Mon night and my soda came out about 2 mins after placing the order. Very quick. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and a side of asparagus. Salad came out at 720pm Asparagus at 710pm. Definitely worth mentioning that my waitress apologized twice whilst waiting, saying they're waiting on the chicken since they're cooking it fresh. I had low expectations about how quickly the food would come out so for my entree to come out 25 mins after placing the order, I wasn't too displeased. Shortly after receiving the salad, a patron sat next to me and said he wanted what I was having. Waitress explained it'll take 30 mins and said that I had to wait a while and how it's a new thing for them since they used to throw out old precooked chicken apparently so now everything is made on the fly. I mention the timing explicitly since a lot of bad reviews are about slow service / long wait times. Perhaps I was lucky since it was a Monday night and not even 25% of the restaurant was filled.

Yelp
The Scarlet Vetter says.... I was at the newark airport, waiting for a delayed flight and decided to sit down and have a drink and some dinner. This establishment is open and airy and has a very nice long bar. While you have the option of ordering online in using a QRcode, the bartender was very clear about the fact that you could order from a paper menu through him. I placed an order for a nice glass of pinot noir, as well as a delicious sounding appetizer of vegetable fritters. I thought that the vegetable dish was good and the wine was excellent. If you're passing through the Newark airport, this place is not a bad option to consider.

Patrick T.

Yelp
The food was fair (for way overpriced airport food), but the service was absolutely miserable. You have to pay AND TIP in advance, and I've never seen a wait staff move more slowly. I was there for breakfast, with only about 15 customers in a place that seats 50-75 I'm guessing, and plenty of employees, just no motivation for them to work any harder since they've already received their tip. I couldn't get a refill for my coffee, and I couldn't get anyone to stop by to ask for a water - the guy one table over actually had to walk up and get his own ice water! Definitely don't recommend.

Yelp
After a long day, I wanted a nice meal before my flight home since I had quite a bit of time. I saw this nicer looking bar with other people having dinner, so I gave it a shot. You basically have zero interaction with the servers except for when they bring you your food/drinks. You order from a QR code at your seat, prepay for everything including a tip, and then wait forever for your food. So many people around me were complaining about the wait time but I was lucky to have a few hours before my flight. My dinner ended up showing up before my appetizer, which was strange. The rigatoni had pretty good flavor and I liked the meat, but the pasta was overcooked and basically falling apart. The prices are absolutely insane. I spent a week in New Jersey and this was by far my most expensive meal with the lowest quality. My cocktail was $17 and it was very basic and whipped together quickly. For 1 drink, an appetizer, and entree, I was at $100. Tipping before you have any interaction with a server is just a horrible situation. The servers were constantly arguing with each other and complaining about everything. This is your typical airport dinner experience unfortunately.

Yelp
So delicious. Wait staff was fine. Other reviews had be nervous, but reasonably responsive and helpful when asked for things. Food came out quick. Comfortable bench seating with chargers at every table. The burrata appetizer was perfect.
google avatar

Sabine M.

Yelp
Stopped by this place before my flight. They weren't super busy yet it took almost 30min for my burrata, maybe because the team was busy chatting about their respective vacations... one team member noticed and she apologized about the delay. The burrata was good, no complaints but the kitchen team might have been a bit unorganized so I would recommend having plenty time if you decided to go here before a flight.

Joe K.

Yelp
Waited over 30 minutes after placing the order and had to get it in a take out box. See the picture of my salad with chicken, this is what I got for $36 bill, Staff was stressed and not pleasant. Very little empathy and engagement with customers.

Yelp
This is the best airport food I've ever had, I'm actually shocked. I consider myself pretty discerning! As of now this restaurant has 2 star average review. The service and quality of food were fantastic today. I ordered the bucatini cacio e pepe with a salmon fillet, a side of broccoli rabe, a Negroni to start and a Merlot with my meal. Everything was flavorful and very well cooked. I was impressed with the salmon - cooked to perfection, no dryness. The portions are generous for airport standards. Service was prompt and kind, Cheryl and Kayli were fantastic. I will definitely be back the next time I come through here on layover!
google avatar

Lola T.

Yelp
Quite possibly the worst meal I've had in an airport. They make you order using app, pay and tip before you get service. It was $28! I saw a plate of food in window itnsat there for a while before a server brought it to me. It was 100% inedible. The server never came back to check on me, the manager looked right at it and ignored me. This is why I don't want to tip in advance.
google avatar

Kehmia T.

Yelp
Had an extended layover in the airport and needed a quick bite so I stopped here. As most airport restaurants they use the tablets for ordering so you don't have to wait for a waiter. (They are definitely available if you have any questions though) I had the carbonara and paired it with a white wine (can't remember). It was pretty decent for a carbonara. For dessert I tried the cheesecake on the menu. It was pretty good for what seemed to be a frozen cheesecake they had to thaw out. Overall it was nice place for me to eat.
google avatar

Hema K.

Yelp
Look, it's airport food. It's going to be overpriced and not the topmost quality. These things are a given -- that being said, this is a solid option. I'd recommend this spot for those traveling for work. Expense the meal, grab a quiet seat at the bar, and get some work done. I had the eggplant parm which took about 15 mins to come out, and tasted pretty good. Not mind blowing but enough for an on-the-go meal. Bartenders were friendly and most other customers at the bar were also working like me and kept to themselves. Don't come here if you don't safely have 30-45 mins to spare; DO come here if you want a proper meal in a quiet-ish classy setting and you're okay with spending a little extra.

Yelp
Pizza was great. Carrot cake was awesome. William Olivo made it a great experience. Thank you!!! Delayed 2 hours but on our way back to Texas.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a layover at the Newark Liberty International Airport and felt hungry. Found this restaurant right outside the gate upon deplaning. We ordered the two egg breakfast plate to share -- it came with sausages, potatoes, and toast for roughly $20. I get that airport food is expensive in general but it should at least taste like something. Everything had no flavor. I had to add a bunch of marmalade on the toast to get some small level of satisfaction. It was really early in the morning so they boyfriend didn't have an appetite anyway but I suggested we eat something since we were hopping on another flight. Not impressed with the quality here. Y'all have been warned.
google avatar

Brandon T.

Yelp
I've stopped in on two occasions for a quick bite and drink, and am always blown away by the prices and the quality not reflecting what you paid. The food isn't any better than other restaurants in the airport, but is definitely marked up. The glasses of wine are OUTRAGEOUSLY over priced. I love when you see a menu full of Argentinian wines at $27 per glass and just know you're getting ripped off but you've never seen the bottle in a wine shop before so can't complain. Also, don't get a 9oz pour. They don't measure the $30+ glass of wine you buy, so my 6oz pour was the same size as the 9oz I got to start. Wrote in to management telling them they should at least measure pours if they are going to charge that much for a glass, and was sent back a prewritten apology email. They honestly just don't care. The staff are super nice or I'd have given one star. You should def go elsewhere. The restaurants on the other end of C terminal have better seating, food, and prices. Head over there.
google avatar

Omar H.

Yelp
Bad service for a place that wants to pre charge folks an 18 to 20 percent tip before they even do anything. No water was delivered to the table after 10 minutes of trying to get the waiter's attention. I literally had to get up and walk to the other side of the dining room to request water for my wife and I. I ordered a simple spaghetti pomodoro which was delivered to me quite spicy. Pasta pomodoro is not supposed to be spice like a puttanesca style sauce. Also too expensive for what it was and not that great. They didn't bring me silverware, I decided to just grab it off of the next table. The vegetable side dishes I had were pretty good. But I'll never go back there again.

Yelp
We chose this place for a quick bite during an extremely stressful trip, mostly because we were looking for something to ease up the stress. We had about an hour before boarding began and were looking to just sit down and be taken care of. First, the prices were absolutely nuts, which I suppose is to be expected at the airport, but even with our expectations managed, it's *very* pricey. Second, the whole process of ordering and being served was soulless and inefficient. You order yourself from your seat, which you would think would streamline the whole process. It didn't. Most of our food came out at a reasonable amount of time, but my partner's order came out with just enough time for us to ask for it to be wrapped to go. The hour we had for food had ran out! Last, the menu was not very extensive, so if you have a variety of desires in your party that veer away from pasta in any way, you probably want to look somewhere else. I might eat here again when I'm craving pasta and traveling solo, but really, there's probably better options there and I will be looking for them.
google avatar

Diana A.

Yelp
Customer Service is Great, the food was delicious and more than enough amount. Everything was fresh ,tasty perfect temperature. The place is clean and comfy. Nobody's rushing you can order & pay on your table Price $$

Emily L.

Yelp
Sat at the bar, so no real server. Ordered via QR code. Not a single employee acknowledged me once I sat. Couldn't get a tap water to drink. And you can't order on the website. Only bottled water. Watched my sandwich sit for 5 minutes before a server noticed it was ready. I ignored the bad reviews. I suggest you don't and avoid Abruzzo.
google avatar

Bacong F.

Yelp
The food okay. Had calamari and broccoli. My friend had pasta with chicken. Calamari was on the chewy side. Chicken was dry. Broccoli was decent. It was a great place to park our butts before the flight and the service was quick. I would come back here to try a few other things on the menu. It was fine for airport food. Love the outlets at every table and seat at the bar. That was the highlight! The service was quick and our food came out in under 15 mins of ordering it on the app even with the restaurant completely packed.
google avatar

Dianne S.

Yelp
I was so looking forward to stopping here before my flight to lax. The service is so slow and nobody here anticipates one thing you might need - like a knife and fork! It's like eating lunch at a TSA security line- slow as molasses! What could have been pleasant was annoying because the service was so slow, we all got our food at different times, each also had to wait for utensils once the food came. My daughter ordered a second margarita... which they forgot all about even though it was ordered on their QR codes menu- we ordered that way because it took too long for the waitress to get to us. I'm glad we weren't I. A rush, but they don't know that and should act accordingly. So not impressed at all.. I make better meatballs at home .
google avatar

Sam P.

Yelp
I am rather baffled by the low stars for this place. At my local airport I cannot even get a decent cup of coffee let alone glass of wine or IPA!! Here you order quickly via an iPad - local IPA arrived in minutes followed by a delicious Burrata salad which was fresh and beyond the delicious Burrata - loaded with heathy arugula, radish and fennel ! I appreciate being able to find healthy and delicious food in an airport along with fast service and a fun music play list! What is not to love!!
google avatar

Hank C.

Yelp
Airport restaurant, and you can order off the iPads at any seat and get it delivered to your seat. That being said, $28 for a spaghetti and meatballs that tastes like the home ec class whipped it up, well, that's what you have to expect. I'm ok with the taste, like a slightly upgraded Chef Boyardee, but the Rigatoni Mezze al Amantriciana was spicy and saucy. Still, not my first choice, just the kids wanted pasta.
google avatar

Arthur B.

Yelp
I ordered poached eggs, wheat toast, sausage and coffee. The only thing warm, not hot was the coffee. This was at 5:30 AM. I believe the food could have been good if it had been hot. The poached eggs were basically hard boiled. Service was friendly but s l o w. It's a steak house that shouldn't do brbreakfast.
google avatar

Jill S.

Yelp
If I could give 0 stars, I would. For a place that you can order and tip beforehand, one would think that service would be faster and better attention to tables would be paid. NOT AT ALL THE CASE HERE. The service is fucking TERRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. WASTE OF MONEY & TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
google avatar

Tesla T.

Yelp
This place simply SUCKS!!!! Meals come out at random times. My husband got his pasta (that sat in the pass through window for 10 minutes) and then my salad (cuz it's hard to make) didn't come for another 15 minutes. Ridiculous! PLUS you have to order via QR code and pay a tip before you get anything. PASS PASS PASS
google avatar

Tyler R.

Yelp
I'm not sure why all the one star reviews, but I think given we're in an airport there's a certain level of price markup and food selection that one would expect from a fairly fast casual restaurant. Sitting at the bar with 45 minutes to spare before you board your flight with a few drinks and an app is definitely a good spot to be in. We didn't plan ahead to have a full on dinner here (we never would) but it was a great way to pass some time. Beer selections are a bit more robust than what you find at the bars that line the middle of the terminals, but the cocktails were the same. Food seemed fine, we just got calamari, and we enjoyed it. I did see plenty of people getting (and enjoying) burgers, so presumably that's a good option too. I used to hate the iPads -- and I'm still not a huge fan -- but the speediness of the ordering and service, and the ability to pay instantly all cannot be overlooked. All in all, good for drinks and a light app before your flight. Prices are high, but hey, it's an airport...the parcel of government land that laws forgot.
google avatar

Josh B.

Yelp
A 2 star average in an airport is a big problem. It is not the biggest problem this place has. Want to tip to order yourself??? Eat here? Want them to deliver orders to random people then check your text messages to make sure you actually ordered? THIS WILL BE YOUR NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT!!! IT IS HORRIBLE!
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
Horrible food and service. I ordered an avocado toast, the avocado was tasting spoiled and when I talked to the server/chef (I don't know exactly his position), he offered to make another one but with a bad tone in his voice, kinda making fun of me. The food is extra expensive, it doesn't worth a penny. I definitely don't recommend and I'll never come back.
google avatar

Lucia L.

Yelp
Yes, I know airplane food can be very very bad....but I have never experienced airport food that was comparable to what I've had on some of my worst flights. Originally, I ordered the salmon, but they were out the day I visited, so I ordered the chicken Parmesan. This was easily one of the worst pasta dishes I've ever tried- the pasta was soggy and cooked in a bland, canned sauce, and their "basil" consisted of a few minuscule sprinkles of tiny dried basil flakes. The chicken Parmesan was also cooked atrociously- despite the huge size of the chicken breast (easily the size of both of my hands), a good inch of the edge was burnt on all sides (refer to pictures below). To add insult to the injury, this chicken Parmesan was easily $35 (while having the quality of a public elementary school lunch) AND the restaurant did not take the salmon off my bill. I had to go ask the waiters twice to issue me a refund, and I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes for this to be fixed. Thankfully I had a 10 hour layover at the time, but I would highly recommend not stopping by here despite the beautiful ambience, especially if you don't have the time or energy to deal with shoddy food and business practices.
google avatar

Ara A.

Yelp
Saying this place is overpriced feels like the biggest understatement of the year. We ordered the steak sandwich for hubby and the burger for me. The burger came out 15 mins after the steak was brought out so that was great. We got to eat separately. The fries for the steak sandwich came out cold.
google avatar

Sheree W.

Yelp
Looking for a fancy place to hang out at the airport? This is the spot. Very modern decor, feels almost too upscale to be in the airport! They have a wide variety of food including pasta, cheese plates, calamari etc. There is a full bar at play as well, however, be prepared to spend some cash. For a Gin Martini it is $20 and for Vodka and Soda $22. So after tip, tax $53 for just two drinks, Ouch! The other "fancy" thing is you order and pay at your seat which I love. So no need waiting on the server to do either. The negative is there isn't any way to customize your order and since there technically isn't a server it makes it a bit difficult. All in all a nice place to post up relax and wait for your flight!

Carlos B.

Yelp
Food was ok but the service after placing the order left much to be desired. Will not consider returning on our next trip to NY
google avatar

Swati L.

Yelp
It took an hour to order and receive my food. Meanwhile servers and kitchen staff were hanging out and laughing and cuddling, it made me crazy to sit there and pay $70 for salmon and a glass of wine. I asked a guy with a long dark curly ponytail for assistance a couple times since he was 2 ft away but he would rather walk 30 ft to get the more junior server than turn around and ask the kitchen staff 2 ft away to make my order to go himself. Really messed up. My salmon was cooked beautifully but the "black pearl lentils that were supposed to be braised with bacon" tasted like simmered from straight out of the can, to me. Sad for the handful of people actually working hard in that place while carrying the other arrogant fools on their backs. And ended up eating my $42 salmon out of a plastic box. Just don't bother.

Yelp
Been to EWR a couple times but I have to say for a marked high end steakhouse and the prices you pay their is a lot to say here. Service started out great and if you haven't been here before you order pretty much throughout the terminal through QR codes on the iPads presented at each seating area. Our waiter was very kind and polite, but seem to be very distracted with his coworkers gathering together and chuckling, but not surprised for being at a airport restaurant. We ordered our cocktails, an appetizer, which was a calamari. The cocktails were exquisite the calamari was cooked great but lacks seasoning and the standard lime, and sufficient sauce to dip in, it was a headache to always try to find service but little did we know by the time our entrée which was a pork chop came out I was a little disappointed for a $40 pork chop to taste and be terrible. The pork chop was doused in balsamic vinegar that literally made our eyes tear up and it overwhelms the plant taste of the pork chop where all we can savor was the chard parts of it.. Obviously, we return the pork chop back politely and asked for a refund which they did, but I never saw the waiter after that , there was no apology or any way to make it better until a different waitress came on shift and literally was surprised that we were neglected, nor given a thorough presentation of the menu when we sat down. Hopefully there is better training and a better menu next time. I wouldn't waste your money here you're better off, going to the smaller kiosk in the bazaar.

Yelp
This meal was a much needed reset to the crappy start I had that day. I overslept and almost missed my flight. I barely made it and had to do workout food for a while. Add to that the fact that I had an international flight and still had received my test results. This meal was delicious, the drinks revived me, and I was able to leave and take care of what I needed. Some may say ordering from a tablet is over rated, but so far it has worked out for me.

Cole T.

Yelp
the sauce on my pasta was delicious! This is a great restraunt! I had the best pasta here! I would definitely go back next time I fly out of terminal C.
google avatar

Lu-Shien T.

Yelp
Chain restaurant with tablet ordering and credit card swipe feature at every seat. Social distancing enforced, hand sanitizer provided. I had a really long layover, so I arrive early in the morning for a steak and eggs breakfast... and a large adult beverage on tap by mid morning (jet lag!). Finally after that, I ordered the roasted beet salad. Servers are really friendly and make you feel at home!
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
I wish I would have looked at reviews before eating here. Absolutely non existent service and food was bland. As a pilot who travels through EWR often, I can tell you I won't be back.
google avatar

Lynette H.

Yelp
No no no... the food taste like microwaved leftovers and you are likely to get a dirty bowl. The servers are nice but not much connection with them because everything goes through the app. Everything is obnoxiously over priced, save your money until you get to another destination. At least the bartender gives hefty pours.
google avatar

Yelp
Pure crap. A giant rip-off, and an insult to Italian food/wine. I was served wine which had GONE BAD, and had to send it back. I was served a meat appetizer board which cost them fifty cents to put together, and I was charged $24. The $14 bowl of tomato soup was as bad or worse than Campbell's, and was served at my table LUKEWARM. It was like being kicked in the nuts, after paying all that money. Eat somewhere else. (Update, six hours after eating at this restaurant) I am feeling sick. They really are just selling the culinary equivalent of food waste, with the world's crappiest $2 wines going for $50. The way they pull it off is simple: they won't take your order until you pay for it (including tip!). That way, after you've eaten it and are disgusted, there's nothing you can do! Utterly despicable.

Yelp
Expectations at an airport are low. Gas station sushi has more appeal. Don't go. For the love of God don't go.

Yelp
Excellent place to eat. Our food was hot and tasty. Wait staff very helpful with orders. Food came promptly. A pleasant meal as we waited for our flight.

Yelp
Ok, good food for an airport, but service was horrible except for one waiter who went the extra mile to help customers. He appeared to be the only employee who cared. There was basically no host or hostess getting one seated. The tablet ordering system was not intuitive and I had to start over twice. I had a good steak but the asparagus was under-cooked. Could be worse, but they could do better.

Yelp
The ordering experience is terrible. There are iPads (and card swipers) at every station, yet you cannot order from them. You have to scan a QR code and hope it comes up on your phone (assuming you have a phone). The menu was okay, but any special requests were limited to 16 characters. Paying was even more of a pain. Entering all the info took considerably longer than just swiping the card (or, gasp, having a server do it). The bartender was nice and sympathetic. It still took a long time to get my food. The food was good, but I paid extra for Pancetta and didn't get it. I asked about it and was informed they were out of it. No refund, or substitutions though. Also, for the price ($33!) you could have thrown in a salad or bread to go with the meal. The only saving graces were the okay (but overpriced) food quality, and the fact that my company was footing the bill. Otherwise, I would have listened to my instincts and left.

Yelp
Late order. Lukewarm coffee. Just hire more staff to avoid problems. Used to be a good pitstop before a flight.

Yelp
Mediocre food, unhelpful staff and a menu which includes items they don't have. Save the trip and walk further down to the food court. Would expect more for $40 and you have to order online.

Yelp
We had a 3 hour layover and wanted to burn some time. Ww decided to eat breakfast and I wanted a sit down restaurant. When entering, we were greeted by a friendly face. The establishment was clean and upbeat. You order with an iPad and the food is delivered to you. We ordered simple food; blt with egg, a side of chicken sausage and country potatoes. Simple enough, right? Why did everything come out cold? They brought new potatoes, guess what, they were cold. You can tell thst the potatoes were frozen and not fresh. For $45, this was a huge disappointment.
