Acqua Restaurant

Cuisine and service are almost at Michelin star level, with a pleasant atmosphere and a high service standard. Warm welcome and a large wine selection. The sole is presented in a very unusual way, looking more like a battered fish, which is not to my personal taste as I prefer to see the fish itself. Portions are rather small and prices on the higher side. Great open kitchen. All in all, recommended and worth a visit.

We had a lovely night celebrating our wedding anniversary there. The staff are nice & attentive. The restaurant is spacious & well set. The food is well cook. We did a tasting menu of 8 courses and we went home with pretty happy full tummy 😅 For the food, no wonder that each dish is well prepared & cook- with top quality ingredients. However, I missed the “ wow” , the creativity & the complexity of the food. All in all, Aqua is one of a quality restaurant in Phuket that anyone should try !!! And the price is fair !

Five stars without hesitation! Dining at Acqua Restaurant was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented…an absolute feast for the senses. The starters were creative and playful, served in an artistic and unexpected way that made the experience even more enjoyable. Every bite was bursting with flavor and elegance. The main courses were rich, balanced, and perfectly executed. You can feel the care and precision in every detail, from texture to seasoning. The combination of flavors was sophisticated yet comforting. Service was top-tier—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The ambiance of the restaurant is modern and chic, with an intimate yet vibrant atmosphere. One of the most memorable touches was the whimsical dessert presentation, which brought a smile to everyone at the table. Acqua offers more than just a meal, it delivers a complete dining experience. Perfect for a special night out, a celebration, or simply treating yourself to something extraordinary.

Amazing Italian food in Phuket, the starter is impressive while main course would still need some fine tune if compare to any Michelin star 1 restaurant. The service could be more mature and well trained. Overall great experience with room for improvement. You may expect the price is higher than average thai restaurant.

This Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant not only serves stunningly crafted dishes but also offers a breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea, allowing you to enjoy an immersive dining experience like no other.

We only ordered two dishes, both with truffle, and they were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was generous with the ingredients and both the pizza and beef cheeks risotto were standout choices, though we would have loved slightly larger beef pieces. The balsamic vinegar was so good we had to purchase a bottle. The staff were kind, and the service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary starters and desserts, including an incredible chocolate biscuit. We were sad we didn’t have time to return and try more, but we’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Phuket!
