"Acme Feed & Seed is a live music powerhouse with a rooftop patio that wraps around the corner of First Avenue South and Broadway — that means you have photo opportunities of Nashville’s iconic party street, and views of the Cumberland River. You can’t make reservations here, but you’ll find covered and open-air seating, a full bar (complete with frosé and frozen moonshine), and satisfying dishes from Nashville hot chicken to sushi." - Kellie Walton
"WHEN: Monday-Thursday, 4:30-6:30pm THE DEAL: $10-12 beer & shot specials, half-price draft beers, $5 rotating cocktail special How many downtown bars are named after country singers? Trick question. No one knows the exact number, and it’s easy to lose count and even easier to forget which one you’re in. So for something different, check out ACME Feed & Seed for Happy Hour the next time you’re downtown and on or near Broadway. All 28 beers on draft are half-priced, and you can choose from three different beer-and-a-shot specials that actually feel thought out: ranch water and blanco tequila, pineapple cider and Fireball, and Guidance whiskey and a Black Abbey beer, both of which are local." - adam sloan
"Acme Feed & Seed is a triple threat in a premier location capping Lower Broadway, with nightly live music, an expansive menu, and a rooftop overlooking incredible city views. The music spans genres as well as multiple levels of this historic late-1800s building, including a dedicated open-floor concert space, while the food and drink encompass everything from Nashville hot chicken to sushi to beers on tap to frozen cocktails. As a bonus, you don’t need tickets here." - Kellie Walton
"Too many people (us included) completely miss the elevator at ACME Feed & Seed and climb four flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. Make some effort to find it because you’ll need all your energy for the scene that awaits. Groups of tourists and weekenders from the suburbs party together all night, admiring the unobstructed views of Nissan Stadium, Pedestrian Bridge, and Cumberland River. The cocktails are refreshing and uncomplicated, like the Bridesmaid’s Tears, a bubbly and black raspberry number, or a frozen mix of moonshine and Mountain Dew. When you need something to eat, the Little Bitty Hot Chicken Bites (they’re not too hot) are perfect for sharing. But it’s also acceptable to hoard these tasty little nuggets all to yourself. "Head down to Broadway on Fat Tuesday to celebrate Mardi Gras with Acme. The Party Hardy Mardi Gras Celebration will feature the Admiral Phunk Brass Band and New Orleans-style food and drink specials. Acme is also hosting a King Baby scavenger hunt — if you find one hidden on the premises, you’ll get a free Abita Brewing Company draft on the house and enjoy $1 drafts all night long. The festivities kick off at 8 p.m. on February 13 — Mardi Gras attire is encouraged and admission is free." - Bailee Mulder
