This dining experience exceeded all expectations. We were looking for a quick bite on Sunday evening, but I am glad we took our time here. Despite arriving unannounced with 6 guests, we were served incredibly, and we had the pleasure of meeting chef Pieter afterwards - an absolute legend. 99% of the products are extremely local: the menu breathes the soul of the Savoie, with trout, veal, mushrooms, vegetables, you name it - all from local farmers or simply the woods. Oh, did I mention the wine was incredible too?
