My husband and I went for our 10th Anniversary and both him and I were impressed! What a special place to celebrate. Mary was our server and she was attentive the whole time. She answered all our questions about the different food options since it was our first time. We had the table side pasta, steak and tiramisu. The owner was there that night and he showed such appreciation for the staff and the customers. It was such a positive experience and I hope to celebrate there again soon.

11/13/2025: Somebody Had A Birthday! My Queen picked this spectacular place for me. It's a drive that's well worth it. Everything was over the top and completely unique, from the service at our table pasta (see vids), and one of a kind steak mushroom sauce dish (only here). Two hostesses greeted us upon arrival and seated us promptly. Inside was very intimate, it was an all encompassing dining experience. They started with fresh bread with olive oil and fresh cut basil and table salt( small dish with spoon). We started with Octopus it was sweet and smokey with grill char also came with small salad. Next up was Pork Belly with a celery root puree and apple jam and thin slice of apple. It was tender and juicy. Delicious. For our salad we ordered the Caprese Di Campania it consists of thick cut tomatoes layered with mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette with basil leaves. Next up is a unique pasta dish called Sacchetti Porcini with Truffle. It is prepared tableside, a really fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese wheel (see vids), pasta with thinly sliced porcini and truffle mushrooms. Spectacular. The entrée was steak nicola ( only here) can you get this dish. A 9oz filet topped with a thin sliced porcini mushroom with black truffle, cognac flambe and beef jus. Drinks were one passionfruit and one prickly pear lemonade - a must try. Dessert was cannolis so thick, rich and creamy it's sinful. They were crispy, airy and flavorful. A memorable experience that is worth every penny. Rachel, thank you for a warm, knowledgeable, professional but welcoming experience. You made the night even more memorable with your energy, friendliness and above all else recommendations. Hassle free dining.

We had the lobster dish, tableside pasta, pork belly, 2 cocktails, and desserts. The side were blah. The table side dishes were nice. However the pasta did not come with a protein and they did not complement the pasta well. The drinks were great. The tables were close so my tableside dishes were not completed near me and that was disappointing since it was my birthday.

As a former chef, I have high standards, and Acqua Di Mare completely exceeded them. The atmosphere transported me straight to the Italian Amalfi Coast - it was incredibly romantic and beautifully designed. What truly stood out was owner Nikola's dedication. He was everywhere, personally greeting guests, assisting with dishes, and ensuring seamless coordination. It's rare to see such genuine passion and involvement. The food was simply amazing, with exquisite presentation to match. The service was also top-notch. For a truly special and romantic evening, Acqua Di Mare is a must-visit.

Sunday 1/25/26 630p This was my first time dining at Acqua di Mare, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful, intimate, romantic, and beautifully curated. I initially chose this Italian restaurant specifically for the tableside pasta experience. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe, prepared tableside in their giant cheese wheel, and it did not disappoint. The pasta was incredibly flavorful and truly delicious. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to record the tableside preparation, as multiple servers gathered around the cheese wheel at the same time, blocking the view. As a first-time guest who was excited to experience and enjoy that moment (as seen on social media), this was disappointing and took away from what should have been a memorable highlight. The prickly pear lemonade was excellent, as was the zesty chicken soup of the day and the Bistecca Fiorentina. The 40oz porterhouse was outstanding tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The food overall was truly exceptional. However, the service did not match the quality of the cuisine. The server could have been more mindful when noticing a guest clearly trying to record a tableside experience. Additionally, throughout the meal, the server repeatedly came to the table simply to check in, despite being told we were fine. This happened multiple times within a short period and made us feel rushed, as if we were being pushed through the dining experience. Ultimately, it discouraged us from ordering dessert. In summary, the food was excellent and the ambiance beautiful, but the service detracted from the overall experience. With improved attentiveness and guest awareness, this restaurant has the potential to offer a truly exceptional dining experience. No photos to add as the excitement was taken away.

Wonderful date night with an excellent meal and service all around (thank you, Rachel). We have been many times and this place never disappoints. So fortunate to have this special place in downtown Chandler! Chef Nikola, once again, hits it out of the park with the incredible dishes and intimate setting!

We had a wonderful dinner. The food was well seasoned and well prepared. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was wonderful. The only complaint is the volume of the music blew out my mother's hearing aids where she couldn't hear anything else. She ended up turning them off for dinner. Several times we mentioned to the server we couldn't hear him because of the music. If you were sitting on the patio it would have been lovely background music but inside it made it hard to have a quiet conversation at the table.

Acqua Di’Mare is our favorite new restaurante in Chandler. Amazing food, very unique, great service. The Lobster pasta was great and beautiful. The Octopus is probably the best we have ever had. The Tiramissu and the the pasta were an experience on their on. We will definitely come back. The ambient is also so unique, great for a date night. Thank you Nicola, Rachel, Mary and team. We are looking forward to try the whole menu.

Acqua di Mare was exactly what we needed. We went on a double date and from the moment we sat down, the vibe was warm, romantic, and quietly special. This is the kind of place where you slow down without being told to. The cacio e pepe finished tableside in the cheese wheel was both a fun little show and genuinely delicious. Not gimmicky, just very well done. The seafood risotto was fabulous, rich and comforting without being heavy, and clearly made with care. What really stayed with me though was the kindness. When they learned we were still grieving the loss of my mom, they surprised us with a free order of cannolis. Completely unexpected and incredibly thoughtful. Food was excellent, but that gesture made the night unforgettable.

Apologies in advance to the readers for my novel experience from start to finish. We made a reservation and got sat inside. As soon as we sat down, I instantly wanted to move outside to the fresh air and to escape the very obnoxious patron sitting at the bar (later found out it was the owner). We each ordered a glass of wine and started with the carpaccio appetizer, which was truly the first best thing about this experience. The dish was freshly prepared and it was melt in your mouth goodness. The second best thing was our expensive bottle of wine. Our server got held up at a table, so another server brought us the bottle of wine and un corked it for us. Mind you, this was a $155 bottle of wine in a "fine dining" establishment where our server, not once, poured our wine for us or refilled our glasses as she walked by (mainly because we barely saw her). We were lucky to even get water with out having to stop someone, so I suppose getting a wine pour was going to be out of the question. We ordered the table side Cacio Pepe pasta, the Dover fish (also table side) and the Steak Nicola (table side-ish). For starters the food took over an hour to be at our table, ready for the "table side" experience. The server apologized a few times but in reality, when I walked in the restaurant to use the facilities, the back of the house staff was so busy cleaning the kitchen, rushing around to get out of there, we continued to wait for the one and only chef to prepare our food. Anyway...the food gets there and it's starts off with a very, very under whelming portion of pasta for $47. Not creamy, very sticky, honestly because it felt like the server rushed. Where was the fun table side cheese wheel experience? Hard to say. The Dover Sole was not cut properly, it looks like half the fish was left on the board (see video) and the mashed potatoes (see video posted) were a giant cold BRICK!!!! It was hilariously disgusting. The Steak Nicola was an ackward cut of meat which made the cook temperature very off (see picture/video). The outside wonky pieces were well done, the next bite was medium well and the inside was medium rare. Who wants to ride that roller coaster when eating a steak?! YUM! The only postive was the sauce, the sauce that was poured on top was good. If all of this sounds like a great time, you'll be happy to know the owner and his family were also a giant distraction during our dinner service. The owner, Nikola(?), was talking loudly to the staff about there personal lives, leaving, coming back, bringing his dog and family. Speaking loudly over us on the patio from across the street and into the restaurant. Hey I get it, right? It's a family establishment and some people wouldn't mind this. But for a $390 meal, in a "fine dining" restaurant, I would of expected so much more professionalism from him, our server and the chef who did our table side meal. We won't be back. In fact, even after our server comp'd our pasta and gave us a complimentary brownie dessert, it still didn't make up for the experience we had, and going back would be tragic. To say the least. This review received a 2 star because our server was nice, the carpaccio appetizer was actually delicious and the bottle of wine was great!

11.1.25 - been wanting to try this restaurant out and finally tried it! Was able to make reservations the day of. Tried to switch it to patio seating but it was already taken by the time I looked again. It's a cute little spot. Parking is always packed on the weekends in this area but I was lucky to find one nearby. Order: Old Fashioned x2 or 3 Other cocktail (don't remember which) x2 Prawn Cocktail Short Rib Pappardelle Chilean Sea Bass Everything was shared between two people. The appetizer was good. It's the same anywhere you get it. Both of the entrees were delicious! I loved the flavor of the short rib pappardelle sauce. The sauce on the sea bass was good too but out of two, I would choose the pasta. Kinda wished I had tried the cacio e pepe as well since they make that table side in the big cheese wheel. Will for sure get that as well as some other items next time!

I tried Acqua Di Mare for the very first time last night and I was pleased! This restaurant has all the coastal Italian vibes--and dare I say the flavors seem authentic?--Yes, absolutely! Service was superb; our server was very friendly and attentive. He recommended the seafood risotto and the carbonara. My partner and I both truly enjoyed our dishes. We will be returning to try more dishes. Stop by and enjoy!

The wife and I have walked by this place for years and always wanted to give it a try. However you pretty much need reservations to get a table at a decent hour. I finally bit the bullet and got later reservations for a Friday night at 8pm. The restaurant definitely had availability at that later seating. But would still recommend reservations. The cocktails were very good. Complementary bread was delicious. We started with the Octopus and it was cooked perfectly. My wife loved her Aqua Di Mare pasta and I really enjoyed my rigatoni. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes!

I didn't know about this place until my friend wanted to visit for a little celebration. My friend sold me on the "pasta made with a cheese wheel" that I'm sure many of us have seen on Instagram, so I definitely ordered the Cacio e Pepe. We had the calamari (fried squid) as an appetizer, it was gone in minutes! My friends ordered the Acqua Di'Mare and the Short Rib Pappardelle, both were delicious from the tastes I had. The cacio was decadent and wonderful, I probably should've had a protein with it but it was also just as well without one. I enjoyed watching the server prepare it tableside and he was happy to answer any questions we had. Overall a great experience and I'll be back someday!

My husband and I have been raving about this place since we ate here in February for my birthday. A couple of our friends decided to treat us before they left for the holidays to Atlanta where they have a second home. Anyway as usual, the service was magnificent! We had the same server as before, and I can't remember his name, but he was phenomenal, but he didn't cook the lobster this time. Perhaps that's why the food didn't quite hit as well as it did before. (insert sad face here! ) Don't get me wrong, it was still good, but I was a tad disappointed with my dish, and my husband was disappointed in his dish as well. I ordered the Lobster Di Amare and it felt like it lacked something. I asked them to make it without the tomatoes, so maybe that's what was missing, the acid from the tomatoes. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't as great as I remember. Now my husband had the paella and that was disappointing. When he ordered the paella in February, it was your traditional paella served on rice and it came with huge prawns, not shrimp. I have to say that again the prawns were huge and everything was cooked perfectly! They've changed the paella and now they serve it over a risotto and the shrimp are just large shrimp, not prawns. Again everyone enjoyed their food and the service, but it just wasn't like it was when we visited in February! Please bring back the paella and make it like you did back in February with the big prawns on the crispy rice. That dish was a showstopper!! Oh yeah, I almost forgot. The mashed potatoes were cold and it was just the big old block of mashed potatoes. The lobster bisque was excellent, but those mashed potatoes, Those were nothing to write home about. They weren't creamy and they were very stiff. They sat there on the plate while the server cooked my lobster. I'm assuming they got cold while sitting there on a plate out in the open.

A cute spot with good pasta from what we tried. I came here with my bf for my birthday. We both ordered the Cacio E Pepe. I got mine with shrimp and he had his with meat balls. The pasta was delicious however, the price for this pasta without the proteins is a little over priced. At the end I had to order the tiramisu, but was disappointed. The cream had an orange flavor that I was not a fan of.

Very intimate location. Service was amazing, explained everything in great detail. The table side meals was great to watch. Very entertaining. We ordered the table side pasta which was amazing! Very light and didn't overly coat the pallet. The steak was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend for a lovely DATENIGHT.

I was so excited to try this place out as it's one i'd pass by everyday after work. Thankfully, my friend decided to celebrate her 20th birthday here and I got the chance to try! I had very high expectations as i've heard many great things about this place. I did enjoy my experience and would likely come back and order things I regretted not ordering but, I wasn't wowed. I was on a budget so I ordered their carbonara pasta and a mocktail. My pasta was extremely salty, hard to enjoy. My mocktail was good, but kind of tasted just like a basic strawberry lemonade. I do think my experience was my fault and I should have ordered something totally different for the real experience which is why I want to try it out again and hopefully get wowed. My friend ordered the cheese wheel pasta and it looked amazing... The little show was pretty cool as well! If you want to have a good experience definitely come without a small budget to get the experience everyone raves about.

Everything! This place takes you out of the US and right into Italy. Say it isn't so... bringing a little piece of Italy to Chandler is a dream come true. The food is not just amazing but a flavor Explosion of the pallet. The service was outstanding and works well as a team. Small and quaint but very clean. I felt I was right in Italy

My husband took me here for our anniversary dinner and everything was immaculate! We sat on the patio and it just so happened that there was live music on the corner that was perfect for the vibe. Still unsure if this was intentional or not but my husband swears that they had to be paid because they were playing Italian type music and it made the whole experience that much better. We ordered the cheese wheel pasta, a meat dish and of course, dessert. My husband said he was too full to share a dessert initially but I chose to order the tiramisu anyway and he ended up eating 3/4 of it. He still says it's the best tiramisu he's ever had. I truly don't feel like you could go wrong with any of the food options here. Every time they brought out a dish to another table, we couldn't help but eyeball it because it all looked so good. If you want a nice evening out and willing to spend a little more, this is the place!!

I've been eyeing this place for some time now. Finally decided to come here for date night. It's a cute little place, and when I say little I mean we sat right next to a table, where we could literally hear them chew. Wish we could have gotten a different table. We ordered the octopus to start, it was cooked perfectly, but the table right next to us their sizing was different from ours which I found odd. My date ordered Cacio E Pepe, the cheese wheel pasta, I honestly expected them to give us the excess cheese they scraped out, since technically we paid for it, but it was thrown out instead. Don't understand the hype of it all especially since we didn't get much cheese out of it. I suppose we paid for the experience. I can't remember the name of what I got but it was pretty good. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service I understand is supposed to be kind of intimate, but I found it to be ridiculously slow. The table next to us ordered three desserts while we were waiting on our check. Instead of dropping off our check and maybe letting us pay so we could leave. We had to sit and watch our server prepare all the desserts at the table. Cool we got a free show, but we had to wait for them, then another table to get their dessert before he even remembered to give us our check. So that was a bit annoying. I also witnessed a consumer state that their lamb was incredibly undercooked and instead of just cooking it more, they were told that's how it was intended. No raw is not how lamb should be eaten. Med rare would be perfect temp or whatever the consumer may have wanted... All in all, nice place, but I rather spend my money else where.

Can't wait to go back. Everything we tasted was incredible, and the staff truly felt like family. Our waiter was so knowledgeable--not just about the menu, but about how to pair each dish perfectly. And don't even get me started on the fresh bread for the table... or the olive oil. Unreal. Then there was the cheese wheel straight from Italy, prepared tableside by a gentleman who learned the craft at just 13 from his grandmother, a Sicilian chef. An unforgettable experience.

I proposed to my girlfriend at this restaurant. It was the perfect ambiance for the question worth a life time. The server was attentive and they gave me the best table in the whole restaurant. The food was exquisite and they went out of their way to help make the moment perfect. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

My family surprised me with a birthday dinner at a restaurant I've wanted to try for over two years, and unfortunately the entire experience fell unbelievably short of expectations--especially for a fine dining establishment with fine dining prices. The service was the first major issue. Our waitress was inattentive, rarely checked on us, and didn't seem knowledgeable about the menu at all. We had more interaction from bussers and hostesses than from her. Another server even stopped by just to make sure our food was alright because our own waitress was nowhere to be found. The food didn't make up for the poor service, either. I ordered the Beef Wellington--over $100--and it came out chewy and not cooked well. I was also told it would be served with mashed potatoes and asparagus, but it arrived with asparagus only. My younger daughter ordered a seafood pasta that lacked the amount of seafood you'd expect for the price it was, and her noodles were undercooked. My eldest daughter even joked that her Olive Garden job could've made a better pasta for free than what this place served for nearly $30. Even the $29 butter noodles we ordered were shockingly mediocre. Drinks were just as overpriced: a soft drink was $5, and my daughter's mocktail ended up costing almost as much as my cocktail. For a bill close to $300, we expected stellar service and exceptional food. Instead, my long-awaited birthday dinner was bland, poorly executed, and frustrating from start to finish. Very disappointing, and sadly not a place I'd return to or recommend.

This place is incredible!! The food was some of the best Italian cuisine in the valley. The atmosphere was simply beautiful and in a prime spot in downtown Chandler. But our favorite aspect was the service. The hostess, the owner/manager, our server Rachel treated us incredibly well. They were all so welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be returning (and requesting Rachel) as this is our new favorite spot in dtown!

Acqua di Mare is an intimate Italian restaurant in downtown Chandler. It's tucked away from the main drag, and the largest reservation that can be made is for a party of 6. So, pick your favorite 5 people to join you for this dining experience! Many of the dishes are prepared/finished tableside. The flair and attention to every detail - from truffle shavings to flambé was not only entertaining but absolutely delicious! This was on my list of restaurants to try, and it did not disappoint. I can't believe it has taken me this long to review, as I have talked so highly of this place to so many people already. But now I'm sharing it with the Yelp community as well. Food, service, ambiance - 11 out of 10!!!

I'm really upset that I didn't come here sooner. I've walked by this place a hundred times and always saw it was busy. This place did not disappoint. We made reservations for later in the evening and were greeted by a friendly hostess. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine list and pairings and made recommendations on the menu. We don't get too many date nights and this was worth every penny. The attention to detail in the food was unreal and loved that you could get a show if you ordered the cacio e Pepe. We will be back for sure to get more of the meatballs and to try their tiramisu which looked insane.

Everything was absolutely exceptional, from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere!! Highly recommend it, excellent choice for a date night or a nice girls night dinner!

These are more water of the food was very good. The location was convenient. The restaurant was very compact and crowded the service was great. The food quality was not comparable that the price would suggest.

Everything was spot on. Our anniversary dinner and they nailed it. Our server Mary was very attentive.

Friday night dinner, we were seated outside. The misters were on so happy they were especially with table side cooking. Our server was super attentive and gave some amazing recommendations. We ordered the burrata and prosciutto as well as the crab cake. I absolutely loved the crab cake more. Such a great flavor and moist it didn't have filler as some other drab cake dishes. We ordered 4 entrees the aqua de mare, cacio e Pepe, rigatoni aka vodka, pocchetti ala nikola. My favorite dish was the pocchetti ala nikola i was very surprised by these little pasta balls, highly recommend! I was disappointed by the cacio e Pepe I thought I would've loved it a lot more but I feel like the truffle was a lkill and wish there wasn't as much shaved on top I feel like it took from the flavor of the pasta and cheese. And can't forgot the table side tiramisu, which was phenomenal and a must have!

A wonderful date night place with superb Italian cuisine and -- for certain entrees -- tableside service. Our server-chef was excellent in the preparation of a lobster dish as we watched. My wife said it was the best lobster she had ever had. He then deboned my dover sole with precision before plating it up. The sauces created for the two dishes were superb! This is a cozy place with fine dining formality. There are plans to expand it in the near future. The patio tables outside offer a European style ambiance, if you prefer that to inside. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!! My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. I love how small and intimate the place is. I highly recommend calling ahead of a reservation here! Appetizers: Risotto was so creamy and seasoned so perfectly. Beef Carpaccio was amazing! One of my favorite dishes. Entree: my wife had the lobster pasta dish that was very light and fresh. I ordered the Veal. The veal was so freaking tender and cooked to perfection. Not overly seasoned and the sauce on top brought the dish to a whole nother level. We even got cannabis on the house because we were celebrating, which was also fantastic. Service was great. Everyone was so friendly here. They also serve cacio e pepe here, table side service tossed in a cheese wheel! We didnt order this, but probably will the next time we visit.

This quaint Italian restaurant is conveniently located right next to the parking garage off of Chicago in Downtown Chandler. Since this charming location has limited seating, I highly encourage a reservation and keep in mind they do not allow any guests under 12 years old. Since I knew I wanted to have a nice dining experience for my birthday, I booked over a month out and they can accommodate up to a table of 6 if you have a larger party. This evening, we ordered multiple starters and desserts to get a wide array of items to taste the menu which are outlined with pricing below. Starters: Porcini Risotto - $21 Caprese di Campania - $21 Fried Squid - $19 Mains: Caccio E Pepe - $42 Rack of Lamp - $49 Short Rib Pappardelle - $38 Lobster Ravioli - $47 Desserts: Crepe Balan Rouge - $17 Cannolis - $14 When seated, they will bring a tray of bread and will freshly cut basil on top of a plate of olive oil which adds a nice fragrance to the table. This was a great start to allow us to place a round of cocktails in for the table and make our selections. The bread was delicious and loved the fresh basil with it as well. All of the food was absolutely divine, and I tried all of the meatless items. My favorite starter was the Porcini Risotto and is one of the better mushroom risottos I've had in the valley as it is one of my most ordered items if it's available on a menu. Same goes for Caprese, which I thought their Caprese was good but the risotto was the winner for my favorite starter. As for entrees, I ordered the Caccio E Pepe which is prepared table side. This is not just a dish that is entertaining to watch be prepared out of a cheese wheel but absolutely decadent! Fresh cracked pepper, black truffle, delicious cheese, what isn't there to love? This has been a dish I've wanted to try for years, and so grateful to find this location serves. It easily surpassed my expectations and I'm actually looking to booking to return next month because I'd love to enjoy again! Saving the best for last - dessert! Currently, they have one dessert that is prepared table side so we had to order that in addition to the traditional cannoli. Crepe Balan Rouge is absolutely divine! I loved the balsamic glazed strawberries that added acidity to offset the sweetness of the gelato, and the beauty of watching this be prepared and presented on the table. What a way to end an exceptional meal! This location is a must if you enjoy fine dining and Italian food! And if I know you, don't forget to invite me to join as I'll gladly visit this location again.

This place rocks. The food is excellent. Great atmosphere. The owner was very engaged with the customers. Our waiter was a little arrogant and un attentive but the owner made up for it. All four of us had a different dish and it did not disappoint any of us. My rack of lamb was wonderful

This place deserves a 5 star. We did have to wait for over 30 minutes for our reservation that we made 5 weeks ago, but that was due to a table that would not get up. But the did the unthinkable and after 30 minutes of the people have paid their bill asked them for the table. Most restaurants would not do that but they did. They were very sorry and bought our first round. My friends loved their espresso martinis Service was great with recommendations. She continually checked on us. She did our table side dinner and dessert. It is a smaller restaurant so I would recommend reservations or there seemed to always be open seating outside. Definitely recommend especially for a date.

We had the most incredible dinner at Acqua Di Mare. It was not just a dinner but a full experience! The service was impeccable and the ambiance beautiful!! The owner of the restaurant is so hands on and delightful! He made my husband's lobster dish table side. You can tell he truly cares about the customer and their experience. It's expensive but well worth it! I had the caccio Pepe topped with black truffle. It was INCREDIBLE!!! They gave us a free round of wine because it took "too long" for us to get the glass we ordered. We didn't even notice it took too long because we were enjoying the conversation, beautiful weather and patio ambiance. 10/10 and I wish nothing but success for the owner. It's rare you get service of this caliber anymore!!

My husband and I came for a special date night and had a good time. The atmosphere is quaint and romantic, perfect for a romantic night. To start the night my husband got an old fashioned and I had a mocktail. My drink was tasty but my husband was disappointed to see crushed ice in his old fashioned vs a larger block. We got the cacio e Pepe to experience the cheese wheel and it was delicious with a strong but not overpowering truffle flavor. For our main we had the chateaubriand. It was flambéed and cut table-side, and just like the pasta it was delicious. Finally, we finished the night with cannolis. While we enjoyed most of what we ate (cannolis were meh), at $400 for the meal, it is one of the more expensive places is the valley and we have had better tasting meals. Here, the ambiance and "show" of tableside service is definitely part of what you're paying for.

I heard this place has a cheese wheel so we had to come and check it out. They have several items on their menu where there is table side cooking (it was marked with an apostrophe on the menu). Food was amazing and the service here treats you well. Food: We got an appetizer of the octopus, the Acqua Di Mare (seafood) pasta, we also got the cheese wheel pasta (this pasta changes). Our friend also got the cheese wheel pasta and a short rib pasta. Everything was delicious. It was a fun experience and food taste great. I would love to come back again to try out more items on their menu! Service: service here is top notch. Most people don't do much for service but this place is very attention and just overall treats you well. I love the small touches of everything they do.

We went here for my husband's birthday and it did NOT disappoint. The food was AHHHMAZING. From the hostess to the waitstaff and chefs, the service was impeccable. We've been wanting to try this restaurant since they opened. Just wish we had gone sooner. We will definitely go back. One of the best restaurants in town for sure. Thanks for a great night!

My fiancé and I went here recently and it was such an awesome experience! The service was impeccable; you can truly tell that everyone working there loves their job and takes it seriously. This restaurant is beautifully decorated and had a great vibe! We ordered the table-side cacio e pepe and the table-side steak nikola; the presentation was literal art and the food definitely tasted as good as it looked. Don't skip out on the complimentary bread with olive oil and finishing salt too if you come here because it's delicious! 10/10 recommend this restaurant to everyone and we will absolutely be coming back. :)

So, this is our second time to Acqua Di Mare. I begin with that to ensure you understand it hasn't been a fluke. This place is amazing. We have loved every dish we have gotten. You must try the pasta made in the cheese wheel.

A lovely restaurant with incredible food. The seating area is limited as the spot is very small. You'll need a reservation which you can get through their website. I had dinner with a friend. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The marinara was delicate and plentiful. The meatballs were truly amazing. I know this is a simple entree but I think this dish tells you how good a restaurant is. It was a 10/10. My friend had Cacio E Pepe prepared table side. It was rich and complex. He ate all of it and loved it. We also shared a prosciutto burrata bruschetta that could have served four people. Very fresh. This is a great place. I highly recommend it!

Service was mediocre and the signature dish table side cacio e pepe was meh. The hostesses were very engaged in their own conversation, and literally pointed to our table rather than show us to it. The dirty dinner fork with food remnants paint next to the restroom sink was disconcerting. Probably won't be back.

I cannot wait to come back here! I was so happy with everything we ordered. To start off, we had complimentary bread. It was soft and you'll have an individual plate with olive oil and basil, if you'd like. We ordered the Octopus (Primi Piatti/app) and it was so tender with delicious sauce. So good we ordered another one! For pastas, we had the Cacio E Pepe, Lobster Pasta and Acqua Di Mare. They were all delicious, I cannot choose a favorite! The Cacio E Pepe was created in a cheese wheel at your table side. It had rich flavors of the cheese with truffle. I enjoyed the seafood pastas as there was a perfect amount of the seafood. The Lobster Pasta had a better sauce, in my opinion, than the Acqua Di Mare but both still yummy. As for a drink, I had an Elderflower drink since they didn't have Limoncello at the time. It was alright and light which I wanted. To top off the evening, we had complimentary cannolis since we spontaneously came here for my boyfriend's birthday. The cannolis were so good. I recommend making a reservation before coming here! Because we randomly decided to come here, the available tables were outside and it's way too hot to sit outside now. I love that this place reminds me of restaurants in Europe. Lastly, the service was excellent. I can't wait to come back to try more dishes!

We chose Acqua Di Mare for my son's birthday dinner. It did not disappoint. We started with 2 octopuses . The serving is small, it is an appetizer and it was 3 of us. This was the closest I've had an octopus taste so good since my Greece trip. Loved and recommend it. We ordered three different dishes to taste more. The Cacio di Pepe was just unbelievably delicious. The cheese wheel was an extra. This one was my favorite. The lobster pasta was good. The lobster was empty, you get what is on the dish for lobster meat. The sauce was super delicious. My second favorite. We had the Acqua Di Mare pasta, it was good with a mixture of seafood. It did not compare to the above. I had 2 cocktails that were delish. I don't drink often but had to go for a second one. Since it was my son's bday they brought two cannolis. They were good a bit burnt on edges. The ambience is European. It is small there is indoor and outdoor seating. We tried making a reservation same day online indoors, but there was none. We walked in and only outdoor seating was available.

Checked bucket list! I had been eyeing to dine here for some time now. Got a reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday. Got seated by hostess at the patio outside for dinner! Our server Drew was great and very knowledgeable. We started with some cocktails, grilled octopus and stirred shiitake mushrooms! For our main course, I got the pasta and my husband got the steak. The food was just perfect. Everything tasted really good. The quality of ingredients was excellent. I loved my pasta dish which was a small little bag of dumpling filled cheese and came with a sauce that was not too creamy. My husband shared the steak met his expectation. We were also offered free bread and cannoli to celebrate the birthday! The price point is on the higher side so pls be ready. I would prefer the casual relaxed setting of Chandler downtown over Scottsdale just because this place has such an amazing charm to it despite being a smaller area! The customer service is very nice too! Just going with 4 stars because the flies kept coming and we couldn't enjoy the meal properly. They did light some candle to take care of the flies but it didn't help much! Other than that we enjoyed our dinner and had a great time!

For an elegant, relaxing meal in Chandler, Acqua Di Mare is unmatched. Our group enjoyed a tender Tomahawk Pork Chop, rich lobster bisque, lamb chops, and Cacio E' Pepe. The Deconstructed Tiramisu for dessert was as stunning as it was delicious. Mary, our server, along with the staff, delivered outstanding service despite being busy. Mary's passion showed in her meal presentations, making the Cacio E' Pepe and Tiramisu unforgettable. The ambiance felt warm, like dining at a relative's home, inside or outside. Nicola, the owner, greeted every guest with genuine care, adding a personal touch. We came for a nice meal and left with a culinary experience we'll always remember.

I was worried this place is just for show with all the flambé and performance dishes, but it is incredible. Really amazing food and service! The atmosphere took me back to Italy - just like those hole in the wall restaurants with gorgeous patios! We got the ravioli and lobster both were incredible. I will definitely go back!

I have had this place flagged to check out for some time and decided to have my bday dinner here. They have several table side preparations available and I of course had to get the cheese wheel. My dinner was so delicious. My children also loved their meals. The service we excellent. This is a very small place so be sure to snag a reservation before you go.

Service was nice. Food was good. A little pricey for some items. A modern twist on Italian dinning. Not traditional though. Make a reservation cause it's better sitting inside than on the noisy patio. Unless you're of the younger generation. I would eat here again.

We came here for a birthday dinner and this place is absolutely charming. It's located in downtown Chandler right next to a parking garage, which is perfect. The interior design looks exactly like a restaurant from Italy. You really feel like you're on vacation. We ordered the burrata first. The presentation was beautiful and it was very tasty. We ordered the cacio e' pepe next. This pasta entree is prepared in a cheese wheel, table side. Our server did put on a show. It was fun, just watching everything being mixed together. Although I wish that the pasta was more creamy, considering it was tossed in a cheese wheel. We also ordered the special the day, which was a Seabass dish. I will have to say that this entrée was my favorite. The presentation was amazing. The fish was cooked to perfection and everything on that dish just worked really well together. Overall, my experience was great. I definitely recommend this little Italian spot for dinner if you're in downtown Chandler.

We had a wonderful experience here this past weekend. The restaurant feels quaint, but still classy. The chairs inside are extremely comfortable, and the music sets the mood for an Italian/Mediterranean experience. The service was excellent from the time we arrived until the time we left we were greeted with smiles and taking care of. Our server provided some recommendations. The crab cake was delicious!!! We tried a couple of pastas and got to watch them, make some pasta out of the cheese wheel for some tables near us, will definitely have to go back and try that out next time!

The servers Rachel and Steve are very friendly and attentive. Amazing customer service! The restaurant is very intimate, charming, and cozy. Additional tables on outdoor patio. Their tables are reserved weeks in advance. We chose a reservation at 3pm on a Saturday. I ordered the Italian Breeze cocktail with Fried squid. The cocktail was very refreshing and tasty, however, I could not taste the vodka. The strawberry arugula salad was enough for 2 people to share. The salad dressing was great complement to the arugula, almonds and strawberries. Very light but satisfying salad. My husband ordered the Short rib pappardelle. The dish was served with a large portion of well seasoned short rib. Pasta was cooked perfectly. I ordered the Lobster pasta suggested by Rachel! Best suggestion!! Thank you Rachel. This dish had a huge portion of tender lobster meat. The sauce was flavorful and similar to a lobster bisque soup. The sauce was not heavy with cream or butter. I would definitely order this again. This is the perfect place for a date night with amazing Italian food!
