I started working with AdLib while in a nursing home. First with Sophie and then with Alex. They helped me with finding an apartment and the transition out of the nursing facility. They had my back the entire way and were incredibly helpful with any questions or problems that I had. I would highly recommend AdLib to anyone who needs help. I could never have made it through the process of finding housing without their help!

We LOVE our new Skills Trainer Bob Bertolino, and he always goes above and beyond to be helpful! Bob always has a smile on his face and an answer for our questions! He genuinely cares and it shows!

EDIT 8-15-2025- No Help. Abusive, antagonistic and Elitest staff! Previous person who dropped the ball and left me twisting in the wind is now an Office manager and was rude and insulting and refused me help outright! They make no effort to meet their mission statement unless you are "the right kind of person". Discriminatory and elitist! Marry Ellen Rahilly has helped murder me with her negligence, ignorance, and elitist arrogant behavior! Reached out for help years ago. Dealt with two individuals. One often just gave internet addresses and told to look it up myself, or gave telephone number to call where I would get no where. I have no way to print forms from online and explained this and was told to just go to staples. They did not seem to listen to the concerns or issues I needed help with. On a few things they made matters worse, then left me twisting in the wind. They seemed to hear what they wanted to hear, and then act and try to set up what they decided was best without hearing what I needed - which only led to a deepening rift - then cut off services completely leaving me high and dry with no real progress made after months. I am very disappointed, as this is the way all of the community service agencies seem to behave and at the end of the day it has just left me feeling more hopeless and depressed. It's a shame it is so hard to find an advocate and government agencies are set up to make it impossible to make progress without one.

Call led today looking for some assistance. What I needed was air conditioning or fans to help cool my home as I’m on a fixed income and cannot afford it. my medical condition causes me to be more sensitive to the heat. I was told that this is expensive and not a necessity. Meanwhile, a hospital bill for heat stroke would be pretty expensive. I bet you their office has air-conditioning. If it’s good for us disabled folks to rot in 90 degree heat why don’t you guys too?!

The women in the office where extremely helpful with the upcoming new evv policie and faxing my time sheet. Thank you for feeling so welcomed.

Doesn’t care about disabled people and feels even the most basic of needs are luxuries too good for those who live on fixed incomes.

No stars . They don't return your calls and really so many ppl scamming and the employer and pca lie about how many hours share the pay crooked and greed that's adlib
